Family getaway

Great lakefron property

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property! It had everything we needed and even a couple extras we didnt think we needed. The kids loved the huge pink bean bag. The beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was seamles....almost immediate response. I will definitely book again!!

Relaxing Weekend

Stayed here over Easter weekend with my wife and in-laws to relax and do some fishing. Property was nice with a great location on the water. Owners were flexible with check in and check out times as well. Enjoyed the stay!

Great Lake condo!

We had a great time at the condo! The condo had everything we needed, plus lots of extras. We were able to park our boat at the condo which was a huge plus. Communication with the owners was great! We loved being able to sit out in the patio and enjoy the lake views! I would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Summer Family Trip

Great spot on the lake!

The house worked great for us! We had a group of my son and friends. The grassy area/shore was perfect for fishing and we loved being able to tie our boat up right behind the home. Communication with the host was fast and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there!

We really did not want to leave! This was the perfect location for our three night getaway!

Beautiful sunrises over Walden Marina! We loved being able to tie our boat up at the property. The view of the lake from the king bedroom balcony was lovely too. The home is much more spacious and prettier than the photos on VRBO indicate! Also very clean and neat. We really hope to return soon !

Perfect perfect stay!

We had such an amazing time during our stay here! It was perfect for the group we had. The house was very clean and well kept up with. Plenty of space for everything we needed to do. It also has easy access to the Walden Marina and the lake. I love the fact that the kids with us were able to walk out the back door and down start to the lake! The owners are extremely nice and very helpful for anything we needed. We will defienetly be back!!!

Amazing Weekend Getaway!!

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this lake house. It was a very nice and relaxing time on the lake, this was the perfect spot. The balcony has a wonderful view of the lake. The home is nicely decorated with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. Very clean, quiet, and friendly neighbors. Having access to the Yacht Club and pool area was a nice perk. The owners were very helpful, gave us a lot of very useful information. Can’t want to go back!

Girls weekend getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful townhouse on the lake. My group of preschool teachers had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house is beautiful and had a very well stocked kitchen. Rene was very kind and helpful and always very easy to communicate with. We loved the amenities to access to the pool. We look forward to going there again. I highly recommend this rental.Ok b careful ❀

Wonderful lake house for a getaway!

My little family of four stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had an absolute blast. The kids enjoyed fishing off the bulkhead, playing in the water (right off the backyard!) and playing board games, darts, and foosball! The house is newly remodeled and sooo comfortable and nice. The neighborhood includes a yacht club very close by with a playground, swimming pool and dining options. And if you rent watercraft, the rental site is a stones throw away from the property. Rene is the sweetest to work within. Highly recommend this rental for Lake Conroe!

The house was everything describe and more. Everything was well kept.

We had a blast! The house was very roomy and gave everyone the space they needed. Very spacious living room for everyone to hangout without feeling cramped. It was perfect to be right on the water and still be very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Rene is so helpful and genuine. She was checking in with us throughout the stay making sure that we enjoyed ourselves and didn’t need anything. Next time I need to get away from reality for a little bit I will definitely be back to lake Conroe, and this is where I’ll stay!

Father's Day Weekend

We just stayed at this property, and had the best time. The set up of the house was perfect, and you are right on the lake. The house was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the house is set up for family fun. They had all kinds of stuff to keep us busy over the weekend, and just right out the back door is the lake that we enjoyed floating around in every evening to watch the sunset. We also had such an easy time getting in and out of the house and Rene was so helpful making sure we knew what to do. Would come back and stay here for sure. My husband and I are already looking at the calendar for another weekend at the lake!!!

Best one yet!

We have stayed at numerous rentals on Lake Conroe over the past 4 years and this by far has been the best experience! Rene, the owner, is super nice. The whole “transaction” was hassle free and she was very responsive to questions. The home is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There are so many extra details/touches throughout the home, like the portable speaker we synced to our cell phone to play music in the house, on the patio and while floating in the water. The kids (and adults) LOVED the game room. Docking our boat was super easy and convenient. There is a big, shade tree in the yard which made it comfortable to hang outdoors. We will be back!

FUN, FUN, FUN

My family and I stayed for 3 nights June 8 - 11, 2018. This town home is so nice and clean with all the modern updates. Everything is decorated so pretty and Rene and Abe provided everything you could possibly need for a nice getaway. We brought towels, but didn't even unpack them because they were provided. The outdoor space was very nice and I loved the tiki candles on the table. We burnt them every night sitting on the deck. Floats were provided to relax in the lake and we also enjoyed the little playroom with darts and foozball. We did have to bring a small blow up pool for the grandkids (ages 2 and 4) because the water was too deep for them to play in the lake. But the adults enjoyed floating in the water and riding our jet ski that we were able to dock at the property (which was really a plus!). We had a very nice time and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation getaway on Lake Conroe.

There are Michigan lakes in Texas?

It was wonderful. A big surprise from us, expecting dry Texas grassland ... instead we got a beautiful lake front home, lots of room, soft green grass, comfortable water, and a big Heron outside the house. Lots of folks fishing and kayaking. Peaceful and pleasant area. House was comfortable and easy to function in. Had supplies when we needed (salt and pepper, paper plates when we ran out) and an extra fridge, plus a cooler available to keep our beverages cool on our outing. Easy communication with the home owner, easy access, clear instructions. Comfortable beds (although some room darkening curtains would have helped us sleep a wee bit later - not an issue for early risers!). Please know that the 'alcove' for the futon / extra bed space is the hallway that everyone walks through, no privacy. Easy to work around. Overall it was lovely. If we get back to the area, we would stay again.

Delightful retreat

There is a rustic overall feel to the home, which is casual and inviting. The kitchen has been updated with cabinets, granite, and appliances which make it a pleasure to cook in. The decor throughout shows tasteful touches of Rene's creative talents, from the multi-colored wall boards, to the paintings and other art. Because of the relaxed feel, and the convenience of the lake, this was a perfect retreat for my grandchildren. They located and played the board games and card games. They also enjoyed taking walks and visiting the park at the Yacht Club in this very friendly and safe community. (The pool was apparently closed for cleaning when they went.) The proximity to shopping and dining made those trips easy and convenient. A few repairs are still underway from the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey's waters; however they were working on the exterior of the home while we were there and did not interfere with our comings and goings. The A/C went out after the first night, but Rene and Abe were able to get a repairman in within a couple of hours who got it going quickly. The owners were responsive and attentive, wanting to assure that our stay was the best it could be. Thank you for letting us stay in your Lake Conroe Townhouse. Good luck in getting all those other little things taken care of!

THIS ONE IS TRULY BOAT FRIENDLY!

5-STARS!! What a WONDERFUL lake house setting and SUPER boat friendly! This townhome was perfect for our family of four. We wanted to spend our long weekend close to family and on the water. We pulled our boat (21’ Yamaha Wake boat) along with us so that we could enjoy the direct access to the lake, and I’ll tell you what; the location and setup here were excellent. The back porch is inviting and peaceful overlooking the marina. From there, the yard opens up and leads down to a bulkhead with plenty of room to dock your boat, even alongside the neighbors. The bulkhead is really the only place I would give a slight knock. The header board could use just a slight bit of attention, as there are some exposed nail heads that you have to be careful of entering/exiting the boat. This is literally the ONLY issue we had. The private boat launch was a huge plus. We came in late at night and had to park our boat overnight before launching the following morning. (NOTE: If you are parking a boat or trailer at the launch, be sure to have wheel chocks, as the parking lot does have a slight slope) The ramp and docks were in great shape and easily accessible for us, though we were here early in the season, so it may be busier during peak times. We never saw more than 2 trucks/trailers parked on any single day, and loading and unloading didn’t have a wait. The house was great! We had a whole lot more to say, but we only get 1500 characters...
