Christmas 2024

We needed a place to stay at while visiting family in Springhill for Christmas. The owners were more than accomidating. The even sent a message before check-in to tell us we could check-in as early as we wanted to, the day of. Which was much appreciated! The neighborhood was nice and had plenty of shopping options within driving distance. We even saw the turtle! stursawturtle!

Spacious getaway

I was given a contact name and email. I reported a few concerns I had and so ive been gone a full week now, I have still yet to hear from anyone. I will only share the items I had issues just in case they actually reach out to me. Coffe pot unusable, 2nd living room tv did not work, dishes were very dirty, in 3 bathrooms a total of maybe 1 roll of tp, tp holder hanging Other than that, we loved the size of the pool, the location was out of the busyness yet close enough to get to where we wanted and needed. My one major issue, I suffer from migraines, I can typically handle the heat, but at night time for sleeping or when I have a migraine coming on. They controlled the thermostat. I have never stayed somewhere where they did that.This was my 10th or 11th home rental. The sign says its state law to keep no lower than 72, but they locked it at 74. You do your own research if its a law. That was so hard when I ended up with a migraine and needed it cooler. All in all, it was what I needed it to be. A place to come visit my son and enjoy florida for a week.

Amazing and Relaxing

After attending SunWest Park with our kids.....this home was a very nice recharge.Very relaxing and the pool and open floor plan were excellent!!!!

Great home

You have to read the instruction manual to make sure the doors are locked correctly. There was a destructive party there before us (other renters), so some damage. The owners were aware and tried to fix ad quick as possible before we arrived. Beds were clean, not the most comfortable but good enough. Loved the spa tub. Everything was clean. The pool was somewhat cold, solar heated and the weather was cooler while we were there so we figured we may not be able to use it anyways. When we did swim it was nice and clean, there was even floaties for us to use. They dont list it but theres a grill to use too, we didnt end using it but its there. Everything you need is in the kitchen. My only complaint would be we didn't see the wild turtle that lives on or near the property!

Family Trip for Thanksgiving

Family travelled to be with other family members for Thanksgiving. House was perfect to give us space and comfort more like home than a hotel and very comfortable.

Easy, clean and quiet

It was an easy process to come in and stay. All information was provided ahead of time, quiet neighborhood near golf course. We just wanted a home to stay in while visiting family and still enjoy a pool and day to day living. It was clean and bigger than I thought.

Great stay

Communication for reservation was fantastic. Property was as described. All amenities were available just make sure to bring own bath soap and shampoo. Was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Having the pool to come back and relax was phenomenal. Will return.

Beautiful home

We have been coming to Florida to visit family for several years now and I have to say this home has been the BEST home we have stayed in so far!!!! It far exceeded our expectations and it is an absolutely beautiful, well kept up home!!! Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and all sorts of cooking appliances for you to use. You really won't need anything but your food and drinks. We spent most our time sitting and lounging on back screened in patio. The pool is an added bonus to this wonderful rental!! We had the best vacation!!!!

Spring hill house

Stayed for 28 days 1couple 2 weeks ,2 couples 28days house was very clean just like they said it would be. Beds need updated a little uncomfortable. Pool was the greatest very clean pool guy came every week.host was willing to make or stay the best and was very helpful.

Fantastic!

We've been renting in this area for several years. This is the nicest property we've stayed at. Large, roomy, very clean home. Beautiful lanai and pool area. We really enjoyed having meals out there. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. Furniture and beds were comfortable and things were in good working order. The owner couldn't have been nicer! She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as nice as possible. We will rent this property again the future. If I could give this rental 6 stars I would!

FEELING LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Our stay was wonderful, we had wished for better weather, but we got a few good days and made the best out of those that weren’t. Everything was very local but also away from the main drag, so it was quiet. Just the way I like it. I brought my mom and my two kids and visited my brother as he lives in the same area. Honestly the only thing wrong was the comfort of the beds, a bit to stiff, especially for older people. We would have like to get more used of the pool, which is naturally heated bit the sun was not in our favor. We had a great time and it was so nice to make breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen area which was my favorite. The place is super spacious. The hostesses are super nice and so was the property manager EVolve which we used to book on VRBO. Our first time doing it and I can’t wait to go through this avenue instead🥰.

Spring Hill rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean. Had some issues with getting on WIFI, the pool was dirty and very cold. The shower head in the master bathroom leaked constantly. The shower head in the other bathroom was partialy plugged and the dryer did not dry clothes very well. However, the representatives from TurnKey were easy to contact and committed to resolving our issues. The pool was cleaned the day after our arrival and they were very helpful in getting WIFI issues resolved. In all, the home was very nice with room for all of us.

Good grief!

Can't believe this place is still renting. Most everything is either broken or so disorganized it is a major inconvenience. Called the owner, at first he tried to help, but then became unreasonable and was very angry and rude. Here's the list of problems. Pool was not heated. Solar heater was not turned on, and after owner gave me instruction on how to turn it on (for me when I showed up after dark), the pool never heated up during our stay. Too cold to swim in unless you are a polar bear. Ice maker constantly drips making a giant block of ice in the freezer. So, little to no ice. Hot water in master shower is miss marked. Someone tried to sharpie the H on the Cold which has worn off. The hot water takes about 10m to heat up. So cold shower the first day until we could figure that out. Garage was tagged with spray paint and was not a very welcome sight. Security cameras on top of garage, at front door and near door to pool looking into pool area was just uncomfortable for us. Be careful walking into living room. Poorly marked step down my cause a fall for those not paying attention. TV in master with wires tangled had to be plugged in and the remotes took a day to figure out. No iron. We were so uncomfortable, we rented a motel room for 2 nights during our stay. Evolve (the rental company) will be hearing from me.

Nice home to rent

Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill home. Home was very clean and spacious. It was too cold to swim but it looked very clean and inviting. This was our 3rd stay in the home for our January vacations and will come back.
