Great stay and location

Great stay! The townhouse was clean, with a fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We loved this place for our long weekend get away! Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers, quiet neighborhood that was pleasant to walk, and a very clean house with essential amenities! We brought our dog and the small yard was nice to have! Shelly (property manager) was extremely communicative and helpful with all of our questions!

Great home base for Moab

Beautiful, clean, quiet property for our trip. We are familiar with Moab but first time staying in a house (we typically stay in a hotel). Great choice - the place is beautiful and well maintained. Concrete floors so I would bring house slippers next time. Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous view of the rocks. Would stay again!

Property not kept up very dissatisfied.

We stayed at a VRBO in Cedar City UT for 5-nights prior to this Moab VRBO that property was a 10for everything. Upon arrival at the Moab VRBO property the condo was hot, could not get any TVs to work the outside electrical box attached to the condo cover was off laying on the ground and a wire was cut. As well as several blinds were not working, they had a note on them to not use. Do not advertise nice views of the mountains if you cannot raise blinds to see them. The hot tub lights did not work the whole time of our stay. There was only one hairdryer for downstairs none for upstairs bathroom making it very in convention. I called the contact person Shelly to let her know issues. She came right over and was able to get hot tub working said someone would be by tomorrow and put chemical in and look at the light not working. She was able to get one TV to work downstair said would send man by tomorrow to get all TV's working and see what the cut line in electrical box was. Someone came by the next day and got cover put on electrical box, as well as the 2 TV's downstairs working however my room upstairs never had a TV for the complete stay as well as another upstairs bedroom. The coffee pot was disgusting when we made coffee slime and burnt tasting the first morning. We ran vinegar thru it to clean 3 time before coffee tasted ok. On our 3day of the stay we were going to wash towels used in hot tube and found out the dryer would not heat on any cycle, there was another dryer in the

Grrat place out of town.

The home was a nice home, comfortable beds the master bed was a tad on the high side . But it was comfortable. Fenced in yard for my pup was a plus . Host Shelly was awesome ,we had a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately. Shelly also kept us updated on the weather so we didnt go out into the canyons if there was a storm brewing. She seems to really care about the guests safety. I would def stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here with 3 families and it was a nice clean modern house. We had plenty of room and it’s in a great neighborhood. We were happy with all the parking for trucks and trailers and the garage. Good location and local contact Shelly was very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Moab over Thanksgiving

We came from New Mexico, Idaho and Colorado. This was a great location for meeting We had a great time. The place was just right for bedrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped for foodies.

Just as Described

This place worked perfectly for our visit with 3 adults and a couple of dogs! The kitchen, bathrooms, and hot tub were all clean...very important;) The place was well-stocked and had plenty of space. It was pretty quiet even though the campground was right next door. Check in was easy. Overall it was a great place for what we needed after long days on trails.

Very spacious and comfortable!

This was a very good spacious home to stay in with our family of 5! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. My children also enjoyed the use of the hot tub! The use of the garage and a garage door opener was very generous as well, and much appreciated. Everyone said their bed was the most comfortable of any other place we have stayed while in Utah.

Great house to visit Arches NP

This house was great for our family of 5. The garage was nice to have and the hot tub was a bonus. The master bath was spacious and the closet was great. The beds were also very comfortable. We cooked dinner one night and had everything we needed. This property is outside of town, but still not too far from Arches.

Amazingly located well equipped condo

This condo is not lacking in any amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any full meal. Ample seating in the kitchen and dining area. Comfy beds throughout. Awesome living area when you’re ready to kick back. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to get to. Lots of parking and a great fenced in back patio. Loved the hot tub under the clear Moab sky. We had a great stay!!

Fabulous Weekend!

3 couples each towing and tons of parking for all the toys! That was the first big plus but nothing inside was a disappointment. It was wonderful and perfect in every way for our weekend getaway! The hot tub was nice and hot when we got there. We’ll be planning to stay here moving forward.

Top 10 vacation stay

This home is beautiful. Hot tub is nice, big, new. There was plenty of everything yet still plenty of room to make it your own while you stay there. Point of contact was super helpful. Everything you will need for towels blankets pillows kitchen items etc. It is very dark at night so be prepared if you are arriving late. Also you could hear a little bit of traffic in the master bedroom.

Good Location

We found this to be a good location to all our outings. Stocked kitchen. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful view from the windows. Loved the ample parking as our 5th wheel broke down at the beginning of this trip and we have needed to tow our belongings in a Uhaul trailer and we appreciated having somewhere to unhitch the trailer.
