Sandpiper Condos ligger på Tybee Island
South Beach nära piren, paviljongen, affärer, barer och restauranger.

Hissen tar dig upp till andra våningen för
din vackra, privata, rymliga, 1400 kvadratmeter semesterglädje med en sidovy över havet från balkongen.

Beskrivning av lägenhet: Uppdaterad med keramiska plattor så att det inte finns någon matta. Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt möblerat kök med bänkskivor från Corian. Kombinationen av kyl / frys / ismaskin i full storlek, smidig topp spis, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin gör "matlagning" mycket bekvämt. Det finns ett stort skafferi och extra hyllor för att lagra dina livsmedel.
Det finns plats för 4 vid bistrobordet, 4 vid bänken och 4 på balkongen.

Boende för gäster: gratis höghastighets WIFI, kabel-TV, 4 TV-apparater (ett smart i varje sovrum). Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa och kärlekssits, 40 tums platt-TV och DVD-spelare, "StudioSync" - Bluetooth-aktiverad hylla med högtalare - spela musik från din enhet! Great location

Many things to see and do in and near Tybee Beach and this location was central to all. Communication with the host was excellent and the home was filled with all the essentials needed to create a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this home for either short term or extended visit.

Perfect place to start the new year

Truly wonderful place to stay. I wanted to spend the first month of the year near the beach and somewhere quiet, and the area fit the bill well. I'm glad I decided to stay on Tybee Island over Hilton Head Island, as the beach has more character, the island is more walkable, and the overall vibe is more lowkey and peaceful. I liked the unit even more in person. Very comfortable space with comfortable beds. Keypad entry made check-in easy, and Kris was friendly and easy to get in touch with. Took me longer than it should have to realize that if you're just walking, you don't need to open and close the garage gate but can simply use the front entrance doors to the building. I already miss walking out on the beach in the morning to breathe in the fresh morning air and look for shark teeth! Thanks Kris & Tybee Island 3

The condo is very nice. It could use some new pillows and the quest bed needs a mattress. The code didn't work to get into the fron doors.

Middleton Fam Vacation

My husband and I took all 3 kids with our youngest being 18 months old. The room was extremely clean and had everything you need from linens to kitchen utensils. We had a blast and when we return to Tybee Island this will be our first pick to stay again!

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo is close to everything you need in Tybee - restaurants, the pier, the BEACH! It’s large, clean and very well appointed. This was our second stay and we cannot recommend it enough.

Amazing stay

This condo was amazing. The photos are 100% accurate. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Beach, stores, restaurants, so much with easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here on another visit to the area.

Very pleasant furnishings!

We stayed in this condo for a week. In some of our previous trips, we've stayed in places where it was obvious they furnished it with whatever hodgepodge leftovers they had, regardless of comfort. Not this place!!! It's clearly set up for your comfort and ease of stay. My husband is disabled, and it was surprisingly accessible for a property that didn't explicitly advertise itself as accessible. Check-in was super easy, and check out even easier. Highly recommend, and we plan on renting again!

Our littles first trip to tybee

We had a FABULOUS time at this condo. The location was absolutely perfect for our family. Our oldest just wanted to fish off the pier and was able to come and go as he pleased. We brought our two toddlers and infant daughters for their first time to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere, the pier and any restaurant in just a few minutes. It was super convenient with so many little legs to keep track of. There is a full kitchen so if you wanted to cook you are able. The en-suite washer and dryer was also extremely handy. We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic condo

Great condo. Excellent location. Super clean. Very easy to communicate with the owner and clear directions. If we ever return to Tybee we would definitely book again. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect Location

It was my family's first trip to Tybee Island/Savannah and this condo was in the perfect location. We rented a car so we could go back and forth to Savannah so having a parking space was important, but everything is walkable so having a car isn't necessary. The condo was steps away from the beach and plenty of local shops and restaurants. It's such a fun area. A quick mart was just down the road if you need groceries. The condo is well-stocked and very spacious. We loved the location and would rent again if we came back. It was such a fun trip!

We are two sisters, Kris Nilson and Barbara Metts, who are co-owners of this condo and grew up in Georgia. When we were children, we visited Tybee Island with our family and loved it. In 2005, we returned to Tybee and decided Tybee was the place to own a condo where we could visit often.

We love the South end of the island and how it is within walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants, and shopping!

You never really need to use your car (unless you want to drive to the North end of the island). There are options of local cabs that have a low fee of about $4 per person to take you anywhere on the island (this fee may change).
