Njut av vår 4 säng, 2 badrum 1880 kvm mellersta århundradet moderna sjöhouse med vacker sjöutsikt från fronten och 100 steg från bakdäcken till den livliga Cape Royale småbåtshamnen. Lakehouse har bra sängar och madrasser och ett fint däck under träden på baksidan av huset. Fullt utrustat kök med tillförsel av kaffe, te, socker, salt, ketchup, senap och BBQ sås. Sängkläder och handdukar. Privat parkering för fyra bilar eller tre bilar + båt trailer. Kan parkera ytterligare två bilar på gatan framför den privata parkeringen. Ta med din båt ($ 20 Cape Royale avgift) och fiskeredskap. Fiske brygga och tre båt ramper finns i närheten av småbåtshamnen. Cape Royale har community pool, basketplaner, beachvolleyboll, naturstig, lekplats och lakefront parker och är barnvänlig.

Lake Livingston Retreat

Our family was comfortable in this home near the marina. It is clean and well stocked with good working appliances and air conditioning. This is our second time here and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Perfect quiet escape

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Lovely Long Weekend

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. There is plenty of room to sit and visit with family and it is great to have a full kitchen for meals when needed. Thank you for another perfect stay!

Great home for Families

The layout of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of spaces to hang out together or get away from the group. The back porch was great spot to relax. The home had everything and more to make our trip enjoyable and easy.

Christmas in Coldspring

Great stay over Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Serene Retreat by the Lake

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

A week at Lake Livingston

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Family rest and relaxation

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

Wonderful stay

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional weekend getaway.

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

Wonderful host and property.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

Great stay

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!

Fred and Sylvia are living the American Dream, we have acquired our lake house in 2019 and have worked hard to make this home enjoyable and pretty and would like our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. In November 2020 we have remodeled the kitchen.

We love Lake Livingston and particularly Cape Royale with it beautiful forests full of deer and birds, friendly people, community spirit, wonderful neighbors and amenities. When we travel we want good beds, so we made sure the beds in our lakehouse are good.
Bring your boat and fishing gear. Chill-out in the water at Pine Island. Enjoy the sunrise and filtered lake view from the Master bedroom
