Det finns verkligen något för alla här på orten. Kom och upplev ett paradis!
Vårt hem är 1600 kvm 3 sovrum, 2 badrum på den 17: e farleden på Links golfbana. Vi har 2 king size-sängar och ett tredje sovrum med 2 enkelsängar. Det är en mysig plats som kommer att känna sig som hemma. Vi är bara en kort promenad till poolen och några minuter från den vackra stranden. Du kan ta bort dina bilnycklar medan du är här (om du skulle välja) och njuta av vår golfvagn när du bor på orten. Du kan kasta dina strandväskor på baksidan och ta den till stranden eller köra över till Grand Boulevard för middag och shopping. Så länge du är inne på orten, kan golfvagnen komma dit. Vi har alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en perfekt semester.

Clean and cozy beach rental!

It’s clean, cozy, and the perfect beach rental. We really appreciate the included golf cart because it’s so fun to drive to Wharf and to the beach. The beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, and overall the home is well maintained. Erin is a great host and provided easy check-in and out instructions. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Location

Great location and having golf cart is a must. It is a little dated and there are no windows in the master bedroom which was not something we liked.

A perfect home away from home!

Just got done with a family vacation. There is so much to do and see in this resort and the golf cart made it so nice for daily activities. My husband and I rode bikes every day, morning and night and covered so much ground. The rental home we stayed in was very cozy and clean. Homeowner was available via text when we needed her and quickly texted back with a solution. One of the best vacations, yet. Thank-you.

Perfect for family

We stay here almost every year and we enjoy the home location and the amenities of the community. If you like golf and or nice pools shopping and perfect white beaches this is a prine location

Nice but needs some updating. Some light switches in unusual locations.

Great time with family in very fun area of Florida. Highly recommend Sandestin for family vacations. Bayside Wharf is great entertainment and safe.

Perfect for our family

Great stay-house was comfortable and perfect for our family of four and dog. Golf cart was fun and convenient, beach toys were appreciated, and communication was clear and easy. Loved it!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is cozy and really great! Having the golf cart to take around the resort was awesome, and a great addition! It’s only a short drive to the beach, golf courses, Baytown Wharf, and other shops. I highly recommend this home for your future beach getaway! We hope to make this a yearly vacation!

Our new favorite place!!

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, looked exactly like the photos and the golf cart was so much fun! We didn't even use our car. There is so much to do in the resort, we will definitely be back. The owner was very easy to work with and very sweet.

Super fun!

We vacationed with our adult son for a family vaca. We loved the convenience of the golf cart taking us to the pool, shops, dining and beach. The backyard was perfect for our dog, realize it is not I closed though. The beach toys in the outdoor closet were a surprise treat. The host was quick to help us with any questions. Great memories made.

Great value!

The house was very clean and bright. The views are great. The beds were very comfortable. Great night sleep for everyone. The owners were very easy to work with. PLUS the golf cart was a big hit. It was our transportation all over the resort. We are differently booking for next summer.

Great stay with quick access to the beach via golf cart which is included with property

We really enjoyed our stay in San Destin form July 9-16, 2016. The house and resort was great and we really enjoyed going down to the Wharf in the evening with the kids to do zip lining, rock climbing and plenty of restaurants. The golf cart was a big plus and helped us get around the property and even to the grocery store. We did not have any issues and the owners were very responsive throughout the process. T Ivey

Great location!

My family just returned from our vacation and we enjoyed every minute of it. This home was well stocked and in a great location. The golf cart was convenient for pool, beach and grocery store trips. The owner was available for any issues and immediately took care of things. I could not have been more impressed with the customer service she provided. Thanks again Erin!

Fun in the sun!

My husband and I are farmers for Illinois . We took a quick getaway with our son 18 our daughter 15 her friend and my niece 23. We all had a wonderful time. The property was clean and gorgeous. The golf cart was so much fun getting us to the local grocery store and shopping center and the wonderful Baytown wharf and everyone enjoyed the beaches which was a quick ride on the golf cart also. We plan on coming back next year and bringing More Family. Thank you!

What a wonderful place to spend a week for a relaxing vacation. This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of room and stocked with all that you would need. It is decorated nicely with a beachy atmosphere. The 6 passenger golf cart made it easy for all of us to travel within the resort and not have to worry about driving and parking our car. If you love to golf then you will love the 3 courses within the resort. Plenty of pools if you want a break from the beach. The beach is within a few minutes by golf cart. The white sand and sunrises and sunsets were spectacular!! We are definitely planning a return visit back!! Book this place now because I promise you won't be disappointed!

Awesome Cozy Villa

This was our second time renting and it will not be our last. This villa has a very well stocked kitchen, nice big bath towels, comfortable mattresses, tons of beach toys and chairs, and an ample supply of "starter" items until you can get to the store. The views from the back porch are great and the location within Sandestin is perfect. With the six seater golf cart, there is no need to drive a vehicle once you arrive unless you want to explore outside of Sandestin. There are so many dining options, groceries, and shopping all accessible by golf cart. Erin is a pleasure to work with and is always quick to respond to any messages or emails. We look forward to our next stay and will definitely recommend this villa to others!

Nice stay

We had a great stay! Let me say first that I was not expecting to enjoy it this much. This was our first time traveling with our small dog, and the first time we have not stayed right on the beach. Now let me tell you that we did not feel like we missed anything! This resort is so nice, and the ride to the beach in the golf cart is FUN! Our pup was happy to be with us, and she even got a spa day at the nearby Yuppy Puppy. Everyone we met at the resort was so friendly. The security guards welcome you in when returning from excursions off the property. Finally, Erin was great about answering emails within minutes, even when I asked questions about things that she had included in the check-in information which I had not read in detail (sorry! Things got really hectic), and that made our stay very pleasant. We had absolutely no issues while we were here.

Our family came to visit Sandestin Golf & beach resort and loved it so much that we ended up buying this property. It was such a perfect place for kids and adults. We loved the restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach access and of course, the golf. There is truly something for everyone.

Varför värden valde detta boende

It is very comfortable and has new appliances along with beautiful decor and is 1600 sq. ft. It sits on the Links golf course and has a beautiful patio to enjoy.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The resort has so much to offer. Golf, beach, pools, spa, shopping, restaurants, etc. Take a bike ride to the marina, you can rent jet skis, the kids can do a ropes course at The Wharf or enjoy the playground. You wouldn't need to leave the resort unless you wanted to drive 1.5 miles to the outlet mall or 7 miles into Destin. The house/resort are in the perfect location!
