Another great stay in Breckenridge - 2nd straight summer at this house and already looking forward to next year. Ideal location just 2 blocks from Main Street, and also 2 blocks from numerous trails for hiking.House had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend.

This is the most accurate listing that I've ever rented. Beautiful landscaping and everything a foodie would need in the large kitchen!The perfect location to explore everything Breckenridge has to offer.

The home was outstanding!! Every possible need was met, clean , allowed privacy for four couples and plenty of room to socialize .Access to the mountain via short walk or convenient public transportation .The set up checked all our boxes .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised clean, and the location was amazing. 5 minute walk to main street for shopping, lunch/dinners and night life. 15 minute walk to the gondola. We would absolutely visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It had plenty of space, a great kitchen, fun backyard, and was perfect for visiting Breck.

Wonderful short term rental setup. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Perfect location being only a 5 minute walk to the welcome center on Main Street!

We really enjoyed this property. It is very well appointed with plenty of staples and amenities, and it is nicely decorated. The location was great because it is within 2 blocks of Main Street and its shops and restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful, with a great location that made everything easy and convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable and well set up, giving everyone their own space to relax. There was plenty of room for families to gather, whether we were playing games, sharing meals together, or just hanging out and enjoying each other’s company. It felt welcoming, spacious, and perfect for making memories together.

This property was beautiful and the rooms are spread throughout the house giving privacy for all guests. Location was perfect and just a short walk to Main Street and the BreckConnect gondola. The owner was extremely responsive when requesting our stay and also let us know when housekeeping was finished for an early check-in. We will definitely be looking to book a future stay here.

2024 New Year’s Eve trip

This house was a great location for my family. We could walk to town within minutes and it was also within minutes of great eating places we will definitely rent this place again.

Perfect Breckenridge Vacation

Great house with everything we could need for our week in Breckenridge. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Perfect yard for our dog. Hot tub was welcome after our hike to the top of Quandary Peak. And an enjoyable 3 block walk to Main Street dining and shopping. Will absolutely be back next summer.

Incredible Home & Location -- Will Rent Again

Location can't be beat, can literally walk EVERYWHERE, house is exactly, if not better, than advertised and John is a gracious host and very easy to work with. One of the best alternative accommodation experiences I've ever had. We will definitely be returning and renting this property again.

Perfect ski holiday with extended family

Property is gorgeous and exactly as described. Loads of space, well appointed and perfect for our family ski trip. Both the owner and property manager took great care of us and were fast and responsive to all of our needs. Would love to stay here again next time we visit Breck.

Lovely house & great location

The house is in an ideal location - close to the Mountain (walk to the gondola or take one of the buses). Just a couple of blocks to bars and restaurants. The house was well kept and great for our group! Awesome property.
