Spring Skiing

This is a great place to stay for skiing. It is very clean with modern features. The proximity to the Gondola and Main Street is excellent. Also you can ski out on the Four O'Clock To Town run to right before the Gondola tunnel and be 200 ft from the property.

Great experience!

Loved the stay and the location. With a big snow walking everywhere was a little trickier than it would be any other time of the year. We were able to easily walk to the free gondola that takes you up to Peak 7 and 8. We used the kitchen every night and really enjoyed the whole stay. The hosts were incredible to work with, great at communicating and quick and helpful responses. We really appreciated them! Highly recommended.

Christmas/New Year 22/23

Our family felt right @ home in the condo! It had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Perfect location for a walk to town, the gondola or bus stop.

Overall, very good.

The location was awesome as it was close to downtown. The only problem was that it was very dusty and looked like it hadn't been used in awhile. Other than that, it was as expected!

Overall we had a good stay! Just a few suggestions: fire place should be serviced-extremely gassy odor when turned on- we turned off and did not use it as a result. Need a new coffee maker. Cleaning service should be advised to dust and clean floors better. Humidifier would be helpful.

Perfect for the Three of us

Once we found the correct parking spot at midnight and got the keybox open, the condo was spacious and conveniently located to the slopes and walking distance to town. We never needed our car except to go on a snowmobiling adventure on our day off from skiing. We lucked out as The snowfall was plentiful...and although it was not "ski out", when the snow covered the road, it was a ski-in! I would recommend this unit to a family

Peak 8 was great

My family arrived very late at night. All check-in procedures were just as we were told they would be. We were able to walk to downtown Breck to eat & shop. It was a wonderful week!

Family Ski Trip

Breckenridge is an awesome ski resort, and the town is fun and lively! This condo is in a terrific location, as we walked to amazing restaurants at night, and skied the 4:00 run to the condo for our last run of the day. The condo is very comfortable, updated, spacious, and with attractive rustic, western decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location

We had a great time in this condo. It was the right size for our family of 4 and the location is PERFECT! We walked everywhere. Peak 9 was great skiing for our family, but this condo is also an easy walk to the gondola if you are a more expert skier. The town of Breckenridge has so much to offer. Some restaurants had waits while we were there, but we would usually make a reservation ahead of time on Open Table and that worked well, so we never wandered around trying to find a restaurant. We loved it and can't wait to go back! Ski Hill condos is definitely on the list of places to stay if we do.

Great holiday ski trip

The property was as described. Great location and comfortable. The home had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, satellite TV and games. Large entry hall for taking off boots and storing skis. For a busy holiday week, it was surprisingly quiet. Parking was easy, and the free mountain shuttle was a short walk out the building. We had a small issue with one of the thermostats and the owners were very responsive. We'd rent again!

My husband and purchased this beautiful condo over 14 years ago to share it with our two boys. We have never rented the condo as it has been for personal use only. However in the last couple years our boys sports have taken over our lives and unfortunately we are not able to enjoy our mountain home as much as we would like. My husband grew up spending his summers and winters in Breckenridge so it is important to him that we keep the condo in the family. The condo is in the ideal location. You are able to walk everywhere which is very important to us. When we head up to Breckenridge we want to relax and enjoy the mountains. The amazing location allows us to do just that!
