Great house and location

Large, spacious house - great for a family trip. Great location when seeking proximity for both skiing and getting in-town. Supportive property management and follow up through our trip. Will come back here again.

Gorgeous Home

The home was perfect for my family’s getaway to celebrate my moms 80th birthday. The den was spacious and held all 9 of us comfortably. And what a bonus to have 3 of the bedrooms with king beds and the 4th a queen. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for 3 cooks to work around the large island.

We Did Not Want to Leave

The pictures in the listing are great, but the house far exceeds the beauty photographed. The home is relaxing and comfortable, but every unique perk you hope for is there! Our eight family members, ages 20 months to 70, enjoyed everything the home offered! Great views of Santa Fe were the cherry on top!

Fantastic property with amazing hosts

We had a fantastic day at this property. You can walk downtown and the views are outstanding. The amenities were top quality. The house is even better in person. It's perfect except for a lack of inside stairs from the ground floor to the 2nd floor. You have to take the elevator or the outside stairs. The elevator did break once during our stay but the repairs were quick.

Lovely home with beautiful views

We had a lovely stay at this house for our family reunion. It's a beautiful home with lots of space, surrounded by nature and boasting extraordinary views. We made good use of the well-appointed kitchen, all the decks, eating nooks and more. The elevator came in handy for the senior member of our group. The house is very close to town, even walkable for some people.

Beautiful virw

We needed some supplies and Asher brought them right over. The elevator was a little tricky. Not sure this would be a good place for children. It is not walkable to the main town but a great place. We had a great time e e though it rained. Outdoor area is beautiful. Check for propane for the fire pit before you want to use it

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and there were multiple option, indoor and outdoor, for the family to gather. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular!

Would love to return again.

I want to keep this place a secret…plenty of trails to hike and ride nearby, the Santa Fe Opera, Art, Restaurants, MeowWolf… The home has beautiful vistas, garden full of hummingbirds and flowers.

WOW - Exceeded our expectations

Somehow the already gorgeous photos do not do the property or the surrounding vistas, justice. The house was absolutely beautiful. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom and well stocked. You know how you can never find a sharp knife in a rental property, or the glassware is a mishmash? Not this place! The kitchen was well stocked and while we didn't spend a lot of time cooking (too many restaurants to try!), when we did need to reach into a draw or cabinet for something, it was always there. I've rented a number of properties over the years and that is something I do NOT take for granted. Thank you for a truly magical setting for my friends and I to get together after too many years apart.

MLK weekend stay

The house was not clean when we arrived. The sheets looked like they had not been cleaned and the bathrooms were dirty. There was hair all over the bed sheets, bathrooms on second floor and water spots everywhere too. We had to personally clean the sheets ourselves.

Perfection

The pictures portray the property perfectly. It is stunning. Great location and high enough in the hills to have the views we wanted. Well appointed, beautifully designed. Great for groups of friends. We will be back. (It is a tiny tricky to find at first but once you do the location to things in Santa Fe is great)

We absolutely loved Casa Atalaya! So beautiful and spacious. Everything was such wonderful quality, you felt pampered. The property is beautifully landscaped with courtyards, trees and flowers, I couldn’t stop taking pictures. Birds and wildlife were constant. We were close to town and restaurants. It’s an amazing place to stay! It all went very smoothly.

Exceeded our expectations.

Exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend this to others traveling to Santa Fe. Members of the team were very accommodating. They even assisted with setting up early morning transport to ABQ airport.

*The heat thermostats did not seem to work.

*The heat thermostats did not seem to work. The settings had no effect on the actual temperature within each room. *The shower faucet in the bedroom immediately to the left when you enter the house through the front door was not attached. *Hot water was very limited. *Should warn guests about steep entry from driveway into garage. Our small sedan dangerously scraped the bottom upon our first entry and we didn't park in there again. *One of our guests were familiar with the twin beds that pulled out into queen beds, but would have been good to include in the instructions otherwise we would have had no idea. *We paid extra for the firewood, so it would have been nice to have had more than 2 fire starters included with the wood purchase.
