Perfekt höst-vinter komma bort!Vackert anlagd familj hem. Detta solfyllda hem ligger i hjärtat av Brewster och har en ljus och öppen planlösning, ett fullt utrustat kök som ansluter till en ljus, solig matplats. Med en mysig öppen spis i vardagsrummet. Tre sovrum 1: a. Queen-2nd - Dubbelrum med sittgrupp - 3-tvilling-mässingsängar. Hemmet har ett komplett badrum. Tvättmaskin torktumlare. Bakgården har en utomhusdusch, en uteplats till bar-b-Que med familj och vänner. En 2: a sittgrupp, med en eldstad för att koppla av och samtidigt skapa sommarminnen. .Liten stuga i lokaler. Perfect vintage Cape Cod

The property is in a great location. We had family staying at the Sweet Water campground and it was very close by. The house is set back from the road and it is very quiet. It has everything you need. Owner was very easy to get in contact with. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect getaway spot!

My husband and I came to visit family right down the street. The cottage was the perfect place for us to cook, relax and head out to the beach! We hope to stay here the next time we come to Brewster for a visit!

Great house in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was comfortable, clean, and well cared for. A short drive to the beach and to many nice restaurants, the bike trail, and shopping. Would not hesitate to stay here again with our family!

Great Summer Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and so beachy. It had a great amount of room. The location was great for getting to all our activities. The owner was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our biking vacation very much. We still have more to see so we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Cape Vacation

We (3 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely home! We enjoyed cooking in the home, reading and playing games in the living room, and sleeping in comfortable beds. We loved the location as we visited friends in Yarmouthport and Brewster, frequented the Brewster bay beaches, and explored towns such as Chatham and Provincetown. Cathy (the host) responded very quickly to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave. Hopefully we'll return next year!

Perfect Vacation

This was a special vacation as I was inviting my cousins for lunch at the end of my stay. I was allowed to bring my dogs which made my stay at this lovely home perfect. The home is cozy, pretty, comfortable, and has a good working kitchen. I love to cook and cook I did!! Plenty of room to spread out and prepare a family lunch. I slept soundly and found the property delightful even though it is situationed on a fairly busy road. Abundant trees help buffer the sound of cars. I never heard any cars sitting in the lovely backyard. Little twinkle lights at night created a charming backdrop for outdoor dining. I loved the grill! The bathroom had a good tub and enough room to spread out. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to correspond with. The occupant of the cottage next door was just wonderful. Several conversations in the driveway left me smiling. The location was easy. Snowy Owl Coffee is 1.5 miles. The Brewster Dog Park 1.5 miles. Saints Beach close by. Everything was close. I would definitely stay at this property again.,

Perfect Cape Escape

We felt extremely comfortable in this charming house. The house is adorably appointed with a real Cape feel to it and very homey! The backyard is tranquil and beautiful with a few different sitting areas, outdoor shower and a fire pit! The owner is very attentive and responsive to any inquiry. The location is just a short drive to beaches, ponds, bike path and restaurants! It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Cape Escape!

Great stay

The house had everything we needed for our family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a bbq outside (and a fire pit that was a big hit for my girls). There’s a smart TV with Netflix etc. The beds are comfortable (but bring something to cover the windows if you have a hard time sleeping with light coming in early in the morning). The location is excellent. Couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I'm a stained glass artist who has lived on the Cape for many years. I love all the unique talent & artistic venues that each town provides. I raised my two sons here. The Cape is the perfect playground for kids. We loved all the beaches & hiking trails and the amazing sunsets!!! Its a pleasure to see guests enjoy all the magic the Cape has to offer.

Over the many years we have welcomed back many family's . Who have returned summer after summer. Making our home the center of their family vacations! It is centrally located making all Cape areas easy to get to! Shopping, dining, Galleries, ponds and hiking!

Other nearby attractions include the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and its walking trails, The Brewster General Store—a must for penny candy and souvenirs—and the Brewster Book Store, which is known for its collection of kids’ books and beach reads. Brewster is known for its conservation and many lakes and trails to explore!
