Solig, familjevänlig strand lägenhet! Färsk och modern möblerad lägenhet i en hotellbyggnad precis vid stranden. Resort stil som bor med stor pool, tiki bar / restaurang precis vid sanden och en fullständig lista över bekvämligheter. Denna 3 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet är symbolen för resort stil som bor i en byggnad som tillgodoser nöje och underhållning för alla åldrar! Köket är fullt utrustat för den hemma kocken och matbordet sträcker sig till platser 10. Stora golv till tak fönster i vardagsrummet, master svit och gästrum ger massor av naturligt ljus hela dagen, vacker utsikt över staden och verkligen fantastiska set-sets på kvällen. Befälhavaren svit har 2 queen size-sängar, 40 "platt-TV på ett svängbart fäste. En-suite badet är nyrenoverat med granit bänkskivor, hans och hennes handfat och en stor duschkabin. Vardagsrummet erbjuder två soffor som kan dra ut till fulla sängar om det behövs. En soffa sover 2, den andra soffan upp till 4, men under dagen eller kvällen ger gott om sittplatser för hela familjen och underhållning från 55-tums plattskärm är säkert en bra plats för att fånga ett spel på tv eller en familjefilm. Lägenheten vetter mot väst med utsikt över staden.

Ocean Manor Resort bekvämligheter är rikligt. Inte bara har de en fantastisk och exotisk tiki bar och restaurang precis vid stranden, men de har också en exklusiv italiensk restaurang inne i byggnaden kallad Casa Calabria. Båda platserna erbjuder bra happy hour specialerbjudanden på drycker och aptitretare! Det finns gratis yoga som erbjuds på stranden de flesta morgnar, och om du är en yogi, måste du vara säker på att kolla här, jag har massor av lokala vänner som gillar att åka dit!

De erbjuder också extra tjänster mot en avgift, till exempel skuggade cabana uthyrning på dagen, en strandbetjänad som erbjuder stolar och parasoller. Beach cabanas är $ 100 / day, där $ 50 är en kredit mot mat och dryck inköp under dagen, och stolarna är $ 10 / varje dag och paraplyer är $ 10 / day. Det finns också en salong i närheten som gör manikyr / pedikyr, hår, etc. Var noga med att kolla in det!

Great beach getaway

We’ve stayed here before - there are not many places that offer a great pool and direct beach access with a full tiki bar right on the beach. The unit worked out great with space for 5 of us, and the property manager was super responsive and accessible. There’s a full kitchen and everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable, including beach chairs for us to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The hosts are great and responsive. Condo wasn’t what we originally booked due to renovations or repairs but the replacement was still nice enough. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in our group and it felt spacious enough for that combo! Our stay happened during Hurricane Milton and it was still a great trip!

Great location

The tiki bar and beach are very close. Quite a few good restaurants are within just a 20 min walk. Nice area with everything you could need/want.

Stay in Fort Lauderdale

This is a perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing yet busy vacation! There is plenty to do between the jet skis, tiki bar, and the beach. The owner was extremely flexible and amazing to book with. We comfortably fit 12 people in the condo. Fully recommend this place for a get away, we had the best time!

Great location & Service

We loved our stay! We had a small issue when checking in and by the time we went to beach and back all was taken care of. Very attentive and could not have been nicer!! Would stay again.

Wedding Weekend

Loved our stay at this condo. Perfectly sized for two families to share while attending a wedding nearby. Beautiful location, close to food, shops, etc. Gorgeous beach and pool area. Everything was fantastic!

Fantastic Getaway

Amazing Condo! Everything from the location to the amenities were spot on. We loved that beach towels and chairs were provided. The communication from beginning to end was superb. One of our guests left an item behind and it was found and shipped to us immediately. We are so appreciative of that! The bars/restaurants onsite were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

We just returned from our incredible vacation at New Ocean beach condo and we cannot stop raving about it! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect and the amenities were top-notch. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Sally was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions, recommendations and prompt communication throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met such as getting a high chair ready and pack n play for our little ones before we even arrived to the property. Don't hesitate to book this incredible property. You won't regret it!

4 day stay before our cruise

The beach, pool, location, restaurants, and overall experience was great. The owners were the most attentive owners I’ve ever experienced. They were actually such a big part of the overall experience. They even took a grocery list and shoooed for us so the fridge was stocked when we got there including some extra effort to find certain items. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the condo but it worked out great for my family and everyone had a great time.

Great condo and location!

We loved staying at the Ocean Manor Beach Resort. Such a great location! Sally, our host, was so helpful letting us check in early with our luggage so we could go down to the beach since our flight got in early. Our condo was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There were also two beach chairs and a boogie board for us to use. The hotel was wonderful and the Tiki bar restaurant was great, too. There was also a wonderful Italian restaurant at the hotel and a little breakfast shop where you could get a wonderful cup of coffee in the morning and a muffin. Our grandchildren loved the huge heated pool. So easy to walk to McDonald's, Dunkin' Donuts and the grocery store. We can't say enough about our stay!

Overall good but a few small issues

Overall the property was great and area was great. The communication was great with the staff and the manager. All very nice and helped us with early check in. But the front door to the unit was sooo hard to open and get closed. You had to slam the door numerous times to get the door closed it was not safe or easy to close. Also- they need to change the code on the door for each new person. We were sitting in the condo and randomly another group opened the door and knew the door code to get into the unit. That’s such a safety hazard keeping the door code the same all the time.

I couldn't have been happier I almost thought I was being pranked when the property manager contacted me to see if there was anything she could arrange such as transportation from the airport and if any groceries were needed.... Her husband Jon picked us up from the airport without a single trouble and when arrived at the condo he brought our luggage up while the cleaning crew cleaned... At this point we hit the tiki bar before heading to lunch since we arrived at 10 am... Great amenity to have and even better that they allowed us to leave our luggage ! The fridge was stocked the snacks were purchased and on the counter literally leaving nothing for us to do ! The condo had everything it said it would ! And Sally the property manager remained in touch the entire time to make sure our needs were met ! I honestly can't recommend this place enough !!!! They were such a pleasure to deal with! For sure recommend this spot for bachelorettes or girls trips!

Not up to par

The one shower door constantly leaked water all over the floor. We had to use some of the provided towels to keep the floor dry. There were issues with us trying to get new towels. The other shower door completely shattered while trying to close it, the glass wasn’t cleaned up until the next day and no attempt at a refund was given. It made it difficult for 9 girls to share 1 bathroom for a day. There were also no linens, pillows or blankets provided for the sofa bed that was listed online as a sleeping option.

Observation

A few notes to point out *Shower in the double bed room leaks very bad which you did offer maintenance on however I don’t think it’s a easy fix as I think it involves tile work *tv service was off and on (possible Wi-Fi issues) * it seems the electricity defective. Random lights would turn off and on *one bedroom thermostat cover was missing * front door handle didn’t fully fill in the opening allowing for people to view in the room. Luckily we were able to utilize paper towels to stuff in the opening Hotel employees were not very kind to condo renters but I do know you can not control that Resort pool needs cleaning and maintenance. I am not complaining but more of an fyi and observation however I do know the condo was affordable and we choose to rent it but I think general maintenance would make for a better overall experience
