Wonderful Space

This little gem of a spot was perfect for our needs and then some. It was super clean, well equipped and the layout is spacious! We were able to cook all our meals and enjoy them in the comforts of this home away from home. The host was super thorough in communications, making check in and out a breeze. And the bed was SUPER comfy for us. Thank you!

Ravenna retreat

The apartment was just as described. Plus it was cozy, well lit, and well equipped. We loved that it came with plenty of coffee, towels, and a sofa bed for the grandkids. Great bookstore and bagels nearby. We would love to return in the future.

Perfect!

Wonderful unit! The owners have thought of everything, from tasteful and comfortable furnishings to a beautifully equipped kitchen. Small touches made the stay even nicer - Keurig coffeemaker, jigsaw puzzles, comfy bed and pillows, motion sensor night lights. We look forward to returning whenever we visit family in Seattle.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I helped moved my son into University of Washington. This location was PERFECT for our needs, and the hosts were so gracious to provide everything we needed. The neighborhood was great with plenty of local places to eat. We will definately stay here again!

We love this place!

This was our 2nd stay at the Spacious Bryant Retreat and we couldn't be more satisfied. It is comfortable, roomy, attractive, well-appointed and in a great location. The property manager is accessible and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time staying at the spacious Bryant retreat. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very accommodating! We liked being able to walk to the bus stop and a few restaurants that were nearby. Would definitely recommend to others!

Quiet cozy stay in Seattle

I booked this place with a friend to visit another friend during his birthday, and it ended up being just the right fit for us. The property, located between Ravenna and Bryant, is in a quiet residential area of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. There was a nice corner cafe a short walk away that we ate at, along with other restaurants a short distance away. My friend drove, so being able to park in the driveway was very handy for us. Check-in was very straightforward, communication with the host was very prompt, and the property was spotless upon arrival. The presence of AC was very welcome as it was starting to get warm outside on certain days. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable, and my friend told me that the sofa-bed was more comfortable than he was expecting as well. The living room was spacious and allowed us to spend an afternoon comfortably hanging out in it with our Seattle friends. We didn't utilize the kitchen a ton, but appreciated that it was there. The host supplied a booklet of various recommendations in the area as well as detailed yet straightforward check-out instructions. All in all, it was a very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood, and it was everything that it was described as. Thank you!

Great find for our Seattle trips!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to family we were visiting, in a quiet neighborhood, accessible by car to good food markets. Parking was always easy. The entire property was lovely and well-equipped, just as described in the listing. Nate accommodated our request to check-in early. As we have family close to this property, we will definitely want to stay here whenever we come to Seattle!

UW Visit

This was the perfect place to stay for our recent UW visit. It had everything we needed and fit us well (our 6'4" son easily fit on the sofa bed). The apartment is well-appointed and everything looks new. It is very convenient to U of W. The neighborhood is great and if we had not had a full weekend of activities we would have spent more time exploring. The property manager, Nate, is very responsive and helpful. We are already planning to stay here again :)

Had everything you need and more. Well organized and clean. Excellent parking. Great Hosts that have thought of everything. Most importantly for me that it was a lovely safe neighborhood that was close to the hospital.

Everything you need!

Nice space in a lovely neighborhood. Comfy bed, laundry, equipped kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. Clean bathroom with heater. This unit has everything you need and is easily accessible (no stairs to lug suitcases!). We really enjoyed our stay and there were nice restaurants, coffee, etc nearby. Likely best if you have a car (we were driving). I would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Host!

We were in Seattle for my step son's heart surgery at Children's. Nate's place was a convenient location for that, and is in a nice neighborhood. Unit was very clean and well equipped. As someone else mentioned, you can hear foot traffic overhead during the day, but not much else, and not during sleeping hours, so not an issue at all. Nate is a prompt and great communicator, would stay here again if we needed to be in this part of town.

Bryant Park Stay

This property was in a quiet neighborhood, close to UW (our daughter is a student there) and had a parking spot—all very convenient features when renting in Seattle. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The owner’s attention to detail was much appreciated.

Wonderful stay

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay here. Lovely backyard, nice location 2 miles from Green Lake, and very comfortable and clean accommodations. Nate was very responsive to messages and was overall an excellent host. I would not hesitate to come back.

Charming and clean.

My husband and I enjoyed this spacious and charming apartment. Nate was very available and quickly answered any questions we had. We were conveniently located near the UW Medical Center. We would definitely stay here again.
