Bara ta med mat och kläder. Detta familjevänliga hem är 4000 kvadratmeter komplett med de funktioner du kan förvänta dig i en lyxig timmerstuga, inklusive stor öppen planlösning med 25 fottak i huvudområdet, 3 separata vardagsrum, satellit-TV, Apple TV, höghastighetsinternet med gratis WiFi, 2-gas brinnande eldstäder, våt bar, grill, stor 8 personer badtunna, skidförråd komplett med boot värmare och skidhållare. Hemmet har golvvärme hela för att hålla tårna toasty varm även i källaren och dubbel bil garage. Vårt hem är bara en kort 100 meter promenad till kattspåret som leder till huvudgondolen. Du kan röra på stövlarna i garaget eller på baksidan av huset och dina steg bort från skidåkning ner till gondolen. Bara 5 minuters promenad till flera restauranger barer och pubar. Förmodligen den bästa gatan på kullen för att vara på. Huset sover 12 i sängar och det finns två queen-luftmadrasser för överflöde eller snorrar. Vi har också några leksaker, spädbarnstol och två pack-n-play-enheter för de små i din grupp.

Fullständigt kök utrustat med all din matlagning förutsättningar krukor / kokkärl, tallrikar / skålar, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna, brödrostar, mixer, vattenkokare, kaffekvarn, kalkonbröd, crock pot, kryddor och listan fortsätter. Packa bara dina väskor och kom och njut av din vistelse.

Livery Home with all amenities

Served our party perfectly and was like staying in a luxury home with all the benefits. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets and coffee and spices. Owner was responsive. Location is beautiful just 17 minutes out of Golden. Beds were comfortable and house was spotlessly clean.

Amazing House

Loved the house, we were two families, and it worked out perfectly. Amazing common room and enough space to spread out. Easy ski down to the Gondola and we figured out how to ski back to the hot tub!

This is a beautiful property, the house is amazing and it's just a short walk to the ski hill.

We had an awesome little vacation, the Powder House comes with everything you need. It's the best stocked rental home I've ever stayed in. We will be booking again for our next mountain getaway.

Great Place!!!

Best cabin I ever stayed. It was nine of us and everyone loved this place. The only negative is quite a distance from a major city, Calgary. However it's very close to a ski resort, you can almost ski to a resort and back to a cabin.

Family Skiing Get Away

An excellent property well located on Kicking Horse Mountain! With lots of well furnished nooks and crannies there was plenty of gathering space and alone time space. The home was equipped with every amenity we needed and then some. It was a fantastic experience and a great time was had by all.

Exceptional Mountain Chalet

Breathtaking home with all amenities. Fantastic for a large group or a couple families. Everything for the ski enthusiast or if you're just looking to get away from the city for a bit. We cooked all meals in the home and there was plenty of cutlery, plates, and cooking appliances for everything! Plus the house has a lovely secluded hot tub. Highly recommend the property if you're in the area!

Absolutely Amazing!

Our family of 7 spent five nights here and everything was amazing! David, our host, was quick to respond to a few of our questions throughout our stay. We did have an issue with hot water one afternoon and David sent someone out immediately to get it fixed all within just a couple of hours. Great neighborhood, beautiful house, and we used the hot tub on a daily basis. Thank you for sharing your home to our family; we will definitely be back!! :) Anita

Beauiful and Spacious Home!

The review were very accurate on this property. The home is beautiful and spacious. We were a small family visiting the Golden area to enjoy a few of the surrounding national parks. The house is located in the Kicking Horse Mountain resort area. It's such a great little area. Fun things to do literally walking distance from the house. The home was very clean and well stocked with basic supplies. You can tell the owner takes very good care of this home. He was also very helpful with questions prior and on-site. I highly recommend this home if your in the Golden area!

Very roomy and mostly very nice

This house is very roomy and has pretty much everything we needed during our stay. The house itself is in great shape and most everything worked as expected. Some of the furnishings are due for a refresh. In particular, the king bed has a significant dip in it - I felt as though I was sliding down hill all night. Other furnishings are also showing a fair amount of wear - but not so bad to significantly detract from our enjoyment of the place.

Very generous owner, super clean. You don’t need to carry anything with you as this place provides plenty of herbs, coffee, spices for your cooking. You can find all house rules in a file at the kitchen area and posts on the doors. Good pricing. We had no issue at all. Communications with owner takes longer than usual that I expected through VRBO but this could be normal as I don’t have much of experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is in a perfect location for exploring the surrounding national parks. Yoho, Glacier, and Kootenay are each about an hour's drive away.The town of Golden is quite charming with 2 grocery stores, a liquor store, several restaurants, and a fabulous bakery called Ethos. We enjoyed hikes in each of the national parks, our 2 favorites being Emerald Basin, off of Emerald Lake in Yoho, and Stanley Glacier in Kootenay. There is a great restaurant in the town of Field called The Truffle Pig. Don't miss it if you are visiting Yoho. The house is very well stocked, quite spacious, and the ever changing views of the mountains are beautiful. There is so much to see and do, we wish we could have stayed longer than 7 days.
