Inviting, relaxing lake weekend

David was very responsive to all my questions and was gracious enough to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out so we could make the most of our time on the lake. The place was very inviting and the views are spectacular. I had a perfect view of the lake while I was washing dishes!! The neighborhood is very quiet and the location of the property provides for some really nice semi-secluded lake access. The deck is the perfect spot for coffee and so peaceful that you could literally only hear the waves and the birds. We rated cleanliness a 4 only because there were some sticky areas on the floor and counter, hardly worth mentioning except that my daughter did mention it. But seriously that was the only thing any of my family could fault. We will definitely consider coming back again next year.

Nice place on the water

We enjoyed our stay. The home was roomy and clean. The large covered porch is a plus, especially during the rainy season. The only negative, which could be a positive, is the home is in a gated community. We were attending a wedding and were disappointed when our family who we hadn’t seen in a long time wasn’t allowed to come over for a visit after the wedding.

Peaceful Spot

We had a lovely stay here, even though there was a lot of rain, we still managed to keep ourselves entertained by sitting out on the deck and watching the storms or taking walks in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed checking out all of the restaurants in the April Sound area, there are quite a few to choose from! The neighborhood felt very safe and the only noise we heard was from the gardeners. We wound up renting a boat but I like that there is an option to bring your own. David was very responsive to my questions and I appreciated all of his help. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing weekend getaway

Loved the location of this rental. The view of the lake from the balcony was amazing and so peaceful. David was so helpful and accommodating with all my questions and requests. Having three full bathrooms helped extremely as we had 6 people. Very close rentals for boats and seadoos which we enjoyed as well! I highly recommend!

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable Home

This home is very well decorated with brand new and comfortable furniture in an excellent location on the lake to enjoy the amazing panoramic views. It was very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy your stay with many thoughtful touches throughout. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this home for your future travel plans to Lake Conroe!

Labor Day Weekend

The owner was very responsive. Loved the upstairs porch. The view was excellent. Beds were comfy. Big table and couches were comfy too. The only reason I rated the property a 4 vs 5 was the fact that the property best sleeps 6. If you want the property to sleep 8 then you will need to bring a blow up or sleep on the couch. Our extra two were young boys and they slept on the couch which worked fine for us. I would rent this house again.

This spacious duplex is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath with the capabilities of sleeping up to 8 guests. There is a pull out couch and we also consider the 2 couches in a shared space area additional sleeping space. The upstairs living space has all the amenities of home. Our kitchen is fully equipped for you to brew coffee or whip up your own dinner after spending the day in the sun. Sit back, relax, and watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV with Roku and Chromecast.

It has a large second story balcony where you can grill and eat outside while the sun sets over the lake. We encourage you to use our propane grill and the grilling accessories we have provided! Directly accessible from two of the bedrooms downstairs is a porch perfect for drinking your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.

The lake is a great place to throw some floats out and have a nice, cold beer or lemonade! The lake water is usually refreshing and the cove provides nice calm water for you to jump in to off of the boat decking.

Boat dock-lift is not included unless otherwise agreed.

No boat trailer parking available on the street. I recommend using a local launch with boat/trailer parking. Please plan accordingly.

Upon booking a form must be filled out with guest names, number of cars, and a signature acknowledging HOA community rules.
