Amazing property and location

We thoroughly loved our stay. The house was immaculate and a pleasure to come home to especially after a good walk up the hill. Easy access to Main Street and the view absolutely incredible! Pool spa jets didn’t work but no big deal. Overall incredible place, we felt lucky to have been able to stay here and sit out to enjoy the daily view with the local cockatoos visiting. Thank you.

Relaxing stay!

Family of 10 stayed at this home. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved the outdoor area and huge kitchen. We probably needed one more bathroom as there was only one main bathrooms (two are en-suite so we had to share) and there is one room with a sky light which made it hard for children to sleep. The WiFi isn’t great either. Views are incredible of the marina and we used the bbq in the pool are daily. We didn’t all fit in the living area and didn’t really use the downstairs lounge area as it was in someone’s bedroom. Lots of stairs which was tricky for young children but overall enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable!

Absolutely The Best Property In Airlie Beach

We had 2 families and there was plenty of room and lots of outdoor and indoor sitting areas. The swimming pool was the highlight and must be one of the largest residential pools in airlie beach. We booked this property through Whitsunday Holiday Rentals as we have used this company before and they have never let us down yet.The service you get from this company is just incredible from the time we booked to when we handed in our keys. We have already booked Nautilus again for the end of the year so can't wait to come back. Thank you to the Team.

Great location but slippery around pool

The location and size of the property are amazing. However we did have an issue with the slippery flooring by the pool. My grandmother sustained significant injuries due to a fall from the top step of the bbq area and will require surgery. Please be careful as it is very slippery and I wouldn’t like anyone else to be injured. We believe this accident could have been avoided if a nonslip finish was on the flooring around the pool rather than gloss and if handrails were installed.

Nautilus is located on top of the hill as you come into Airlie with a 5 min walk to the town Center. The views over the marina are spectacular. The split level living accommodated for both family’s extremely well. Beautiful pool and BBQ area.I would highly recommend Nautilus to anyone travelling to Airlie Beach

Nautilus on the Hill not quite luxury

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location and is generally well set up for a larger group. However it did not supply basics such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, soap or laundry powder apart from start up kit (2 days). This might be standard for budget accommodation but is not good enough when you are paying over $5k per week.

Family Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Nautilus on the hill for 8 days with a group of 8 adults and 2 children. The house is in a great location with a stunning view, short walk to the main town- just a hard walk back up the hill. The house is huge, plenty of living space, outdoor space to sit and chill, the house is super clean. On arrival the pool wasn't clean and no cleaning equipment but upon sending a message they were quick to send someone out to get it sorted for us. The only real complaint we have is the beds- they are so uncomfortable. Every time you turn over you feel a new spring in your back- awful, And everyone said the same thing each morning. New mattresses would really be beneficial for a rental of this price point. Two of the bedrooms also don't have proper blinds so the room is light as soon as the sun rises (not ideal on holidays) We were able to organise a late checkout as our flight was delayed, they charged us $75 even though the house wasn't being used again that day which we thought was a bit cheeky. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again.
