En stor familj stuga, över 2500 boyta. Aldrig varit hyrs ut till tills nyligen. Perfekt för två familjer. Ligger på norra änden av Otsego Lake-bästa utsikten över hela sjön. Privat miljö med statens mark kärr tvärs över gatan. 100 fot av sjön fasad. Öppet vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Plus fyra sovrum och ett badrum i huvuddelen av stugan. Sedan utanför köket och en lång korridor är en våningssäng rum med en L-formad tränare och två våningssängar och ett badrum. Sedan ut den del av stugan är en 2 1/2 bil garage för att lagra snöskoter eller sätta sportutrustning. Inklusive-linne, bestick, en kolgrill, sex kajaker och livvästar och två kanoter En privat brygga för fiske. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Två platt-TV och kabel. Great location for a snowmobile weekend

House is close to gas, parts, food, etc., and the trail head is only a few hundred feet away. Plenty of room for people and sleds.

Great Spot for Relaxing Getaway

We had a group of 5 adults and 9 children and this was a great place for us to relax, fish, grill, and hang out around the fire pit. The owner communicated well with us and checked on us when he heard there were storms that knocked out power at some homes in the area (we didn’t lose power). Thanks for a great stay, would definitely rent again.

Bob is a great host the only issue you we had was the dock was kinda short for the pontoon we rented but it worked. Will rent again we absolutely loved having a fire pit and kayaks and plenty of room for everyone

It would be hard to find a place that size and location for a better price. Plenty of room inside and out for our family of adults. Bob is always great to work with and available via text for any needs or questions.

Annual Golf Outing with College Buddies

Location was perfect to play the Tree Tops golf courses. The property is at the north end of Otsego Lake and has a spectacular view. Comfortably fit our group of 10. Excellent communication with owner to stay informed.

Otsego Lake Rental

Great stay on the north end of Otsego Lake! Very large rental with room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood. The only negative is that kids can’t swim in front of the cottage, but that is mentioned in the listing so we were expecting to go to the State park. Great rental!

Snowmobile weekend

Bob is a great host. The home was very clean and perfect size for us (10 adults). Location is everything, and this location is absolutely perfect for snowmobiling. The trail is literally right across the street. Very close to bars and restaurants as well. Will definitely be staying here in the future again.

Great Lake House

Great rental on Otsego Lake! Large waterfront rental that sleeps many, kitchen well stocked. The only negative is no swimming in front of cottage, but that was noted in the listing.
