We had the best time! The location was everything! Loved that these three units were made into one larger unit. It had everything we needed! The small beach there was lovely. No seaweed, which was a plus. So glad I chose this place! Exactly as described. A time was had by all!

Nice beach getaway

The condo was nice and stocked with everything we needed for the stay! You definitely have enough towels and having washer/dryer huge plus!The beach is very nice and close to unit! Plus having places to eat onsite was awesome!

Everything you need

Clean, convenient, great amenities. Everything you need to cook as well as tennis and snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, coolers - all. Property amenities were enjoyable as well. Owner very helpful with activity and restaurant recommendations. Very responsive with questions.

The Best Spot In St. Thomas!!

The condo was exactly as pictured and has everything you need and more!! They have a closet full of beach gear with chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are so comfy, and the A/C works great! It is located right in Red Hook so you have easy access to the ferry, shops, and restaurants. They have great on-site amenities and the staff was so friendly. Can not say enough great things!

Superb Vacation Rental

This was a really nice rental, which combined three individual units into one. The beach, which was visible from the rental and no more than a minute walk away, was located on a very calm bay with lots of snorkeling opportunities (we saw numerous reef fishes, starfishes, a turtle, and a ray). The resort amenities such as the pool, beach bar, and tennis court were open, but we did not use them ourselves. Parking at the front of the unit was ample. The property manager was very responsive after we noticed that there was not enough dishwasher pods and had some sent right away.

Very nice place. Would stay again for sure.

Very nice place. Still some small evidence of hurricane damage, so there's some noisy construction going on. And it's not really walking distance to Red Hook due to hills and no sidewalk. We enjoyed walking around the Ritz Carlton property next door. Our flight was canceled so we missed a night, and owner Debbie refunded our money for that night. Very nice of her! Thanks, Debbie! Overall, a very nice place, and I definitely recommend it.

Best most accurate VRBO listing all the way around

Excellent condo and property. Clean and updated decore. Very open and large living space. Private balconies for both bedrooms. Quiet, couldn't hear neighbors up or on the sides unless on balconies, but even then everyone was considerate. A few small families but for the most part a great couples and adults retreat! Not a lot of loud partying. Food at restaurants was excellent. Great beach area, quaint and quiet. Master bedroom mattress and sheets need to be updated is the only negative comment. Very soft mattress and elastic on sheets was so stretched out that they wouldn't stay on through the night. But a very minor inconvenience compared to all of the other great things!

Perfect spot in St Thomas for your family

Could not be happier with our stay at Debbie’s place - the condo is super comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and comfortable beds, high quality furniture, well decorated and very (super) convenient to attractions. Close to Red Hook, restaurants and high level amenities - the swimmingpool on the complex is great and the small beach (2 mins walk) also super nice. This apartment has everything you might think you will need on you vacations: well equipped kitchen, great A/C, three (3!) balconies, beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, tennis racquet, cooler, yoga mats … really great place. Debbie was great to deal with, easy to connect and super nice. This is for sure your “go to place” In St Thomas if you are looking for a quiet, well located and comfortable place to relax

ESTATE NAZARETH

This property is exactly what the pictures show it to be. It was clean, tidy, well stocked with everything you could need to cook a nice meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, there were more than enough dishes and utensils for our needs. All the patio areas were awesome and we enjoyed coffee in the am and cocktails in the pm here.

Excellent Location

The condo was clean, had everything needed to enjoy our 10 day stay (pots, pans, dishes) and conveniently located to all the places to go to on the island, including the ferry to St John in Redhook. The condo was very nicely decorated and in good condition. The beds and sofa were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked fabulous. I would highly recommend this condo and Evolve to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at condo - it was spacious for 6 people and had three different patio areas and three bathrooms. The house was nicely decorated and clean. We also enjoyed the pool on site and the snorkeling at the beach.
