Awesome place

We had a great experience, cabin was clean and was able to make a fire and had hot tub access. Cabin was beautiful. A little far drive to town but beautiful drive up and down the mountain. Me and my wife will be staying here again. Thanks guys

Lovely quiet stay

Second time staying here and love it. Cabin is well outfitted and cozy. Sitting in the sunroom or screened in porch and seeing deer wandering by is a treat.

Beech Mountain Cabin

The cabin and host were great. Nice quiet relaxing atmosphere. The cabin was clean and cozy. The hot tub was very nice. Brad was very helpful with information about the area and answered all my questions. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. Thanks

Coolest little vacation spot!

We really enjoyed the cabin for 4 days. It was well decorated, nicely stocked and very clean. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the sauna. The host was a great guy. Will definitely look forward to staying again in the future

Great trip, fun small cottage

Good location, quiet & clean. Bring shampoo, soap (& a kitchen sponge). Everything is labeled or included in the “handbook”. Very responsive owner.

Cabin in the woods

This cabin was our kind of place, out doorsy and quiet. good base of ops to the ski resorts and other activities. Starting out the mornings in the sauna or nursing sore muscles at night in the hot tub was perfect.

Weekend Ski Trip - family of 4

We had a wonderful time staying here. This property was perfect for our young family of 4 & dog. The location is <10 min drive to beech ski resort. The sauna & hottub were bonus amenities & a nice option after day on the slopes. We also enjoyd the wood burning fireplace to warm up after being out in the weather. Kitchen is well stocked, had everything we needed.

Fantastic, Amenities galore, Peaceful

We loved our stay at this cabin retreat. Very clean, inviting and represents the description well. The location was perfect Les than 10 min to Beech mountain skiing, restaurants and only 2o min to Sugar mountain. But really, with everything this little cabin has to offer we could have just stayed in all week.

AMAZING!

Donald is an amazing host. There were very detailed instructions for each and every amenity that his little slice of heaven offered. The house is absolutely amazing. The hot tub was perfect. The sauna was outstanding. The wilderness around the property was spectacular. We will be returning very soon for another much needed relaxation weekend. Thank you Donald for everything and for sharing your cabin with us. See you soon!

Anniversary Bliss

Absolutely can not say enough good things about the property and Donald! Our stay was wonderful! My wife and I chose this cabin for our 10th anniversary get away and it was amazing! Quiet, secluded and serene! We only had one small issue during our stay and Donald was ON TOP OF IT! If my wife and I have the chance to get away again in the future we will be staying here again!

Quaint Cabin is great!

Great place to stay. Super close to the slopes and wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Lots of wildlife to enjoy and an easy place to relax. Don was most helpful and communicated extremely well!

Very pleased with our stay. We had a small issue with the hot water but Mr. Don was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay again. The location was great as well, right down the road from Beech mountain. Highly recommend!

Most Amazing Experience We Could Ask For

Wow. I don't really have the words and to be honest I don't want to even go into detail because I want to keep this place a secret. It starts with the fact that the owner Don went above and beyond and was so attentive to anything we asked. Everything was perfect and in perfect working order and anything that wasn't (which was very minor) Don had fixed immediately and remedied the situation. The cabin is so perfect for a little couples get away like ours. Fully stocked with wood for the fireplace, clean water in the hot tub (and clean hot tub), etc. Really I could go on and on. We will definitely be staying here again. Please respect the place and the owners!

My name is Don Tate and I live in Mt Pleasant, SC. I fell in love with this little cabin when a friend first showed it to me in 2015. As he lives in New England, he was willing to sell the property to avoid his long distance maintenance trips. The interior pine board paneling and exposed beams appealed me to immensely.
