Denna utsikt över trädgården enhet rymmer upp till åtta personer med en stor säng i två av sovrummen och drottning i ett sovrum och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Denna enhet har vackra nya möbler med rena och elegant design med tropiska accenter. I vardagsrummet och två sovrum har nya platt-TV. Det finns nya kakel golv i hela enheten. Perfect in every way!

We had an amazing stay with the family, the property is perfect and you can’t beat the location. Would absolutely love to stay here again. I appreciate that the property managers thought of all the little touches too.

Good spacious areas with available supplies and accessories.

The entire condo rooms are perfect. However, the location being in the 3rd floor with no elevator is very inconvenient. The parking area constructions during the first 3 days of our stay added to the inconvenience. I wasn’t notified of such streets pavement that made it difficult for us to navigate our way upon arrival.

A Nice Location in Maui

Other than a parking place fiasco at check-in (they changed their parking procedures 2 days before), we had a wonderful visit. The property, grounds and pools were all fantastic. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants.

Short stop over

Stop over for four nights on Maui and wanted a walkable location to amenities. The condo was nice, and the kitchen was the best supplied I've ever seen.

Great family condo

We stayed here with our kids and my mom during our Maui vacation. We loved how spacious the condo was and how each room has it's own bedroom. The boogie boards and sand toys were an extra treat for our kids. Great location, easy walk to the beach!

Spacious 3 bedroom condo near the beach

The main reason we picked this place was its location for a 3 bedroom, 3 queen or above beds which were hard to find. For 3 couples, this was perfect. Very clean, nice kitchen. There is also some beach gear which was very helpful.

love the maui banyon a won noon

very nice room. well set up. although i missed the part about no elevator and we are on the third floor. having to get all the luggage and groceries up the first day was something. quiet rooms and very nice sizes. only down side except the stairs is no cleaning supplies. 1 dish cloth no condiments had to buy salt and pepper and sugar which i left for the next person. this isn’t our first stay there but first time no cleaners for cleaning countertops but overall lovely room and lovely place

Nice condo

Condo was comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. Well equipped, with the exception that there was no salt and pepper in kitchen and not sufficient trash bags and no container for recycables. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Maui Wedding/Family reunion

We had 8 adults in the unit. Very comfortable. We are all fit, so the 3 stories without an elevator was ok. Nothing in pantry as far a cooking supplies or spices. We left a few behind for the next. Also left a nice mattress cover for the sofa bed ( increased the comfort level) Only negative was that the AC units don’t blow very cold.

Great Condo

This is a great property and the listing was accurate in all respects. Location was excellent. The condo was comfortable and convenient for our family of five. The selection of beach equipment was amazing. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not too bad. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. The AC units struggled to keep up. The bedroom without AC was uncomfortable. But overall, the unit was very good and we would come back again, especially because it had 3 bathrooms which is hard to find.

Appreciated having ice maker in freezer. T building has no elevator. Hubby with new knee did fine. Liked being close to pool/ hot tub.This unit was described as a "garden view". That might be a 's got palm trees hiding the road/parking area.

Didn’t have enough Towels and wash cloths and I left a jumpsuit in the closet that they kept

Bring your own bath towels and don’t forget anything in the unit because they will keep it. I left a bran new striped summer jump suit in the closet and either the owner or the cleaners kept it. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days almost 4 ooo dollars and I can’t even my clothes retuned back to me.

It’s set up very efficiently with three bedrooms and three full baths, which was very nice for our group. We also really enjoyed the fact that there was a full supply of beach chairs, and beach, umbrellas, and beach bags. The lanai was just wonderful. It was located so you were always comfortable no matter what the weather was, not too much sun, not too much shade, and even when it was raining, we never got wet. It has a nice large table with six chairs. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. We have been at this facility four times and we will definitely come back.
