Fantastiskt andra rad Beach House ligger i vackra Surfside Beach (50 miles söder om Houston). Huset är nybyggt och är mycket snyggt inredda ... du kan se vågorna medan du ligger i din säng i sovrummet! Platsen är premium (mellersta stranden) och tillgången till sanden är extremt bekväm ... Nyligen utökad däck som är mycket rymlig och fylld med fantastisk utsikt .. Soliga dagar är anslutna till "Bahama Mama" strandhuset intill via en däckbro ... en bekväm funktion för större familjer / grupper som föredrar att vara nära .. grindarna på vardera sidan av bron låset när de hyrs till separata grupper så integritet garanteras. Kontakta oss om du har mer än 10 personer men mindre än 20 för att se om båda husen finns tillgängliga samtidigt.

En ny extern dusch med varmt / kallt vatten och integritet har lagts ner på bottenvåningen för bekvämlighet ...

Enjoyed our stay

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. The beach house was clean and has a good layout with the rooms. Though it’s a second row beach house, it’s such a short walk. The views were good and we loved the sound of the ocean while sitting on the porch.

Beautiful property to get away to!

Overall we were all very pleased with our stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars under property description, was it stated having a grill and it did not. In the owner's defense, he did just replace the deck, the previous renter had damaged. He did offer to reimburse me for purchasing a grill from the local store, which I did. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and easy to talk with. You won't be disappointed staying here. We had a fabulous time, and would rent this home again!replacthe deck

Great for Couples

We are 2 adult couples that vacation together alot and his house was perfect for us. Love the spacious partially covered front deck. It has a good view of the ocean off to the side. Beach access by foot isn't convenient, but not impossible. Overall we had a great time and would consider renting again.

Family trip

The house and location was perfect. The access to beach was easy. Everything we needed was there. We had family in two other beach houses near us and ours was the best, hands down. The property manager was great and it was super easy to communicate with him. Will definitely use this beach house again.

Nice stay

We had an overall nice stay. The property was an easy walk to the beach and a had a nice view from the deck. Our only complaint was the strong sulfur (rotten egg) smell whenever you turned on the hot water. It made doing dishes or taking warm showers an unpleasant experience but the rest of the house was super nice.

We loved the house and view. Will hopefully be back this year. I would suggest a new master bedroom mattress. We ended up moving to the other room

Beautiful home

We loved the updated interior and easy beach access. The outside shower was very nice for rinsing off too. Our family of 8 found this to be a perfect space!

Great place!

Great location, great place, Had a great time. The house is much bigger than the pictures Show. Beach access is great, maybe 300 feet away from the water. We had a great time and will definitely put us back on our list to use again in the near future.

Excellent Stay!

Excellent communication from the host!!! The best I've ever had. This location is perfect for access to the beach, viewing the waves and relaxing. Everything was perfect. There is enough room for a party of 8 to eat together and hang out.

JUST WONDERFUL!

Cute and convenient!

Just celebrated 4th of July with family and friends at Sunny Days and will look into renting this location again. Huge deck, accommodating corridors, and a great location to be on the beach in a minute or less. Thankful for the bunk beds to allow the kids to enjoy their “sleep overs” with siblings and friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay there and will be back to surfside soon!

Very clean & great location

Property was very clean and stocked with basics (utensils, soaps, cleaning stuffs). Linens were very nice quality and clean. The location was convenient with a decked walk-over to the beach at the neighbors house. An enclosed outside warm shower to scrub all our sandy kids before going inside was SO NICE.

Great place!

We loved the whole place! Room big enough to put a playpen up with smaller ones made it so easy and still had room. We finally found a house with a gate on the desk so our smallest one couldn’t go down the stairs! Love it! It was so easy to get a hold of the host for anything thing we had questions about and even took the time to call us.

Quantity of silverware was not enough for the number of authorized quests Tap water quality was bad for drinking but totally out of owner's control May have to address closing of outside shower door eventually

Great Location

Even though this house is not directly on the beach, it feels like it, since it has a clear view of the beach and is just a few steps to the boardwalk to the beach. We really enjoyed the laidback atmosphere of surfside beach, and the beach itself is great, it had lots of room for us to hang out, relax and play. The house itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our large family of 8. We really liked the large deck and spent a lot of our time on it. There is also a cool little local souvenir shop a short walk from the house.

Exceptable but......

Overall was a good experience. There was a couple of issues. The first issue was in the back bedroom we found several spiders and one was on the bed, so maybe exterminating regulary can solve the problem. The most important issues was that the mattresses are really terrible. The front bedroom mattress was absolutly atrocious. If the owner would fix these two issues the place would be five stars. All in all we had a good stay.
