Excellent beach location. Within walking distance to St John's Pass a major plus. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Definitely would love to return.

This apartment is beautiful and the location couldn’t be better. It is very private but in the middle of everything! Jack and Betsy are great and we cannot wait to go back!

Fantastic location right on a beautiful beach. Wonderful sunsets out the back towards the gulf. It was a bonus to have a nice swimming pool. We enjoyed walking to John's Pass with restaurants and local shops. The friendly staff and customers at the Bamboo Bar were delightful to meet. Very nice accommodations and highly recommend.

This was our second stay and we are looking forward to our third stay next year. The house is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is in a great location and you can’t beat the view while lounging by the pool. Thank you John and Betsy for opening your home to us.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect beachfront location! We were looking for a place where we could avoid dealing with elevators, and this was exactly what we wanted.The condo was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Since everything had to be replaced after the hurricane, the owners clearly invested in quality—they didn’t cut corners, and it shows.The location is fantastic, within walking distance of John’s Pass, great restaurants, and other local attractions. Jack and Betsy were on-site and made everything seamless, answering the few questions we had and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. They are truly exceptional hosts.We have found our beach gem and can’t wait to come back. We will definitely be renting here again!

We have stayed here several times and absolutely love it! We were shocked at how quickly and beautifully this apartment was repaired and decorated after sustaining a direct hit from Hurricane Helene. We got to meet and visit with the owners this time, and they are so nice! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect location!

The house was right on the beach, but also had a private pool that was wonderful. Walking distance to John’s Pass so there was always something to do. I would definitely go here again!
