Denna nya marknad 5 sovrums bondgård på Barley Neck har varit omtänksamt och modernt uppdaterad för din sommarsemester njutning. Huset ligger i ett underbart lugnt grannskap med vackra körsbärsträd och fleråriga trädgårdar.

Man kan vandra längs vägen till Pochet Inlet för att starta en kajak, gå upp Briar Springs Road för en snabb simning på Meetinghouse Pond eller ta en 5-minuters bilresa till Nauset Beach för en dag på stranden. Summer Breeze Cottage ligger bara upp vägen från Barley Neck Inn och andra Main Street butiker och restauranger. Det finns också enkel tillgång till Skaket Beach & Rock Harbor på Cape Cod Bay.

Summer Breeze Cottage har fyra bekväma sovrum på övervåningen plus ett gästrum på första våningen - varje uppdaterad med nya mattor, möbler, madrasser och sängkläder.

Det stora rummet på första våningen är ett underbart utrymme för familjesamlingar. Ett uppdaterat kök innehåller nya granitdiskar, bestick, tallrikar och köksredskap. I vardagsrummet ingår matplats för 8-12, nya sittplatser, mattor och soffa med fransk dörr tillgång till en mycket privat bakgård med eldstad och däck med ny Weber grill.

En separat familj / TV-rum inkluderar en ny soffa, sittplatser, 55 "HD Roku TV och DVD-spelare. Höghastighetsinternet är tillgängligt för de fattiga själarna som måste kontrollera sina arbetsmail.

Beautiful Cottage!

Summer Breeze Cottage is a lovely place to stay. The house was impeccably clean, exactly as described, and the layout was perfect for our group. I would stay here again and feel so glad that we were able to book it as a place to stay while we celebrated our grandfather’s 90th birthday and family reunion.

Perfect Cape Cod vacation

Our family of 9 loved our stay at Summer Breeze. The house has plenty of space for spreading out with the beautiful front porch, back deck and gardens perfect for relaxing. The outdoor shower was amazing for post beach rinse off. The neighborhood was close to Nauset and Skaket beach, Orleans shopping, Firebird games, etc.

A lovely stay

Our family group of 8 adults and one 2 yo had a wonderful stay at Summer Breeze. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable for everyone. Highlights were the proximity to both Nauset and Skaket beaches. Easy to get a week pass for both beaches online or at Nauset Beach admin bldg. Another highlight was the lovely screened in porch, with comfortable seating and a large table for dinner or games. We had a bit of rainy weather and it was a nice retreat on those days. The lovely backyard and patio provided even more spots to enjoy time together. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Karen was so very helpful before and during our stay. Her guide book is quite extensive and includes all details to create a wonderful stay in Orleans.

Beautiful place in Cape Cod

Beautiful place in Cape Cod, stay there with my wife and kids. More than enough space with the five bedrooms! Nice quiet location with a great yard. Everything about the house was well done and well decorated. Very clean. Very comfortable. Less than 10 minutes from the ocean and 12 minutes to the bay. Both the ocean and Bay nearby Were gorgeous and the kids had fun playing in the crazy tides. I was able to get a day of kiteboarding less than 20 minutes away at first encounter beach. The grill outside was a nice addition as we cook some nice fish from the local fishmarket. Highly recommended for any type of getaway and can easily accommodate two families. And the outdoor shower, amazing, I never took a shower inside!

Truly a Summer Paradise

Three generations of our family stayed in Summer Breeze in Orleans. From the photos, we expected a beautiful home , but the house is beautiful, and welcoming and then some. Every detail has been thought out, the kitchen is easy to use and well equipped, there is an extra fridge in the laundry room, which has an extra large washer and dryer so that the beach load is done in one wash. The house is laid out so that there is room for everyone to be together or to grab some solo time. The front porch is just simply heaven - lovely in the morning for coffee or the evening when the kids were in bed. The back deck was ideal for our first evening cookout. The large living area has a table that comfortably seats 10 - perfect for our granddaughter's birthday dinner. The showers, from outdoor to indoors, were new and spacious (outdoor one being a favorite of all coming back from the beach). The grounds are also lovely - landscaped so that something was blooming where ever you looked. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet yet a short drive to anything you need. The strong wi-fi made all the zoom calls that took place during the course of the week easy and never faltered when every iPad and iPhone were connected. And the streaming services in the tv room had something for everyone. In short - it was a perfect vacation home and we are all hoping to go back next year.

Exceptional !

This home has everything a family could want or need for a wonderful vacation. It is beautifully furnished, has a very well-equipped kitchen, everything you'd need for days at the beach with close proximity to both Nauset and Skakat beaches, and a large screened porch perfect for our nightly dinners. Simply perfect!

Would come again in a heartbeat!

High end, comfortable, great location, wonderful and communicative hosts. A place you would want to visit annually with responsive hosts. Everything you could imagine is there and the place is like a mini paradise. Not often is it as comfortable staying at home as it is being out but this is the place. .A vacation is as much staying at home as it is the adventure. The hosts made this experience wonderful.

Family CC Vacation

Great house near Nauset. Beautiful inside and out and well appointed and updated. Loved going to Nauset after 4:30 p to walk and enjoy the sunset. We had little ones (1-3 years old) so liked going to First Encounter Beach during the day or to Nickerson. Just make sure you bring lots of cash! The beaches and parks all require it!

Incredible house in Orleans

Our family of 12 included 7 adults and 5 children all under 6. We have been renting summer houses for a few years and this house was incredible. In fact, the pictures don't do it justice. We had more then enough room for all of us and the house was very well equipped for all our needs including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The backyard had lounges and a Weber grill and the kitchen had it all too The screened porch was fantastic and we spent a few nights playing games and hanging out when the kids went to bed and they enjoyed it in the day. The owner, Karen, provided the best welcome pamphlet I have seen and when we had a small problem quickly helped us resolve it The beach was beautiful and less then a ten minute drive. Chatham is a short drive and a nice town. I guess you can say we recommend this house and the owner!!

Great house even in stormy weather.

We stayed during Fourth of July week and really enjoyed ourselves. There were nine of us, including 5 teenagers. The weather wasn’t the best for our week but there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax and get together to play games. The new front porch was a great addition and the ping pong table got a lot of use. The location was very convenient with a short ride to nauset beach and skaket beach. I highly recommend the house for anyone considering renting in Orleans.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Orleans. The home was a great size for us (6 adults, 2 young kids), and a convenient location in Orleans a short drive to Nauset Beach, shops, and restaurants, and 10 minutes to Skaket Beach. The new screened in porch is awesome - allowed us to really enjoy time outside, including the two nice ceiling fans to keep cool. The kitchen and main living area are in great shape, with comfy couches, and we appreciated that the TV room could be closed off with nice sliding barn doors. All the bedrooms upstairs had comfortable mattresses and plenty of space for luggage. The garage is also well-equipped with many beach chairs and games. The neighborhood is also great for a nice walk, with many beautiful homes. Overall a 5-star stay!

Great house/location! Multi family vacation

Very clean and well appointed home! Even had a sizeable selection of beach chairs/umbrellas to use which was great to reduce packing. Wonderful neighborhood/location with a 6 minute drive to nausett beach and easy access to skaket beach. We had multiple families with kids and had plenty of room to spread out. The screened in porch was a mainstay and where we ate many dinners, read books, did puzzles. Wonderful home and Karen was great! Very responsive!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had the most wonderful stay in this home. It is in a great location - accessible to various places and yet peaceful and calm. The kitchen is extremely well stocked if you plan to cook including lobster pots. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The fire pit and outdoor shower were perfect. We sat by the fire every night and made smores too. Highly recommend for stay with the family.

Beautiful home - great location

Our first time n Orleans, previously stayed in Chatham. Like Orleans and proximity to many beaches. Home was perfect for us and would definitely book again. Owner VERY good at communicating and even fixed something while we were there within the same day.

Wonderful week on the Cape

This is a lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of room for our family of eight. Everything we needed inside, plus a nice deck and spacious backyard. Only a ten minute drive to Nauset or town. Karen was so easy to work with, and when the cleaning crew finished early the day we checked in, she texted to let us know so we were able to get in ahead of schedule.

Great stay

House was wonderful, roomy and clean. Nice location in proximity to all but also pretty secluded and quiet. Karen was available to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Over the last year we updated, painted and furnished this charming beach community farmhouse. It is now a warm and comfortable family home for up to 10 vacationers. With easy access to beach and stars, Summer Breeze is relaxing and a perfect break from whatever ails you. We hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.
