Detta sjöhus byggdes 2007 så att jag kunde vara precis vid vattnet och fiska när jag ville. Hemmet är konstruerat med endast målat eller målat trä. Det inkluderar 4 sovrum, 3 badrum, ett öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum med en eldstad. Interiören var professionellt designad och dekorerad.

En avskärmad veranda sätter scenen för perfekt uteservering och ett däck som båda har utsikt över sjön.

Det ovanliga och originella täckta båthuset har en båtlift och larmsystem. Fiskarna som samlas där i vattnet är mina husdjur och älskar att matas. Gästerna kommer att se bas, crappie, karp, havskatt och sköldpaddor.

Fiske charter finns på begäran via Bucktail Guide Service. Låt mig veta om du är intresserad av att ställa in en fiskeguide-resa.

Detta sjöhus ligger i ett lugnt etablerat grannskap med många heltidsinvånare och en familjeägd matsal på toppen av kullen som serverar den bästa frukosten runt.

Mitt hem ligger i en vik och det utsätts inte för ständig båttrafik. Simning och flytande utanför kajen är säkert och avkopplande.

New favorite rental property at Lake Hartwell!!

This property is amazing. Perfectly and comfortably fit my four children and myself. The boat rental on site was totally worth it and care free. Preston even had a mechanic on call to come take a look at the boat when it wouldnt start. Turned out being a bad battery which the mechanic fixed immediately! Preston and his neighbor were extremely helpful and supportive during the entire stay. We will absolutely be staying again. Just left today and am already looking forward to going again!!

Great lake location

We had a wonderful time. The location on the lake was great and having access to a boat at the house was a real bonus. The walkway through the boathouse might be tricky for kids.

Great Clemson weekend

Stayed here for a Clemson admission tour and football game. The place is a cute log cabin with a great house layout. We enjoyed the kayaks and floating off the dock. The price point matched the home features and we had a great time. Thanks for the great TV options too.

We absolutely enjoyed every part of our stay! From the beautiful views, ample parking and comfy bed! We had a family gathering for my graduation and we were able to enjoy each other and accommodate all of us! We also had so much fun floating and swimming in the lake! I would highly recommend this place for a great getaway!!!

Great place to stay!

My wife and I stayed with our two adult sons and their wives for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Having the pontoon available to rent, and ready to go when we arrived was so convenient and gave us extra time to enjoy the lake. Preston was great! Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to accommodate us! We will definitely rent here again.

Fantastic home!

What a nice home on SUCH a great part of the lake! House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and super nice. Renting the boat went very well, fun and peaceful boat rides. What a nice few days of family time.

Great Time on the Lake

The house worked perfectly for our family - mom, dad, and 4 kids. Plenty of space for us to relax, and great to have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals and a screened in porch to avoid bugs while eating. We also rented Preston's pontoon boat for the week - absolutely worth it - we used it every day for tubing and fishing. Preston was extremely responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip and very nice.

Great Lake Hartwell Location

We loved this place. It was rustic but well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for a group of 5 adults, and Preston was a very responsive and accommodating host. We were happy we opted to rent the pontoon boat and had a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Great house!

Our son was graduating from Clemson. Seven of us stayed at the house, and we hosted another dozen for a cookout after the graduation. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the house, screened porch, and deck accommodated us all easily. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill worked fine. We were all happy with the accommodations.

Christmas with Family

This visit was to rest and fellowship with my family. We spent four days (3 nights) at the lake house. Although it was super cold, I believe everyone enjoyed themselves. Preston has awesome neighbors!

Wonderful home

Even more beautiful than the pictures. Definitely rent the pontoon boat and enjoy relaxing rides around the lake. Internet and WiFi allowed work checkin without any problems at all. Awesome place! Thank you for sharing!

I am a full time fishing guide on Lake Hartwell and also travel to fish in Montana,Tennesse and Louisiana.

In 2007 I built this lake house in order to continue my fishing guide business and to enjoy living on the lake.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love the peace and quiet of the small neighborhood in which my home is located. It is not a gated a community with fancy houses. As in many places on the lake their are a variety of styles of housing in one neighborhood.

The lake is only 50 yards from my back door. I have a covered boathouse with an alarm system and a boat lift.

There is a park nearby with hiking and biking trails that go around the lake. It's shady and great exercise, too.
