RENOVERAT Ocean Front 2 våningar Condo - Tillgång till Amelia Island Golf & Beach Club

Hi Sharon, Thank you for choosing our condo for your Amelia Island vacation. We're sorry to see that your experience did not meet your expectations, as we take great pride in providing every guest with an exceptional stay. We were surprised by your rating, particularly since no concerns were brought to our attention during your visit. After receiving your message following checkout, I personally went to the condo the very next day to investigate each item you mentioned. I was able to confirm that everything was functioning properly, with no repairs necessary. I also called you personally while at the property to discuss my findings and follow up on your concerns. We take guest satisfaction very seriously and make ourselves personally available throughout every stay. Had we known you were experiencing any difficulties, we would have been happy to assist immediately, just as we did when we received your message. We work hard to maintain a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped oceanfront condo where our guests can relax and enjoy their vacation. We genuinely value feedback and always welcome the opportunity to help make every stay a wonderful experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your time on Amelia Island. Evan, thank you for choosing our condo and sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location, but we're sorry that aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. My wife and I take tremendous pride in our condo and personally oversee its care and maintenance. We work closely with our cleaning team and go to great lengths to provide the same clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vacation home we'd expect when traveling with our own family. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. While we weren't aware of them during your stay, we take every concern seriously. We make ourselves personally available throughout each guest's visit and welcome the opportunity to address even the smallest issue promptly, so nothing interferes with their vacation. We haven't received similar feedback regarding the plumbing, but we'll certainly look into your comments. Being directly on the beach, we recognize that sand can occasionally find its way inside despite our cleaning team's best efforts. If anything is overlooked, we're always happy to make it right. We're incredibly grateful for more than 223 five-star reviews, reflecting the care, attention, and pride we put into our condo. We never take that trust for granted and remain committed to the high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality our guests have come to expect. Thank you again for staying with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed Amelia Island! Tom & Victoria
