Detta vackra Lake Hartwell-hem ligger på en privat tomt med djupt vatten i det eftertraktade Reed Creek-området. Detta byggda Jerry Turner-hem har utsikt över sjön och kvalitetsfinisher genomgående. Det stora rummet med öppen spis är öppet mot matplatsen och köket med granitbänkar och en stor ö. Huvudnivån innehåller också en master-svit och ett halvt badrum. Det stora rummet på den lägre nivån vetter mot ett lägre däck, bara ett stenkast från sjön. Den färdiga terrassnivån har ett stort rec-rum, ytterligare två sovrum och ytterligare ett badrum. Du har en öppen utsikt över sjön från båda nivåerna i hemmet. Det finns en konkret enhet med massor av parkeringsplatser och en plats för båtvagnsparkering. Lägre däck erbjuder extra utrymme för utomhusunderhållning och grillning. Från däck finns en kort förbättrad gångväg till den täckta slipdockan. Hemmet sover 10-12 personer bekvämt och passar gäster i alla åldrar.

Everything a Lake Stay Should Be

If you're looking to get away and have a relaxing stay at the lake, this is your place. Ours was a winter stay so we took water activities off the table, but the setting is ideal and the house is so well appointed that even our teenagers enjoyed themselves. The kitchen was very well-equipped which is a major plus in remote locations. We found everything we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed making s'mores over the fire pit. We took a trip to visit the dam which we all enjoyed. Would suggest it to anyone able to walk a paved path for a couple of miles. Communication with the hosts throughout the stay was excellent. The basketball goal was an extra bonus we don't see often.

Perfect little getaway

We had an amazing week staying here. We rented a boat from Harbor Light Marina and loved that we could use the dock to tie up to. The dock is situated in a quiet cove. The house comes with a bunch of water equipment you can use, but we brought our own stuff, so didn't really have the need for it. The lake is busy on the weekends & holidays, but M-F it's quiet. Only ever saw 2 other boats out when we were out. The house is stocked for what you may need. Owners are very responsive. Didn't have any issues with cleanliness- it all seemed very well kept. Would 100% stay here again! Next time, I would totally bring my dog!

Relaxing family vacation

The house was everything we needed to relax as a family. It is very well equipped for both adults and the kids. The owners were very responsive to all our questions. The lake was great, even though it was a little low due to the lack of rain. Would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect Family Retreat!

Our large family needed a place to stay while visiting family on Lake Hartwell. This hidden gem provided a large home located in a quiet cove perfect for fishing and family fun. The amenities were well kept and clean with a fully stocked kitchen for family meals, plenty of spaces to relax, as well many outdoor activity options. Our favorite space was the wrap around porch and seating areas overlooking the lake. This was definitely a vacation to remember and we will be looking to stay again when we make it back to north Georgia!

Labor Day Chill

A friend and I and our kids thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The house is tucked into a beautiful, quiet cove and we appreciated the privacy and stillness of the lake. There were so many ways to enjoy the water- tubes, kayaks, paddle boat- and all so fun. The house itself provided plenty of well maintained space, a well stocked kitchen and lovely outdoor living spaces. Such a great property!

Relaxing and Beautiful

Renting a lake house in November probably isn't on the mind of many vacationers, but Grateful at Hart was exactly what we were looking for. The home is beautiful and while we really only used the primary level, it has plenty of room for larger groups. Lake views abound in this home. We particularly liked the enclosed balcony off the primary level. Our dog could enjoy it with us without worry that he might sneak away. Lake level was down as is normal this time of year, but that didn't detract from the views. There was still plenty of water to gaze at and enjoy. We took advantage of the lovely fireplace and enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving Day relaxing in this beautiful home. We had no issues during our stay, just a couple of questions that Chad & Natalee answered right away - even on Thanksgiving Day. For those with dogs, the kitchen has an elevated dog feeding station which we very much appreciated. The size best accommodates larger dogs and while we brought our own, dog dishes are provided. The neighborhood is lovely and was great for walking our dog. Boat ramp is a half mile away and we walked there just about everyday to see more of the lake. We visited the quaint town of Hartwell a couple of times and loved it. We particularly enjoyed Southern Hart Brewing and Common Grounds. The location is also close to Greenville which is a fun day trip. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. Chad & Natalee were kind enough to extend our stay which we so appreciate.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

Another great summer week on the lake! This is our favorite cove and this home was perfect for our family and friends to enjoy right before the kids go back to school. We rented a boat again and spent most of the time fishing and swimming. We brought our 10 month old golden retriever too and she loved the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive and we had everything we needed during our stay. Can't wait to do it again next August!

Beautiful view of Lake Hartwell

Very nice view of the lake Hartwell. House was well maintained. Only downside to house is no turnaround for boat trailer. Had to back boat down long driveway. House is about 45 mins from Green pond landing. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to fish the south and west side of Lake Hartwell.

Grateful!

My family had a wonderful time at Natalee and Chad's home! The views on the lake are stunning! If you rent a boat as we did, the dock is very easy to dock your boat to. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. There is a basketball net outside, which my son loved! The gas grill is easy to use, and we ate dinner most nights outside. If there is a storm, remember to close the umbrella and secure dock chairs. We had a lovely two-week vacation!!

Great Vacation

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. The family had a great time playing air hockey:). My only complaint is that the fish weren't biting. Very laid back relaxing vacation.

Four Generation vacay

The home and location are lovely and well-maintained. It was perfect for our four generation family of nine, aged 18 months to 79 years, to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from Clemson. Quiet location on Cove

The house has a great layout for lots of family or older kids bringing friends. The owners have made the most out of the indoor and outdoor space so we had plenty to do during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be that there are very few window coverings. If you are in the Master BR, you have to change in the bathroom so the neighbors can't see you while walking down their long walkway to the dock. If you are in the kitchen, living room or main living area in the basement, the neighbor on the other side can see right into the house. I didn't like having kids in the basement knowing they could be seen by any passers by. And, my Husband likes a very dark room to sleep in...you won't get that in the Master BR. Other than that, I have no complaints or suggestions. We would definitely stay here again

Please read review

We had a great time, the owners are great and readily available. The house was comfortable and in a great location; there was access to shopping, restaurants and site seeing. We did have some issues which may not be significant to some, but it was for us; there is no garbage service, you are responsible for packing the garbage and driving it 2 miles to the convenience center (which is open at specific times) so it can be discarded, the master bedroom has no curtains, and the bathroom and shower are small and somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, it was great.

Overall nice property

We had a really nice stay at this property. It was a rainy weekend and we lost internet connection for about 24 hours, which was a bummer since our kids couldn’t watch anything and we missed football! But the property owner was very nice and helped get someone out to the property to fix it on Sunday. The last set of steps down to the dock were EXTREMELY slippery, and my husband and I both fell pretty hard on them. We put beach towels down to help, and luckily no one else fell, but would definitely recommend lining those steps to help prevent falls. Overall, really nice house and dock area. Our kids LOVED the paddle boat!

Family Vacation

The house was great, plenty of room for the whole family plus 2 dogs. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. The driveway is long and downhill so for those that may bring a boat and trailer you will need to back down the driveway. The boat ramp was very close. We enjoyed the house and lake and loved going to the nearby island with the dogs! We would definitely come back!

Family gathering

This beautiful lake house was the perfect place to be for our family this summer. Plenty of room in the common area of the house, plus the view of the lake could not be beat. The house was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!!!

Super peaceful escape

We wanted to squeeze in a quick trip before our mad dash to the end of the school year. This was a perfect getaway escape from it all. We spent almost every day floating on the dock fishing. Daily adventure out around town including the Dam. So quiet and peaceful. I can see how it would be a different scene during the summer months but this was exactly how we wanted to spend the week. House was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the basement hangout and rooms for sleeping.
