Fastigheten ligger en halv mil från Jupiter Island, 7 miles från Stuart, mindre än 30 miles från West Palm Beach, och med två och en halv timmes bilresa från Disney World i Orlando.

Du kan köra eller flyga till Florida. Om du flyger finns flyg tillgängligt till antingen Fort Lauderdale eller West Palm Beach. Du kan hyra en bil på flygplatsen eller på lokala biluthyrningsplatser.

Fastigheten är ren och väl underhållen. Gården är ungefär ett halvt tunnland. Det finns gott om plats för vissa utomhusaktiviteter.

Golf finns i flera samhällen med några professionella golfbanor i närheten. Om du gillar att fiska, kan du surfa fisk eller åka djuphavsfiske i Stuart, Jupiter eller West Palm Beach. Privata fiskeguider är bara ett telefonsamtal bort.

Flera offentliga stränder med livvakter ligger i närheten. I själva verket är stranden bara en 10 till 15 minuters promenad om du går.

Spring Training Stay

This was one of our nicest places to stay. Nicely appointed with cookwear, dishes etc. Close enough to grocery a couple of grocery stores yet very just a very short drive to a wonderful beach. 3 bathrooms worked out great for our group. Great neighborhood, very quiet and safe.

Quiet neighborhood, short drive to beach

Well kept, clean, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. It's a nice area for walking, but not very practical to walk to beach or restaurants. Limited parking at Hobe Sound public beach, but very pretty if you can get a spot. Some nice restaurants in Hobe Sound; Jupiter and Stuart are close by as well. It was our first time to this area and we plan to come back!

Hobe Sound

Close to Jonathan Dickinson Park, boat/kayak ramps, Blowing Rock, beach shopping and restaurants on the water. House had everything we needed, comfort beds, spacious house with plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Beautifully landscaped in a nice neighborhood. Great 4 days on the water.

We four seventy-pluses found the accommodations comfy and homey. Be prepared to replace products used. Never experienced that in the many homes we’ve rented before. Overall it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed the property and recommend it.

Fishing trip

2nd time staying at this place . Great location. Perfect distance from Jupiter inlet, Jonathan Dickersons back waters, And Stuart inlet . Can even fit 2 boats in driveway ! Would recommend and stay again for a 3rd time

Comfortable, well-appointed and convenient location

Appreciated everything about our stay. A nice welcome snack basket and very clear instructions throughout the house. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The linens were nice. We really liked our stay!

Great House

The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with virtually no traffic because it’s on a dead end street. The house was very clean, well appointed with plenty of room including a very nice glassed porch area. The yard was well manicured. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall the house was one of the best VRBO houses I’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend it to other vacation renters.

Hobe Sound Getaway

Very clean, very well decorated. Could tell that owners take pride in the home. Made us feel like we were in our own home away from home. We were comfortable from the time we entered the home and hope to return next year.

Enjoyable Stay

The home was very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was available including sunscreen, laundry detergent, coffee and first aid supplies just to name a few. The house is laid out in a way to allow people to spread out and enjoy their own space. We stayed there while visiting family and definitely will stay again next time we are in the area.

Jerry and Teresa Alexander are the property owners. We live in Anderson, Indiana.
Jerry is a Wesleyan pastor and Real Estate Investor, owning properties in mostly Madison County, Indiana. Teresa supports Jerry in the church and works at a Physical Therapy Facility in Anderson.

We have been married since 1974, have 2 adult married children and 13 grand children, soon to be 14.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The property was inherited from Teresa's parents, Gilbert and Naomi Eggman. Her dad and mom died within the last 4 years. We have chosen to keep the house because we like the idea of getting away for a few days or a couple weeks in Florida. We hope to be frequent visitors to the Florida house after we retire.

This house is situated in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. You will be in a small community on S E Alabama Place in the small community of Hobe Sound, Florida. People are friendly, they will like you and you will like them. In fact once you have been there you will want to return over and over again.
