We enjoyed our stay here while visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter in Dillon. The house is clean and has a lovely country feel. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful retreat. The pictures can’t possibly capture just how exceptionally beautiful it is. The cabin is extremely clean and well appointed. Looking out every window in all directions is breathtaking. It is peaceful and serene.If you’re planning a visit near this area, you would be lucky to stay here.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.Bill and Pam

Great home and location

We loved this place. It’s close enough to town for easy trips to the grocery store, but out on its own enough to feel like a retreat and has great views. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. Loved watching sunsets on the back porch.

Host responsive. Property is beautiful. We loved the daily visits from the deer & to be out of town a bit. Cabin was well stocked. Enjoyed doing puzzles as a family. Only negative: body wash would be nice vs the shampoo/conditioner they stocked.

Beautiful Montana Experience

The pictures don't do the place justice! It's a beautiful log home in a gorgeous setting surrounded by farm fields, wildlife and mountain ranges in the distance all in a very private setting. Great amenities and great communication with the caretakers. We will be back!

Just what we wanted.

The listing is accurate other than I think the inside of the property is bigger than what the pictures portray. The house is very comfortable, clean, annd inviting. Bonus being surrounded by deer. Owner was very sweet and made sure we got in ok.

Absolutely Amazing, Stay as long as you can!! SPECTACULAR

My husband and I Love, Love, LOVE this property! We had so much fun in Dillon. Sparky's is a fantastic place to have dinner. The property is beautiful, lovely, relaxing , peaceful and plenty of wildlife to enjoy. I spent many mornings going for nice long walks and then relaxing. The only thing that we would have done differently, is stay a lot longer!!! Everything about this property was perfect! We will most definitely be back for a longer stay!

Excellent property, close to Dillon and far enough to be very peaceful! The house is amazing and very Montana. Well built log home. Comfortable furnishings and nicely decorated. The deer surrounding the property were fun to watch, dozens of them in the fields. The stars at night were bright and more then you can count. We stayed here while fishing local rivers. For four guys it was cheaper than buying hotel rooms and much nicer! Prefect for families too!Highly recommend and hope to be back soon on our next fishing adventure If I could give the property and our hosts 10’s I would.

Beautiful Beaverhead

We had a great family reunion in this wonderful house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed our time both inside and outside. The house is surrounded by agricultural fields and we enjoyed watching the cows with their new calves- endless entertainment. We are also avid bird and wildlife watchers, and saw many species of interest around us on the property, including a pair of Swainson's Hawks building their nest in a tree by the driveway. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend the house to others. We found plenty to do in the area, including trips to Bannack State Park, Clark Canyon Reservoir, the Patagonia Outlet, and the trail system around Dillon.

Great!

The home was a large, comfortable and beautiful log home. It was built with very high end materials and was a pleasure to spend a few days in it. Also the setting and grounds were private and beautiful with property going down to the Beaverhead River.

Spacious, quiet, beautiful getaway.

My four sisters and I spent 4 nights in this beautiful home, using it as home-base for day-trips and an eclipse adventure in Idaho. We all loved the huge, lovely, quiet, cool house and the luxurious deck all around the house. Spent a lot of time on that deck watching evening parades of deer (bucks, does, and fawns all settling down together in the hay field), and also were thrilled to see herons (and their rookery in the treetops), sandhill cranes, and a wily fox hunting mice amongst the deer. The house has a beautiful, subtle wood fragrance and is extremely comfortable. The only thing that threw us a bit was that there is no door or divider between the master bedroom and master bathroom; we were too shy to use that bathroom with someone else in the room. Using the other one worked just fine, though; we didn't struggle, even with the five of us. This home was stocked to the hilt with anything one could want in the realm of kitchenware, linens, towels, first aid items, and so on. It is a gorgeous place that I'd recommend *highly* to anyone.

Beautiful home, overall good experience

If you are coming to this area and looking for a nice home to stay in, this is a great option! It really is beautiful and feels very tucked away. We enjoyed our evenings on the large patio watching the deer walk by. Overall, we were very happ. Just a few things: The grill doesn't work (it doesn't get hot enough)- not a fun thing to discover after putting a few steaks on it. All of the knives in the kitchen are extremely dull. Also- our cell phones didn't work on the property. (Just FYI for other travelers. We have Verizon service). Thank you! We did enjoy our stay

Gorgeous home!!!

We were a party of 4 and absolutely loved every minute of staying in this luxurious log cabin. We were in awe as we walked in the front door and saw the lavish living room, kitchen, and dining area. All three bedrooms were beautifully furnished as well. We loved sitting out on the back porch area watching the beautiful deer grazing. We stayed at many different accommodations on our two week trip to Montana and none was as fabulous as this house. It was worth every penny!! Thank you for giving us this opportunity to stay here.
