Detta är ett duplexhus med ett stort vardagsrum / matsal med:

Hemmet levereras med lakan, kuddar, filtar och handdukar och underhålls av Fire Islands städsrengöringsföretag före och efter din vistelse med möjlighet till en midweek rengöring.

Great location and excellent hosts

Caroline and Ira were very friendly and welcoming! The house is very well kept and in a great spot. We had one (very) minor issue that I’m only mentioning to say that they were there within hours to take care of it. A perfect spot for your group to enjoy some time on Fire Island, would love to come back!

Awesome house

This house could not have been better. Location was great, super clean, lots of space, plenty of chairs and towels, and the hosts were super generous allowing us to get in a little early so we could hit the beach. We will be booking again for next year. We loved it!

Excellent weekend

Great property, great location, house and amenities. We had 8 women and everyone had plenty of space, their own bed, and having three bathrooms was huge! The house manager, Caroline, was amazing and extremely communicative throughout the whole weekend. Highly recommend

Perfect House!

This house was so beautiful and perfect for a large group of people! Living room was extremely spacious and allowed us all to hang out together! The deck is gorgeous and huge, tons of seating options! They provided us with towels, chairs, and everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend!

Stunning House & Great Hospitality!

My friends and I had the best weekend away at this house. The living room is stunning, with high ceilings and a huge comfy couch, opening to a wrap-around deck with a grill and seating and a partial ocean view. We were just steps from the beach so we were able to go back-and-forth from the beach to the house with ease. Caroline and Ira were extremely hospitable and made the stay as smooth & easy as possible. Highly recommend!

Amazing house. Beautiful views on the corner of the deck. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Stocked to the nines. Good communications with the owner accommodated us with early check-in and late check out.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Ira's property. He was friendly and helpful when it came to the overall process and the house was fantastic for what we needed. Plenty of beds, close walk to the beach and town, amazing deck and great communal hangout space. Thank you!

Amazing house right by the beach!

My friends and I have made it a tradition to go to fire island ever summer and this house was by far the best one yet. The house has so many beds which is great for groups of friends/families. This was the first year we didn’t have to fight over who took the bunk beds or room with no AC because this house was more than equipped. The upper deck has amazing views of the water and you can hear the sounds of the waves while you relax outside. Ira and his wife were extremely nice and responsive before during and after the stay. Ira really went the extra mile to check in on us and show that he is a trustworthy host. Before our arrival we were given a several page document with everything we needed to know about the house and Fire Island which was extremely helpful throughout the weekend. Halfway through our stay my friends and I decided we were going to book this house next year because we don’t want to stay anywhere else! Highly recommend staying here.

perfect weekend with friends

We had an absolute amazing weekend at this home. Ira was great and easy going. Ira and his wife made sure we had enough supplies for the rest of the weekend. The deck is incredible. The second floor is perfect with high ceiling. Location is great, very close to the beach.

Great view of ocean and clean cottage.

My friends and I enjoyed hanging out on the deck over- looking the Ocean. It was also comfortable inside and met all our needs. Everything worked well and had plenty of towels . It was nice having a washing machine/ dryer and each room had an air conditioner. The direct tv was very clear and Internet worked well. It was in a quiet section of FI which we liked. The land- lord was very nice and got back to me quickly with questions. Would definitely stay a there again and highly recommend it !
