Ellie's Place

Ellis home was at a great location overlooking a golf course and on the second level. The apartment was clean, well stocked and very close to almost everything. I would recommend her home for a couple or single person. I hope to stay here again. Thank you kindly Ms. Ellie.

A very cute condo!

My daughter had a wonderful time staying at Ellie’s cute condo this summer while she was completing a summer internship in Sarasota! The location was perfect, in a very safe area, convenient to grocery stores, shopping and activities. The lovely Lido beach is only 20 minutes away! This condo was was clean, neatly furnished, and has a nice view overlooking a pond and golf course. My daughter saw many herons, egrets, and other birds. The lanai was a nice place to relax after work! Elise was very easy to rent from, answered all questions and any concerns very quickly. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Ellie's condo for the past two years and have booked it again for next year. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to restaurants and shopping. The view from the back lanai keeps us entertained watching the active wildlife and golfers.

Perfect location

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks and have already rebooked for next year. It is in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the birds, gators and golfers coming by. Looking forward to seeing the updates Ellie is currently working on. She was a pleasure to work with during our stay.

Amazing place to stay in Sarasota!

I consider myself lucky to have found this condo for my daughter to stay in while she was doing a 4 week internship at a business in Sarasota! The condo is beautiful! Ellie was amazingly friendly and incredibly helpful. The condo is in a quiet area that overlooks a lake and the neighboring golf course which you can sit and watch from the lanai. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a place to stay. It is beautiful, clean, relaxing and quiet. I will definitely be renting here in the future! Thanks so much Ellie!!!

Great location and relaxing views!

This condo is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions, stores, and restaurants. It is in a well kept building with easy access to a pool. It has a great view and we even had a Great Blue Heron nest to watch! It has 1.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise. It is clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The owner is quick to respond to questions and interested in making your stay enjoyable. The owner has plan for various upgrades which will enhance it's appeal. It was a very nice place to stay for a month!

A heavenly view

This property is small but spotless. The unit is comfortably furnished and so very quiet. The half bath was a surprise and greatly appreciated. And then there's the view...sunrises, the lakes, the golfers, the herons and cranes...always something to watch on the spacious lanai. That's what we will miss the most. Ellie was a delight to work with and responded very quickly to our issues and questions. We can't say enough good things about this condo and it's owner!

Sarasota, Palm Aire condo

This 2nd & top floor condo has a beautiful view from the spacious lanai. The pond and golf course attract many species of birds and provides close up of nature & golfers. The owner is truly a gem; she kept up with many questions and my excitement over vacation, and also helped with local info. Also the condo mgr is on call nearby and she went some extra miles to help with spare keys. The neighborhood is peaceful & friendly and pool is 1/2 block away; beach is not a far drive, all shopping close by. When I stayed there this condo was best price for any tourist rental with a nature view; hope to stay again. Many thanks to the wonderful owner & manager.
