Beautiful Condo in a great location

Lovely

Lovely little house, just right for our family of three. Comfortably furnished, has everything we need and is in excellent condition. The only thing we didn't like was the weak electric grill. Quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of Old Town Key West. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Key West

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The beds were comfortable. The half bath was nice with two teenagers in the group. Two issues we ran into were that the temp was difficult to regulate but finally figured out how to get the fan and Ac working together. The furniture is generally good, but for a home meant to sleep 6, the small couch and single patio chair in the living room were inadequate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Key West & had no idea where to stay, or what to expect. We nailed it on our first try by choosing this place. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed (one & a half bathrooms were fine for just the two us). The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (electric stove though), the neighborhood was very charming, safe & quiet! The pool was decent, (pool bathrooms could use a little updating, but this is beyond the owner’s control). Property Manager & Concierge were VERY friendly, attentive & helpful! Very easy self check-in/check-out process. We rented bikes for the week & were able to easily get to anywhere we wanted from this location. Overall, very pleased & would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Perfect location for a family

First time in Key West and I don't think we could have selected a better location. A family of 4 (8 & 11 year old) and we walked everywhere. Nothing was too far for us. The home was great, clean and in a nice private/secure location. Host was responsive.

The unit was very clean with all of the necessary amenities. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the couch/living room furniture was not. Other than that great stay!!

Best location

Thank you for a great stay! This truly is the best location for all the things to do at Key West. Walking distance to the best beach, Duvall street, southernmost point, Hemingway House and Mallory Square. The locks on the door are sometimes hard to open and the door threshold is on the outside of the door but this is truly the only thing I can think would be any negative. Book it and you will be happy!

Ceiling fans and AC worked awesome as I like it cold when I sleep. Property is immaculately clean & well maintained with everything you need for a great stay in Key West. We enjoyed the pool for relaxing after full sun days and the kitchen for cooking basic meals. Two points of improvement would be to increase the quality of the cookware, utensils, etc and the pull-out sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Quiet retreat

This was perfect for our family (kids are 4 and 7). The pool is around the corner. Short walk to the splash pad too. The place was spotless and the property manager was great. Very quiet at night but a short walk to the downtown area.
