Denna fantastiska fyra sovrum, två badrum hem sover 13 personer och är vackert inredda; perfekt för stora grupper eller flera familjer.

Nedre våningen finns ett stort öppet kök, med europeiska vitvaror i rostfritt stål och utsikt över kanalerna, njut av ett glas över öbänken eller i matsalen och vardagsrummet med gott om plats för alla. Det finns tre sovrum, master suite har en promenad i mantel och badrum, sovrum två och tre är queen size servas av en stor familj badrum inklusive en full storlek bad. Dessutom ingår en full tvätt, två separata vatten garderober och ett bordtennisbord.

På övervåningen finns ett stort loft med balkong, det här utrymmet har två våningssängar och en enkelsäng med en tv.

Utanför slappna av, i det vackra Exmouth-vädret, Amble ut till det stora däck och njut av våra solnedgångar, svalka i poolen eller parkera din båt på den privata bryggan (ingen ström eller vatten vid bryggan). Det finns gott om plats för tre bilar och två båtar / släpvagnsavstånd i de två bilportarna är 2. 1m

Birthday getaway

Had a fantastic time up in Exmouth couldn’t have been happier with the place only downside were the floors be a little dirty. All in all would go back in a heartbeat and will book this place again when we come back.

House Needs Maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a good location and is great with the pool and jetty. However the air conditioner in the living area leaked, straight onto the electrical cabling behind the tv, leaving a big puddle of water. The house was dirty on arrival, including fish in the freezer, and the toilets were, well, yuck! We had to get the cleaners come back the next day. The shelving in the fridge door is broken. And the bed linen needs to be replaced. This house is spacious and although we enjoyed our stay, it needs money spent on it, especially for the money they are charging to stay here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and having your own jetty is an added bonus. The property has plenty of room. We had three different families and all the kids slept up stairs. The only issue is the bunks had duct tape keeping the top bunks together which was concerning. We did not use the top bunks due to these issues.The property is in need of a deep clean. The bathrooms especially in the showers. The fridge had fingerprints all over it and there were cobwebs all over the outdoor settings.

The place was amazing a little pricey but you can kind of see why when your there. Only thing I can fault is that it was double booked so we had three cars full of very disappointed people show up just after we arrived

Great position

Not exactly as advertised, top floor had no curtains and was facing the road with headlights shining in at night time and people could see in, a few light globes were out requiring a call to agent to get rectified as one was a safety issue as was on the stair case, linen dirty or stained, towels need replacing, floors extremely slippery when wet. Apart from that was comfortable in a good area and reasonably clean in a excellent location
