Clean and quiet townhouse

My adult children and I enjoyed our stay in this large townhouse. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs bathroom was bright and spacious. We used the large kitchen every evening and the dining area accommodated family and friends. The couch was especially comfortable.

Air Force Academy parents weekend

Me and my family, 5 people total, stayed here for the Air Force Academy parents weekend. Most of the time we were exploring USAFA (north gate only 10 minutes away) or hiking at Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak (about 20 min away). We did make a couple meals at the townhouse. It had everything we needed and our family comfortably enjoyed meals at the table together. The owner is attentive and helpful.

Perfect for what I needed

The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was very clean. The property adequately served the purpose for what we needed (full kitchen and and place to sleep). The only draw back we had was that the AC had a hard time keeping the upstairs cool. That said, the owner recognized the issue and installed fans for the short term and is researching other solutions for the long term.

Marie, Thank you for taking the time to review and provide inputs to me and to potential future guests. You are correct that cooling the upstairs would take the AC unit longer to do during the day. It is a common things for multi-level houses with central AC in Colorado Springs. I also appreciate you recognized that I was trying to provide fans to help ease the slow to cool down issue. With the temps being so high, I am trying to find a balance between providing a place where guest can enjoy with 20 degrees or so lower than the outside and not freezing up the AC unit and stopping AC to work altogether. Thank you again for being my guests and for the inputs.

Our 10 day stay was amazing!! The host was extremely helpful. Location was easy to get anything you need or want! Highly recommend this lovely home for your stay!! We will be using this host again!!

Very nice property in great area

Had all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive to inquiries. Was great location if visiting Air Force Academy. Very walkable (we walked to Starbucks most mornings for coffee). Had many paved walking paths through neighborhoods and to commercial areas in addition to large open natural areas. King Sooper close by for groceries. Larger stores like Walmart and Target within 10 minutes or so.

Great location and safe neighborhood. Owner was informative and stayed in touch throughout the stay.

Overall it went well. The main issue was with the water pressure when showering and the a/c restrictions.

The host made it easy to sign agreement and gave a good tour of the home. Instructions were clearly provided. Easy to live by rules as we are a retired couple and not prone to partying.

High Altitude fun

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for In-processing for our daughter at USAFA. It was a great location to come and go to the Academy and other tourist locations. The house was neat, tidy and comfortable. Madelene was a great host! When we had some personal problems come up and had to leave early, she was very accommodating. I would recommend this house for your next visit to Colorado Springs.

Excellent town home close to most things in Colorado Springs

Great experience in this home, the 3 bedroom layout fit my family of 6 perfectly. Without a doubt the cleanest property we've ever stayed in. Madelene even let us use her 2nd parking space for most of the week, which was a real help to us. I recommend this property highly and there's a good chance we'll stay here again the next time we're in Colorado Springs.

Very nice, comfy beds

We had a very nice stay. The condo was a perfect location for us! The place is very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. One thing to note if traveling with kids as we were, is that there isn’t any green space or any areas for the kids to be outside. Otherwise we had everything we needed and she did help us with getting a gate for one of the flights of stairs. We were pleased 😊

Affordable property in a great location!

The host is very kind and my family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The location is great and you can see the mountains outside the door. The price is very fair. It is an established town home community and you will have some traffic coming and going but we had no problems with any of the surrounding tenants. If in the area we would stay there again.
