The location was great and the host was responsive to questions. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. We were so thankful for the excellent air conditioning, The kitchen is the only common area and it is quite tight getting around. We were fine having snacks and breakfast but preparing a meal for our family would not have been easy.It was very nice to be right next to the metro stop , have a park right across the street. Around the circle there is a decent sized grocery store and numerous places to eat and shop.

Our group of 7 stayed here for 3 days, we could have stayed 3 more weeks. Couldn’t be any closer to the metro for the quick trip to all must see locations, many amazing restaurants in the neighborhood, a park directly across the street. Communication with the host was answered instantly, check in was effortless, place was very clean and we felt very safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Loves this place!!

We had 10 adults that were able to have their own private bedroom and bath! Amazing! I highly recommend! Restaurants were walking distance and tourist attractions were a short taxi drive away. Did not disappoint!

Rome Trip

There was a group of 7 of us that stayed at the property. I liked how every room had a bathroom and at least we had a queen size bed. The host was awesome and very responsive to all the questions that were asked.

Great group apt with convenient location

We had a group of 10. The apartment was a great set up for everyone to have their own space. Smaller main area so hard to get everyone together in one room but this was as advertised. Location to food an Metro was great.

Perfect stay

The host was perfect! Communicated well, responded quickly and was very helpful With any questions I had. It worked out perfectly for the 11 people that were traveling together was six bedrooms and six bathrooms… that was a win-win. Located close to metro and eateries. If I were to travel with a large group again, I would stay there again.

Nice apartment!

Apartment was in a good central location, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Apartment was nice and clean! Beds were comfortable! We knew there wasn’t a living room but wished the kitchen would have been bigger to accommodate all 11 of us! All in all a nice place to stay.

Nice apartment in Rome

We enjoyed our stay and the landlord, Fabrizio, was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the are and nice. The apartment overall was very nice, just a note for kids is that there is a piece of art in the 6th room that is sexually suggestive and so might want to keep the children in another room. Otherwise, great accommodations.

Roman Christmas

We had all 6 bedrooms for the family each nicely decorated with good beds and bathroom. Very convenient to the metro with shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Frabrizio had put in a few supplies for our arrival thus the first morning we were set up for a light breakfast. Very thoughtful. We would definitely put this apartment on a short list for a future visit to Rome with a large group.
