Pool was not maintained and unusable with moldy toys floating in it with trash in the backyard. Bathroom tub was damaged with cracks, kitchen had water damage. Property was not cleaned with dead bugs and food on the floor and carpets. We did not stay and immediately left having to find a different accommodations. The property manager did not want to refund us our money and VRBO has not helped us.

Me and my family had a nice stay. There was an issue with the pool and we were not able to use it. However our host was very attentive and tried fixing the issue. It was not solved during our stay and they were gaseous to offer a percent back for the inconvenience. I will be booking with them again if needed.

Quiet, Clean, and Roomy

We stayed three nights while visiting Columbus. Our granddaughter was playing in the State softball playoff games. The house was perfect for an enjoyable stay. I definitely recommend this house to others.

Great house for soldiers and their families

This house was just what we needed when we traveled to Columbus to celebrate our soldier’s graduation from Ranger School. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

18 minutes from Fort Moore. The neighborhood was great. The house was clean and had a good setup. Plenty of space with all the family here. The back yard is a bit smaller than what I expected. I’m assuming they fenced in around the pool not the entire back yard maybe? Still had a great time outside. The garage wasn’t accessible at all which would have been great for the rainy days as there is no porches or covered areas and we unpacked in the rain. There’s plenty of gas stations and grocery store 5 minutes up the road. We had a great stay highly recommend this house.

Long Family Weekend

Booked this location due to location to base and the small pool for the kids. Kitchen area is large and was plenty of room for dinners at the house. The grill out back has seen better days.

Great location

We visited Columbus for a turning green ceremony at Fort Moore. This house is in a great location for visiting the base. House is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to a forest. Very peaceful and quiet but close to food and entertainment. We loved the house and the town of Columbus. Thank you for providing this home as a VRBO rental.

Perfect location to attend any ceremony at Fort Moore. Quick drive to the gates to attend ceremonies, many attractions within a 15 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants. The Patriot Family Homes property management team is very professional and all information was provided as promised with continued communication during and after the stay.

Fort Moore Graduation

Property location was great as well as check in. Management Company needs to work on organization and client service. Was contacted if HVAC tech could come at noon for maintenance. I agreed. We waited until 2 and no one came so went to base. Upon return, there was a truck in drive and a couple techs with another man who represented management company. AC was off and we were told it would be several hours to repair and turn back on ac - there was nothing wrong with ac when we left. I attempted to engage property manager in conversation and he ignored me and then said I was drunk. No drinking had taken place - he was offensive. I called office and they sent someone else out but they only stated they would buy some window units until air back up. Stated they had been waiting for part and just came in. This caused our family cookout and swim party to be pushed back for several hours as no window units materialized Representative then stated would be bringing by gift basket next day to make up for inconvenience. I stated wasn’t necessary but Cassandra wanted to Got several emails about rep dropping off item but no one ever showed up over the next 2 days Query. Why is management company knowingly renting a property with faulty AC? Also, why so dirty?

Perfect location and size

This property has more room than the pictures give it credit. We had 7 adults and a 2 year old, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and perfectly located close to Fort Benning just like we wanted. I had read about the garage being a game room in the reviews (but not the listing), so I was a little disappointed BUT that was my own misunderstanding. The garage is now being used for storage and not accessible. The yard and weather were so nice that we spent most of our time outside anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

Turning green

We went to our sons turning green ceremony and wanted to have some extra space to hang out. The house was a manageable distance from ft Benning and was spacious for all 6 of us. We liked being able to be outside too.

Hot house! Washer didn’t work!

When enter the home it was so hot! It took about 24 hours and a Ac man to come out for it to cool off! There was a roach in the living room floor by the front door. There was also one up stairs in the nuck room area fell in the bed with my kids. The washer would work! That’s the main reason of renting the house is for the washer! There was only 6 towels in the house 3-4 wash rags! But yet the house sleep up to 10 people? Dishes was greasy and nasty! All the walls needs to be painted and the carpet is so nasty with stains everywhere! When walking up the stairs the wall moves! The master room smells like pee! The kids has bug bites! I have saw so many bug in this house. The door wouldn’t lock on numerous then one occasion! Bed are hard!

Great stay if you are visiting Ft. Benning!

Our family had a great time visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Benning! This home was clean, comfortable, and convienient. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definately be back next time we are in town!

After hosting over 2,000 guests in other properties around Columbus and Fort Benning, we realized that while some people love old historic homes, others prefer the comfort and ease of a modern house. We partnered with a builder to build 3 brand new homes that cater specifically to the needs our guests shared with us! This one is the largest, and was completed in March 2019! It has 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms including a master suite. Great views of the mountains at Fort Benning! Downstairs there is a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen. All appliances are brand new, and the Kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a big screen TV, couch, and futon that can serve as another bed. Separate dining room, AND A FANTASTIC GAME ROOM IN THE GARAGE!
