En klassisk Cape Cod Jewel! Njut av lugnet på detta fantastiska läge med privat tillgång till Nauset Beach och Nauset Inlet. Fantastisk stuga vid havet har en avslappnad och bekväm charm. Inuti är stugan rymlig och ren, den avgörande Cape Cod-strandsemesterupplevelsen. Du är på en plats som tiden har glömt bort. Stranden huset kan sova 10 med fem sovrum och två fulla bad. Det finns ett stort kök, matplats och vardagsrum. Matsalen har ett stort runt bord med spektakulär utsikt över Atlanten. En fantastisk plats att njuta av måltiderna tillsammans. Sovrummet sovrum är unika. På huvudnivån finns det två sovrum - det ena har en dubbelsäng medan det andra har robusta inbyggda kojer tillsammans med en spjälsäng. På övervåningen finns det tre sovrum till: ett sovrum har två tvillingar, ett annat har en dubbel och en tvilling (observera att många av dessa bäddar är inbyggda) medan det fjärde sovrummet har två inbyggda våningssängar. Utanför finns trappsteg ner till inloppsvattnet. En promenad över sandstången ut till havets vågor bortom. Perfekt för personen med sand i skorna, njut av alla fantastiska bekvämligheter som detta hem har att erbjuda! What everyone dreads about vacation rentals

Within one hour of arrival I knew we would regret renting 37 Nauset Rd. The great view was immediately irrelevant as the owner has no regard for the people he rents to. It says "air conditioned" but you will not be cool. It says BBQ but you won't be using that filthy ten yr old tiny cheap thing. It says"wifi" but you won't be able to get it to work. It says TV but we had to call for a repair. The house seemed like a fire trap. 37 Nauset Rd. is a dirty tear down shack, and the Realty company should be ashamed to represent it as if it was anything else. Shame on the owner! shame on the realtor and shame on VRBO.

Cabin not a house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed in the property. It is more of a cabin then a house,screens were held together with duct tape and the windowsills were filled with dead bugs, upstairs was sweltering hot,upstairs tub did not drain and the shower door was moldy,the beds were old spring beds. The beach is more of a road and parking lot, I remember it saying private beach, yeah a private beach that allows CARS. Amenities did NOT match the amount of people that could stay there sleeps 10 had 3 beach chairs, small George Forman grill for two people NOT 10. The posting of this property was very deceiving and felt it was so over priced for what we got for our money. Internet only worked in the room where the modem was.

Unbeatable Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of Nauset beach from everywhere on the property was unreal. We absolutely loved the private and convenient location and would stay all summer if we could. The house was dated but made our stay feel like a true Cape Cod beach vacation. We didn't turn on the TV once and spent most of the time in the huge yard and on the beach.

Amazing location with large outdoor space

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We knew the home would be simple and that was fine with us. We loved the traditional touches and the well worn items in the home that shows they’ve had the home for a long time. We unfortunately arrived to a home that hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long and we had to wait for several hours outside with two small kids after a long drive and lost an afternoon with no offer of discount or late check out for the lost time. Also, you could tell no one had really opened up the house for the season for us - or at least that’s what we are assuming. No fire pit, no outdoor table to sit, and not a single piece of shade provided on the entire property outside. Despite the need for a deep cleaning and better air circulation upstairs in the heat (storm windows didn’t allow for portable a/c to be used) - we loved the location, view, and historic touches of the home.
