Detta rymliga hus ligger bara nÄgra steg frÄn stranden. Det Àr privat belÀget strax utanför Surf Road som grÀnsar till Ocean Beach och Corneille Estates. Huset har 3 dÀck, ett i framsidan, ett i ryggen i huvudnivÄn och ett takdÀck med den mest fantastiska utsikten över havet och bukten!

Det finns ett öppet golvkoncept vardagsrum och matsal. Vardagsrummet har 3 soffor. Det finns DirectTV, DVD och WiFi tillgÀngligt. Det finns en öppen spis, modernt kök med alla bekvÀmligheter och en stor frukostbar som skiljer köket frÄn vardagsrummet.

De tvÄ dÀcken Àr pÄ huvudnivÄn. Det finns en utomhusdusch med separat omklÀdningsrum i markplanet.

Det bakre dÀcket har solstolar och bord, BBQ-grill och elektrisk Ätertagande tak.

PĂ„ huvudnivĂ„n finns det 4 sovrum, 2 badrum och Âœ badrum.

PÄ den andra nivÄn finns det ett annat stort sovrum med 4 bÀddar och ett badrum med 1/2. Eftersom huset Àr pÄ stylter finns det tre vÀggar i fönster med underbar utsikt.

Sedan finns taket pÄ överdÀck över hela eldön frÄn havet till viken. Du kan till och med se fyren!

Close to beach and spacious!

We had such a great stay here. The host made everything super easy and the communication was top notch. There was plenty of room inside and outside of the house. No one was on top of each other. And the location to the beach was superb! Overall, we loved it!

Birthday weekend with family/friends

House was perfect for a large group. Location is a few houses from the beach and an easy walk to town. The deck was perfect for an at home bbq and the rooftop deck has an awesome view. The host was easy to contact and even allowed us access to their wagon. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful House, Location, and Great Hosts

We had a great time with our group! Everything was as pictured, we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces and spacious common area. Hosts were also very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for family vacation

This house was perfect for a family vacation. We had 9 adults and 4 kids between 1 and 5. Plenty of space for everyone. Fully furnished kitchen, nice large dining table we could squeeze all 13 of us around. About 1/2 mile walk from town but very close to beach.

Nice beach rental with many nice features

This was a house we stayed in with friends during a Fire Island wedding weekend. Location was great--very close to the beach. (Very hard to find the house on arrival though.). The house was clean, fairly modern, well appointed. Air conditioning was a plus. Beds were pretty comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were dated but clean and fully functional. Decks were great. Outdoor shower looked recently done and was luxurious. Very strange towel policy-- we were required to bring our own beach and bath towels. Having to bring along two full sized towels per person made packing difficult. At this price point, towels simply should be provided. All in all, a very nice and well located house for a beach stay. Price a bit high for the quality of the property, but I suppose that's the going rate on Ocean Beach.

Had a great experience at the house. Had to check-in slightly late but not their fault at all as the cleaners were jam packed for the holiday weekend. House was perfect size and location, and hosts were super helpful and responsive.

Fabulous resort-style getaway

We were so lucky to have found this property. It was just the best rental we could have possibly gotten on Fire Island. This beautiful, spacious, fully stocked modern beach house made our week on Fire Island truly feel like a getaway at a luxury resort. We hated to leave! Thank you Regina and Jay!

Fun house

Great, spacious house for 2 families with teenagers. Enough bathrooms- no need to fight over or wait for your turn. AC units in each room were working - very much needed equipment in this heat. Huge deck to hang out after the day at the beach. Roof top deck- the best feature of the house! Definitely going back next summer.
