Gillar du att smaka rum, hälsosam och utsökt mat och musik? Detta bekväma loft från 1940-talet ligger bredvid Julian Station. Stationen har Colt's Burger Bar (gräsmatade hamburgare utan hormoner eller antibiotika), 3 unika smakrum (hård cider, vin & choklad, öl) och 5 roliga butiker och en underbar naturskön uteplats. Loft är privat och lugnt men ändå bekvämt beläget strax ovanför Julian Station en spännande, roligt och lätt vistelse. Även om vi har levande musik under dagen och flera provsmakningslokaler, är The Loft privat. Vår plats är mycket familj orienterade och ting vind vanligtvis ner runt 07:00 (vilket är senare än de flesta platser i Julian!). Craft Beer Tap & provsmakning rum är öppen fram till omkring 8:00, men du kommer inte att höra något från The Loft. Vi ligger intill Highway 78 och en lugn lantlig grusväg som heter Orchard Lane som erbjuder natursköna promenader och fantastiska vyer. Vi är också på gångavstånd från många andra attraktioner i Wynola området Julian inklusive restauranger, guldvaskning, en liten djurpark och pumpa lappar, hö rider, 2 cirkel butiker och 2 antika varuhus. Vi har så mycket att göra på plats på Julian Station, inklusive:

Great weekend getaway

The Loft @ Julian station was a fun little weekend getaway for our family. There was no need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance. Good food, cold drinks and music in the evening. Would definitely come stay again.

Good for the Basics

Immediately upon arrival we were a little uncomfortable. We were sent a message that the door would be unlocked and the key would be on the table/counter. We flew in from Florida and arrived near midnight. The door was not only unlocked but WIDE open. Unless you have the door locked constantly it will open by itself. It also isn’t mentioned that this is located in a “Dark Sky Community”. For someone who isn’t local or aware these things exist, it means when we arrived it was pitch black and there’s no street lights to guide you because the town works as a whole to keep light pollution down. We were told to park on a certain side of the Burger Bar, but there wasn’t any signage for the Burger Bar. We just parked and hoped for the best. I messaged through VRBO about it and never received a response the entire time we stayed. WIFI is public and we couldn’t get it to work. There’s much more furniture in the rooms than in the pictures making things feel cramped. My older parents commented the bed in the main room was too firm and opted to sleep on the couch and recliner. The fridge and cabinets were full of leftover products from previous stays. Handy if you forget something but off-putting because of germs and you don’t know how long it’s been there. The bathroom has no ventilation and it’s on well water so smells heavily of iron. Plenty of toys and books for kids in bunk bed room, but the dresser is full of linens. Location is beautiful, great for walks, but rental needs work.

Think this is our 4th time staying at the Loft at Julian Station. Love that the owners are constantly working on making this place better and better! Perfect for a family, and love that we can bring our dog too!

Located away from busy downtown Julian but is a nice hub for visiting surrounding areas. Quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay.

Fun getaway

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Wish more of the places were open during the week but there was still plenty to do. The hosts communicated and made us feel welcome.

Surprise Surprise

This place is nothing like the photos. We felt like we were staying in someone's full-time home. So much personal clutter in every room. Bathroom was gross - mold everywhere. 10 bottles of shampoo on the floor of the little shower. Nowhere to put your toiletries because the cabinets were packed. Closets were packed messes - couldn't hang your clothes up. The primary bedroom closet smelled of musty mold. Missing or burned out light bulbs, dirty BBQ, 4-cup coffee pot, fireplace thermostat didn't work, constant problems with the WiFi (no TV). The only thing this place has going for it was the location. Has potential but the owners need to do some work and put some money into this place.

Holiday weekend

It was a very peaceful, relaxing stay for the long weekend. It was very convenient being in proximity to small shops and the tasting rooms (wine and hard cider). We really enjoyed staying at the loft. It had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I can suggest is the bathroom could use an update, but other than that, everything was perfect! Definitely would stay here again!

Total Gem

Stayed here with my spouse and two kids ages 3 and 7 and it was just perfect. The location could not be better. Fort Cross is across the street as is apple picking. Downstairs there were so many fun things for my kids to do. My only concern had been that it would be noisy since it is just off the road and next to the junction, but it was quiet as can be and we all slept great.

Quaint spot

Totally love the location. Even though it is on the main road, we couldn’t hear the cars! There was no check in, we just walked in and started our vacay! Good food and drinks in below us and a few others that were walking distance and only a 5 min drive to downtown Julian. Heroes was our favorite eatery. Great local vibes and music, food was delicious and staff was the friendliest here! Went hiking at Merigan trail to a beautiful waterfall only 20 mins away! Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacay !

Charming

I stayed here with a friend of mine to finish hiking the Coast to Crest trail, 3 of the trails were just down the road. The place was charming and in a great location if you want to stay away from the crowds in Julian while still within a quick driving distance. The only downside is the highway noise, I wish I would have brought ear plugs for sleeping. Also note that most of Julian Station is only open Friday-Sunday. Despite the road noise, I look forward to returning with my family.

I loved that the property was onsite to Julian Station that had food, coffee, cider room, shopping and pool tables. Outdoor sitting are with live bands on weekends. Also after everything shut down at night they have a place called the Cooler that you could enjoy adult beverages later into the night. The Loft was very well stocked with everything you need including fully stocked kitchen with whatever you need to cook. We enjoyed having a BBQ as well on the deck. I accidentally left clothes hanging in the closet and the owners were so nice to ship them to me! We spent 4 nights here and had a great relaxing time. Thank you for everything Albert and Teressa

1000% Will Be Back!

I do not think the words I am about to say will be strong enough to convey how much I truly loved this place. My husband and I needed a get away from work and the hustle and bustle and our anniversary was coming up. I looked through multiple places that were dog friendly and decided on this absolute gem. The pictures of the this place do not catch the actual essence of how remarkable the area is. The Cider room, shops, wine tasting, and beer garden are literally right outside of your door. The first night, we walked 7 minutes with our dogs down to Heroes where we were met by the nicest, down to earth employees. Our waitress was switching over and was almost out the door and asked if our dogs needed water. We said that would be great and we would ask the next person. She sat her stuff down and said, ."no way.. you have dogs and I love dogs". One of the other employees even asked me if I wanted a blanket! The next day, we hung around Julian Station (which I really can't express how fantastic it is) and bought a few gifts from the woodworking shop. The owners, Brian and Molly, who also have their own Real Estate business, treated us like we had been friends for years. They have the neatest items I never would have thought of, like personal charcuterie boards that hold your glass of wine! I stopped in the leather shop, as well, and bought a cowhide bag from a gentlemen who I could talk to for HOURS. We then made our way down the hall to get a few drinks before dinner. The two working at the Julian Cider were freaking awesome. They talked to us more about the area and the people , and we just fell more in love with Julian Station. We ended our final night at Jeremy's, which was also just a 7 minute walk. We sat outside and had a lovely dinner, ordering all of the recommendations given to us by our waitress, who, you guessed it, was absolutely fantastic. If you are debating on staying at The Loft, don't. Just book it. The location is wonderful for a nice getaway with not a lot of people, but the ones who are there, will treat you no different than they would treat their friends. Staying here reminded me of growing up back in East Tennessee. The interior even reminded me of my friend's parent's house and it brought back nothing but good memories. I cannot wait to go back. If the Loft ever went up for sale, you best believe I would be first in line to put in a bid.

Great place with amazing location

We loved staying here. The location is great. Close to downtown Julian, but far enough away from the crowds. We loved the brewery and cider options right downstairs and there's a nice restaurant, pizza place, and pie spot within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Julian Station is such a fun place to be! You can do it all right here... from great craft food and drink to a casual stroll down a beautiful country dirt road. You can park your car and then leave the world behind as you settle in for a wonderful weekend. We have amazing views of the Volcan Mountain range from The Loft east side windows and from Julian Station's scenic back patio. The Loft is spacious , classy and clean. Julian Station is truly a unique experience. You have to visit to understand!
