JULI 2018 - Stort boende med öppen lounge, matsal och kök. Perfekt läge, gångavstånd till affärer och restauranger. Mina barn kunde gå till skate parken som var stor. Jag skulle definitivt boka igen i framtiden.

Gillade inte: Renlighet och boendets skick och faciliteter

Firstly, the choice of this property was our own fault because we left our booking so late and it was the only one left in the Exmouth area The bed was inconveniently low ie 300 mm above the ground when normal beds are 750 mm above the floor.- very hard to get into and out of. The bed springs and the actually bedding were aweful. The bedroom fan was noisy and wobbled. There was no availability of fresh air, no ability to open any windows. Ventilation in the bathroom was very poor and the exhaust fan was missing. There was a new airconditioner in the main room and the property interior had been recently painted but it was still smelly and musty. The exterior of the property (the next door properties) were messy and lawns had not mowed- very high grass. This outside grass was mowed toward the end of our stay (ie day after Easter) It would have been good for this to be have been done prior to Easter.. No internet was a major disappointment. Prior to our stay the managers of the property sent us instructions on how to keep the property clean and to ensure it is clean when we left. Maybe they should spend their time and money upgrading the whole property first. Finally, your description of "cozy, comfortable space" is not correct.

Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Poor maintenance on property, surprised as magaging agents this isn't picked up between stays

Lights not working, Ceiling fan in bathroom not working, cupboard doors in kitchen splinter when using and dining chairs and lounge chairs collapsing and uncomfortable. Beds were good. I know accomodation in Exmouth is in short supply but this property is sub standard. I hope these things can be rectified

'Don't waste your money. Absolutely filthy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely dreadful. Carpets stained. Kitchen cupboard doors underlying chipboard exposed. Mattress protector stained. Holes in wall and back of bathroom door. Washing machine lid broken in half. Stove dirty and pans black. Cupboards dirty. Couch filthy. Outside setting badly stained with broken leg. They also charge you $215 dollars for cleaning and a $500 bond. The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was amazing, unfortunately the property was not up to standard. It’s was very old and out date, the doors wouldn’t open properly (locking you inside a room). Furniture needs updating desperately as they are filthy and disgusting, the kitchen cupboards are falling apart leaving a mess every time they are touched. It lacked certain features/comforts for when a family has travelled long distance to get to Exmouth.
