Excellent home and property. Spotless inside and out. Property owner, Lisa was available at a moments notice for any concerns that we had. One block from the ocean. Walkable to numerous restaurants. Charming, quiet neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We stayed for 10 weeks and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. Lisa is the best!

Clean and convenient to the brach

This house was dog friendly and very clean. No doggie odor and a nice fenced in yard. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Only a short block from a beautiful beach with chairs and a cart to conveniently get all your stuff to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location!

We had a very pleasant stay at this charming beach home. The location just off A1A was perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. The host was attentive and communicated quickly, and the home itself was well stocked and clean. We would love to stay here again!

I Could Not Ask for More!

I highly recommend this adorable cottage! It’s conveniently located and very comfortable. The house includes a well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, and even basic toiletries. Plus, there’s a feeding station for your dog. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beds, so you’ll want to plan ahead for that. Our dog always sleeps in her portable crate on trips, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We had a lovely vacation and hope to stay again!

I have stayed at this property and the owners other properties many times. I ,eep coming back because of the location, the pet friendly policy and the owner’s detail to perfection. Always clean, well stocked and easy communication. Can’t say enough great things about this property and its owner.

We loved this stay. The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. The location is everything. Short walk to beautiful beach, short walks to great dining, a grocery store less than a mile down the road. Very residential, walkable neighborhood feel. Small fenced yard was great for our dog.

Great place to stay,relax. Close to downtown St. Augustine

We had family we went to see. Was very relaxing. Great patio to enjoy morning evenings. Beach was beautiful and water was fun to play in. Loved going to St. Augustine was fun and a lot of history.

Perfect pet friendly beach place

We loved the location and how pet-friendly C Street Retreat was. The thoughtful extras available to use were appreciated and the neighborhood was peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again with or without our dogs!

St Augustine Vacation

House was as advertised. Well kept, cozy, excellent location, and perfect size for the three of us. Back yard was great in the afternoon with a shade to hang out with my dog and smoke a cigar. This was the vacation my wife and I needed and truly enjoyed.

Sea breezes and good Restaurants

My wife and I are locals from the other side of the river who stay in St. A 1-2 times a year. In fact we were at a B Street rental for a week in April. This house was very nice and just as advertised: which is important. As we get older we are looking for: Peace and Quiet, lots of outdoor time, convenience and NO STAIRS. For non-pet owners, the house was very clean and dog odor free so don't worry. Try it out and have a good time!!

Another perfect stay

Our second stay at C Street. The house is very clean, well maintained, well stocked, comfortable and perfectly located. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard with our pups. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Home

Lisa was awesome to work with and this property is really nice and super convenient to the beach and plenty of places to enjoy. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and this beautifully decorated home has a lot of nice little touches and amenities. We will be back.

Summer beach trip

This place is amazing! This was my third time staying here and I always hate to leave. It’s always spotless when we arrive. There’s everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or several wonderful restaurants close by. The mini golf was also fun just a couple of blocks away. Lisa D Is a great host and communicates very well.
