På södra sidan av centrala Winter Park och bara några minuter från skidorten Winter Park, det bästa av båda världarna! Ta tag på dina skidor och hoppa bussen på gratis-pendelbussen till var som helst i dalen, inklusive orten, som ligger framför byggnaden. En 5 minuters promenad till Hideaway Park och alla underbara restauranger i stan. Gott om plats för en familj på fyra, eller ett mysigt paras tillflyktsort. Kom till skidor, rör, snöskor och ha kul. Njut av allt som erbjuds i Winter Park Resort och Downtown !!

Välkommen till vår lägenhet på 2: a våningen. Oroa dig inte för att du förlorar din nyckel, bara slå in din unika kod i dörrlåset. Vår enhet har gott om utrymme att sträcka ut och koppla av med två sängar, en drottning och 1 futon. Spara pengar och gör dina egna fantastiska måltider med en helt ny spis, kylskåp i rostfritt stål och fullt utrustat kök; köksredskap, krukor, kokkärl, Keurig kaffebryggare (kaffe pods levereras nu) och många fler. Känner inte att laga mat medan du är på semester (inte skylla dig) ta en kort promenad till centrum och njut av en av de lokala restaurangerna (The Ditch är vår favorit). Titta på TV när du är färdig att vandra / cykla / eller ta sevärdheter med en ny soffa och Xfinity-kabel eller ta med dina inloggningar till den medföljande Roku.

Vår byggnad har en täckt parkerad parkering (första kom / första parkerad) och en hiss (för vem som packade den påsen) och bagagevagnsvagn. Efter uppackning kan du använda träningsbyggnaden, som har 2 bubbelbadkar (ett inomhus, en utomhus), stor pool, fria vikter, löpband och elliptisk maskin.

Klar för att slå på berget eller se vad den andra sidan av staden har att erbjuda? Hoppa på bussen som stannar rakt ut framför byggnaden. Det finns oändliga möjligheter till äventyr när du bor så nära både centrum och Winter Park bergsbasen. Sök vinterparkens bussrutter för att få väginformation.

Amazing Place

My husband and I wanted to beat the Texas heat. This little place had everything that we could possibly need. We enjoyed a relaxing time and would definitely book again.

Lovely Little Studio

Very nice studio, actually more spacious than I thought it would be. Kitchen was nicely stocked, bed was comfortable. Great place to relax after skiing. We enjoyed hot tubing at the fitness center. Just know that the fitness center is in a different building but is a short walk. We were able to park in the garage but we were there Sunday-Thursday. Garage is small so parking may be a challenge on weekends. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Christmas vacation

It was wonderful to stay here for our Christmas vacation. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pickup location for the free shuttle for the ski resort is right outside the property. The apartment had a great kitchen and working oven for cooking meals and the attached athletic club had a sauna and indoor and outdoor hot tub that we used every day. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Perfect In all ways.

Fabulous condo hitting on all marks. Decorated beautifully, super comfortable bed, can walk to town, and most of all the owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. My stay was perfect.

Visit to Winter Park

I want to thank Amy for a great stay. This location was fantastic since it was my first time visiting Winter Park for the Jazz Festival. The only issue we had was the elevator being out of service during our stay, and I think that falls on the building managers. Thanks again!!

Perfect place for winter fun!

This was a tastefully decorated and a wonderful place to stay while having some winter outdoor fun. Great location, nice and clean and well stocked in case you want to cook instead of go out.

Perfect Location

If you are traveling without a car the property is very conveniently located to be able to walk to restaurants. Also getting to/from the resort is extremely easy as there is a Lift stop in front of the building where the property is and several buses stop right there at Vasquez. There is also a room on the floor with minimally priced washers and dryers which can easily be paid by credit card. For a single traveler or a couple I would highly recommend staying here.

ski trip

Absolutely loved staying at this condo for our ski trip!The condo was super cute and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very thoughtful, and sent us a link with extremely helpful information. We took the free bus to the ski resort which was a quick ride. The condo is very close to good restaurants in easy walking distance. The complex was very quiet, and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Ski Getaway

I come up from Boulder every few weeks to get a few days of skiing at Mary Jane. The studio unit was clean and is in a great location that is close the the lifts and town. Check in was the easiest I've experienced. The walls are a little thin, but that's a small price to pay for the ease of access and comfort.

Great price for location and quality

Much nicer than any place I have stayed at in winter park. The bus stop is very close for the resort and has many times available for pick up. Amy was very helpful and responsive. Hot tub was awesome!

Excellent Location

With the property being right at the edge of town, it’s very easy to access everything and very quick ride to the resort village. Very clean and organized with everything you need in the apartment. Only complaint is that the WI-FI stopped working on the last day and the bed is fairly hard/uncomfortable.

Great Review

I stayed here for a ski trip with my family. The place is smaller than anticipated, but located amazingly close to both the town and the lifts. 9/10 would stay again.

Short walk to eat and shop

The room was very clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and ski shops. Covered parking was a big plus! We really enjoyed the stay.

Location, Location, Location. This property gave us enough room for the four of us while allowing easy access to all the amenities that the Fraser Valley has to offer from winter skiing to simply walking downtown and hopping the bus to the grocery store.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the only properties that offer a health club and a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus will pick you up and drop you off at the ski resort in about 5 minutes. Take 1 of a few buses to be dropped off at the end of the day, or within 1 block of the building. We rarely drive to the resort to ski it is so convenient.
