Njut av den underbara utsikten över piren och stranden från Sandpiper 301, en uppdaterad oceanfront hörn-enhet som ligger precis vid stranden i södra änden av Tybee. Bekvämt läge nära piren, restauranger, shopping och den största stranden. Välutrustade kök med alla apparater och diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns en platt-TV / DVD, ett matbord sittplatser 6.

Njut av havsbrisen och fantastisk utsikt från din privata möblerad balkong precis utanför vardagsrummet. Befälhavaren är möblerad med en king size-säng och i den bifogade master badet hittar du en dubbel handfat, bubbelbadkar och dusch. Ett gästrum har en drottning och den andra har 2 tvillingar. En drottning EZup säng finns för ytterligare sovande alternativ.

Om Sandpiper Condos: Denna oceanfront gated condo byggnad ligger på Strand, på den södra änden av Tybee Island. Beläget i hjärtat av South End Commercial District, bara några steg från stranden, Tybee Pier, restauranger och shopping. Sandpiper Condo-byggnaden är åtskild av en offentlig parkeringsplats från stranden och ligger mellan två populära Tybee-restauranger, Fannies på stranden och Spankys Beachside, båda erbjuder ibland live-underhållning. Oceanfrontenheterna är premiäruthyrning för några av Tybees händelser som Pirate Fest och fyrverkeri på 3 juli, Labor Day Weekend och New Years Eve.

Tybee Island condo

We loved the location and as 3 women renting the unit felt safe. The parking lot is enclosed and accessed with a code.The unit needed a thorough cleaning, dust everywhere. All the rooms had water damage to the ceilings. The owners really need to do some repairs.

Great Location, But Be Clear on the Sleeping Arrangements

If you love Tybee Island, this condo is in an ideal spot — right on the beach, with great views, and just steps away from the pier and local restaurants. The decor is coastal and clean, and the space is quite roomy, with a large kitchen and well-sized bedrooms and bathrooms.That said, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The "Extra Bedding Queen Bed" is actually an air mattress, and the bed listed as a "Queen" in Bedroom 3 is actually a full-sized bed. This was disappointing for two of the four couples in our group who were expecting queen beds based on the listing.We also noticed the floors weren’t very clean upon arrival, but to their credit, the manager responded quickly and sent someone out the same day to address the issue.

Condo was in a great location and very clean. Only issue was the water damaged ceilings in every room. They were black in some rooms. Tried to check in early but they never got back to us until the next day at noon. Computer glitch.

Beach Get-Away

This location was perfect! The condo overlooked the beach, and it was walking distance to the beach. I think it took us 4 minutes to walk to the beach. This was a great quick get away. I will definitely come back to visit.

October 2018 Stay

From the minute we checked in until we left the Island, our experience was exceptional! Sandpiper is in the legacy location for us. The unit was clean and comfortable and nicely set up. or only complaint would be the master bedroom mattress. Other than that, the rental exceeded our every expectation. Thank you for having us as your guest. We'll be back!

Our stay was too short! Only 2 nights. We would love to return! The place was great. One suggestion - spend some money on quality pillows. The current ones are cheap and uncomfortable. Also, have the cleaning staff run the hot tub and blow out the hoses. Ours had sand and a long hair. Other than that our stay was great. We would definitely return.

Nice Place

The place was spacious and clean. Only wish they had at least 1 smart tv in living room. (Nobody watches cable tv anymore)22-. The beds (the 2 kings (didn’t use 3 bedroom) were so comfortable! The parking space was a little tight for a mid size SUV.

Beach Front

Condo was as expected. The streets of south beach are crowded and noisy, so if you prefer a quieter atmosphere it would be best to go north or central.

Virtual learning getaway for our kids and grandchildren!

During this pandemic that we are currently in sometimes you have to plan a safe getaway to try and have some normalcy. This was the prefect spot and condo! CLEANLINESS WAS ALMOST PREFECT!!! The chair in the family room could use a covering. That was the only concern. However, my family and I travel together often and when we walked in the door we could smell how clean the condo was. THE CONDO LOCATION is prefect!!! We could walk to everything....food, shops, restaurants and the beach. The beach is always in view and steps away! We wished that we would have booked 2 more nights. It is a little noisy at night....I guess to be expected, since it's on a main strip. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Five stars!!! They were helpful, professional, and kind with every call, text or email. I am a planner, so I always have many questions or concerns. To sum it up....we are looking forward to our next trip to Tybee Island and we are planning to book 301 Sandpiper again!!!

Perfect location

We had a great time and absolutely loved the location. Tybee is the perfect island feel, but also has a little bit of night life. The condo was clean, very roomy and cozy. The one improvement I would suggest is we had partial rolls of toilet paper in each room and no extras available.

What an amazing stay! we had a week of celebrations as we celebrated an anniversary, a birthday and my son proposed to his girlfriend. Sandpiper 301 holds many precious memories for us and we will be back!

Best Vacay Stay!

Loved having an ocean view. Everything was so clean and nice. I absolutely loved my master bedroom view. It was right in the middle of two great restaurants and convenient to shopping. Definitely will be staying here again. My family loved it.

listing was not accurate, jetted tub did not work, non stick skillets flaked off in food.

For the amount of money this condo cost for 3 days I would expect things to be pristine. I had to buy an air mattress to sleep on their’s wouldn’t hold air with weight on it. The jetted tub didn’t work and no accesses to balcony from master. Many things that caused major problems. Their Small reimburse was a joke for what I paid! Will never get a condo thru them again! Was not a pleasant time!!!
