Great place and short walk to the beach!

The property was exactly as advertised and was a great place to stay for quick beach access! We loved having to pool in the back to come home after a day at the beach and enjoy!

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location near the beach is obviously outstanding, but it is also convenient to very near restaurants as well as downtown St Augustine. We intend to book again for next year.

Great vacation

My family and I loved this house. It was perfect for everyone. The beach is a short walk. When it is too cold for the beach you had a pool. House was equipped with everything we needed. Able to walk to restaurants and coffee. :) Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a very nice place to stay! Beds were comfy and the place was decorated cute. It was very clean. Nice pool and a short walk to the beach! We had four adults here and there was plenty of room. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing place to stay. Loved the front porch!

Would absolutely return

The condo was welcoming, pool and outdoor shower were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. The location was also ideal for walking to restaurants, coffee shop and miniature golf. We would absolutely return, but for the fact that our teen would not share the double bed with his 6 year old brother. The option of 2 twin or bunk beds would have made the condo more parents and children friendly, but we took the chance and it was worth it even if the six year old wouldn’t sleep on pull out and shared out bed instead.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Since we didn’t want to eat every meal out, we planned on cooking. The kitchen was bare bones. There were not enough coffee cups or forks to get us through one day without washing for 4 people. The few pans need replacing, the non-stick coating was worn. The toaster was broken. No blender. Needs to add sheet pan and basic cooking gear. For people that aren’t cooking or eating in, the place is great! Nice pool, good location.

Relaxing beach vacation!

This place is amazing! It is beautifully decorated and it is very clean. Best of all it is only steps from the beach. We were there for the whole week of Thanksgiving. The weather was beautiful so every day we walked the beach and spent hours sitting on the front porch talking. It was large enough for our whole family. There is many excellent restaurants within walking distance so you don't even need to get in your car if you don't want to. We brought our dog and it worked out really well with him. Definitely want to try this place during the summer so we can use the pool. The only thing that we did not like is we were on the bottom floor and you can hear the people upstairs walking around. Unfortunately we got someone who was a up at 5am for 4 of the days we were there. That is the only downside to this place you need to be aware of. Otherwise it was the perfect vacation place.

Best vacation rental in St. Augustine Beach yet

We rented Seascape 1 for a three-generation, three-day weekend at the beach. Friends rented Seascape 2 upstairs. I really have only positive things to say about this rental. It could not have been cleaner, the location was perfection, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs (though if we were to return for a longer stay, we might bring some kitchen gear with us). The pool out back was delightful, and the table next to it was big enough for both families to dine together. Really one of our only complaints was the lack of lighting around the pool, but that was definitely not a big deal. The front porch was great for hanging out and watching the surfers, dog walkers, and other beach-goers pass by. Best of all was the responsiveness of the property manager. I texted one morning to ask how we could get more propane for the grill just to make sure we didn't run out mid-BBQ. Probably 15 minutes later, someone delivered propane to our door. Can't beat that! We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!

Great location

The bottom unit was cute and had most everything we needed. The towels were very soft and felt brand new. There were pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware all in the kitchen. The grill worked great for the chicken we cooked. Appliances were brand new. The water pressure was great and plenty of hot water for the 4 1/2 of us. Loved the outdoor shower for cleaning up after our return from the beach. The beach is just a few houses down. Getting a wagon or bike to the beach is not quite as easy from this location, as there are steps, but go a street or 2 down and super easy. Close to all kinds of restaurants and we highly recommend Cone Heads Ice Cream. Back at the house, the floor is mainly tile or vinyl tile throughout, which makes cleanup much easier. The only recommendations that we have would be to have a little hand vacuum/sweeper for cleanup. We had a broom and I used that. There was a king bed and a queen bed. The king seemed to be comfortable for the other guests staying with us, but the queen has a dip in the middle which made it a little awkward. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! I contacted the owner once for local attractions and got quick response. Great location, great response from the owners, and nicely decorated and updated home. Thanks so much for letting us stay! Hope to be back to St. Augustine in the very near future!

The location was great and it was a very nice place overall. However, they claim to be pet friendly but my dogs got loose because the front door is broken & will only close if you lock it. So we had 15 minutes of hell trying to find our dogs, luckily we did. Secondly the kitchen sink had a red ant infestation that I had to take care of myself and they claimed to have beach equipment but when we took an umbrella of theirs to the beach on a very hot and sunny day the umbrella was broken.The pool in the backyard was barely usable as it’s in full sun with no shade whatsoever. I addressed these issues but wasn’t offered compensation but I was asked many times to give them a 5 star review which I cannot do. They deserve a 3 star at best.

Beautiful place & wonderful location!

We loved our stay. The house was peaceful but walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the beach. Would have liked a few baking sheets and maybe some grill tools but other than that it was perfect!

Lovely place and location

We stayed here for two nights the weekend after Christmas and it was perfect. The check-in process was simple and direct. The place was welcoming and so clean. The bedrooms are very spacious. The location is central to all the great places we like to visit. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice, But,

Nice location, very quiet street. Pool is nice and is heated. But, not the place to stay longer than a weekend. When there is another booking in the upstairs, the noise is LOUD. We actually had to leave on a rainy Saturday because of the noise. we stayed for the month and there were no cleaning supplies, the kitchen pots and pans are horrible and the dishwasher wasn't do a good job cleaning. We bought lightbulbs for the ceiling fan and replaced batteries in the wall clock. If you stay a short time, book this house. If you stay longer, look elsewhere.
