Sommarsemesteruthyrning på Panther Lake! Finns också att hyra resten av året för snöskoter, jakt, isfiske, laxfiske (bara 20 minuter bort) eller bara en avkopplande resa vid sjön. Rätt vid vattnet med din egen brygga med trapp som leder ut i vattnet. Ta med din båt. Bra fiske, bad och vattenskidor eller slangar. Koppla av på det stora tvåvåningsdäcket och titta på solnedgången vid eldstaden. Professionellt anlagd. Central luftkonditionering. Fyra sovrum, 2. 5 bad. Kan sova 11+.
Stort stort sovrum med en king size-säng och master badrum har en jacuzzi. Tillräckligt med utrymme för att installera en sprängmadrass och / eller spjälsäng också. Njut av en kopp kaffe i den mysiga sittgruppen med utsikt över sjön. 50 ”4K smart TV. Sovrum 2 har en queen size-säng och precis tillräckligt med utrymme för att sätta upp en liten porta-spjälsäng om det behövs. Sovrum 3 har två våningssängar (4 bäddar). Sovrum 4 har två enkelsängar. Drottning bäddsoffa belägen i hallen på bottenvåningen. En annan gäst kan också läggas till genom att använda vardagsrumssoffan för en säng om så önskas.

Check in was very easy and Miles was so quick to communicate with us on anything needed. The kitchen was amazing; had everything we needed to cook all week with plenty of beautiful dishes. Loved the coffee/tea bar. This house is spacious and beautiful; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fun games for the family, along with puzzles. We rented the pontoon boat, which was a ton of fun as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful House

We flew out from Arizona to attend our Son's graduation from Syracuse University. Our stay at the lake house for 5 nights was wonderful. The house was clean and Miles was very inviting. The location was great and we had a wonderful time.I truly wished we extended our stay for a little long. Thank you for allowing to stay at your beautiful lake house we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend your lake house.

The house was spacious with beautiful view. We stayed for a Syracuse graduation ceremony. About 40 min from campus. So much better than staying in a hotel. Fantastic time

Panther Lake Escape

We enjoyed a week of family time on Panther Lake. We were able to bring our fishing boat and tie it to the dock right in front of the camp. Everyone caught multiple fish. Everything at the camp worked as it should. It was very quiet during the week. The grocery store was near enough that restocking essentials was painless. We had one issue that was resolved in a timely manner. We would recommend Miles’ rental to family and friends.

Excellent lake house

Great spot to spend some time with family and friends. House has every toy (boat, kayak, paddle board, paddle wheeler, ping pong table, darts, hot tub, fire pit) for all age ranges to keep the fun meter at high throughout the stay. Love the large dining room table where everyone can comfortably gather and enjoy food and games. Miles was always responsive and a great host. Hope to return in winter when the lake freezes over.

Perfect location on Panther lake

This was a family vacation with all adult children. Very comfortable property with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful lake. The view from the top deck is gorgeous. The water is clear and refreshing. I would, however, not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs from the top deck down to the water are very steep. My husband did not venture down them. All in all, a beautiful spot.

Great place!

Beautiful, clean spacious home for all to enjoy. Our family ranged in age from 13 months-86 years old. We had great weather and were in the water everyday. We are from the city and appreciated the sandy bottom of the lake and no seaweed. The steps going into the lake were perfect for my 86 year old father. Beautiful sunsets every night! We will be back!

Lovely Stay

The property is a perfect size for a family to comfortably fit. There was a pack-n-play, high chair and toys for a little one; all kinds of board games, cards and water "toys" for older kids. Unfortunately not all of our family could come stay with us so we did not use many of the "toys". That being said, it was calm and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfy furniture on the lower deck and the beautiful sunsets.

Our stay at the lake house on Panther Lake was absolutely perfect. The house gave us plenty of room for our large family. We really enjoyed hanging out on the spacious deck overlooking beautiful views of the lake & family dinners & games at the beautiful dining table.

This is a wonderful place - great kitchen amenities, clean, comfortable, extra fridge in basement, absolutely beautiful decks! You will have no problems with access to the house as Miles provides everything you need AHEAD of time as well as his phone number. I would say that everything seemed nicer in person. Hot Tub was mint!

We are Miles and Katherine Lewis. In 1988 Katherine's parents bought a camp on Panther Lake where they enjoyed their summers every year while growing up. Our families were friends since 1997 and we both ended up spending a lot of time at the camp on Panther Lake, our favorite place to be during the summer. In 2010 we got married, started a growing business breeding and training Labradoodles for family pets and service dogs, and soon had four children. When the time was right we knew we wanted a lake house of our own on Panther Lake. We live just minutes away and get over to the lake every chance we get. We are so happy to have you enjoy a little slice of our paradise.

Varför värden valde detta boende

One of the larger year round homes on Panther Lake, uniquely situated to see nearly the entire lake as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Panther Lake is a quiet relaxing getaway, especially during the weekdays. During the summer the only boats on the lake are those who own property on the lake or their guests. There is no public boat launch on the lake which keeps the traffic limited to those who respect and love this lake the most. The water just off the shoreline is great for swimming and not mucky or rocky. Nice sandy bottom that starts our shallow for young swimmers but is deep enough at the end of the dock to jump right in. The lake warms up quickly as it averages 12-15 feet in most areas. Oftentimes the water is 65 degrees by middle of May. During the warmest parts of the summer water can get into the lower 80s. During the winter the ice gets very thick is fantastic for ice fishing. One of the best ice fishing spots on the lake is right in front of the house.
