Phoenix East är en av de mest avkopplande villa komplexa på Gulf Coast med fantastisk utsikt över Perdido Pass och Gulf. Det finns en anledning att fler semesterfirare bor på denna lägenhet än någon annan i Orange Beach.

Denna 2BR Phoenix East condo är en av de bästa på stranden! Perfekt för ett par eller en familj. Det finns gott om aktiviteter, inklusive ett våningsrum, racketboll, bastu, uppvärmd inomhuspool, bubbelpooler, tennisbanor, basketplan och utomhuspool. Det finns även ett trevligt lusthusområde att koppla av under medan du är bbq'ing.

Kom och slappna av på balkongen 11: e våningen med fantastisk utsikt över bukten som ligger perfekt ut över utomhuspoolen. Lägenheten har ett badrum från befälhavaren och sovrummet har en king size-säng. Gäst sovrummet har två fulla sängar och ett badrum, det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för beläggning upp till 8. Köket är fullt utrustat och nyrenoverat med bänkskivor i granit och ny skåp. De vardagsrumsmöbler och tv-apparater i hela är alla nya. Det finns en 55 "SMART TV i vardagsrummet, 50" i befälhavaren och 40 "i gästrummet. Vi är bekvämt beläget intill restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker och inte långt från outletcentra.

Vår lägenhet ligger på 11: e våningen, och inte en lång promenad från hissarna. Skicka mig ett mail och fråga om de många rabatterna.

Can’t check in until 4:30 is ridiculous. Broke bifold door for washer/dryer combo. Fridge leaks water. Pulled out a knife and it looked like somebody cut a piece of meat and stuck it back in there. Multiple utensils were dirty and had to be washed. Couch was awful. Besides all that it was a nice condo.

Family Beach Trip

Single Mom with 2- 18-year-old High School seniors on Spring Break. We loved the condo and the quick access to the beach. We made breakfast in the condo and had LOTS of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner very close to the condo.

My only issue was they didn’t have an after hours contact as I ran into issue of not finding my entry code in an email that was hidden in spam. The front desk was very helpful and called, texted and emailed them multiple times with no response. After a very stressful hour at 9pm we were able to get into the room. Then it was smooth sailing because the condo was perfect.

Nice Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Communication before and during our stay was amazing. We had plenty of room in the main bedroom for the pack n play for our 1-year old son to sleep. The chair/umbrella rental onsite was convenient. We would highly recommend this unit to others.

Great view from the balcony

Spacious 2 bedroom condo, comfortable and well appointed. Improvements needed were more tissue paper and toilet tissue. There was a smell in the kitchen area might be the dishwasher but only enough dishwasher soap to do one load.

It’s a little pricey for the size of the unit but we also scheduled within a month of our stay. (Not sure if that affects it.) 2300$ for 4 nights. If you are planning to have more than three adults with kids, I would find a bigger unit. We had 3 adults and 3 teens/preteens and I don’t think we could fit another person comfortably.The Phoenix East building was well maintained by staff.

Overall good experience

Overall the stay was good. The description of the condo was accurate. It was directly on the beach & we had a wonderful view of the ocean. I really liked that the master bedroom has a sliding door that opens onto the balcony for a direct view of the ocean. I had slight difficulty getting that balcony door off the master bedroom to open. Perhaps the latch needs some oil or something. The living room sliding door opened fine. The ceiling fans were perfect for bringing in fresh air. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but we really didn't use much in it. The rolling luggage carts were a bit wonky when trying to move them & could have used hooks at the top for hanging tote bags while stowing luggage on the bottom, but that's just a minor suggestion. Also, I would suggest telling future visitors that, because the units are not carpeted, the noise from moving chairs or tables around is VERY noticeable to downstairs neighbors, so perhaps there should be "quiet hours" where guests are discouraged from moving chairs, including patio/balcony chairs around because we were awakened by people upstairs moving stuff around, & also by someone bouncing a ball on the floor (around 11 p.m.). You never know who is downstairs or when they have to get up the next morning to depart, so please be mindful! Other than that, the stay was very nice! Reservations, check-in, & checkout was very easy. Overall would recommend this condo for booking!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the stay in large part. The condo was ideal for the beach getaway my wife and I needed, and the 15-20% off-season occupancy (coupled with excellent weather) provided exactly what we were looking for to begin our stay. Noisy neighbors who showed up midweek left us wondering if these nearby neighbors were shuffling furniture on one side, and parents with a decent # of noisy kids vacationing on the other. Complaining didn’t seem like the right move, we’ll shop more properties (and ask more questions about adjacent room noise reports from prior guests) before booking in the future. We had stayed in a newer Phoenix property (and during summertime) previously, it seemed to offer better privacy by comparison. I’d rate this a 3.5 star overall, based on overall price value (a bit lower pricing would have garnered higher marks)
