The house was spacious and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and responded rather quickly. Our only problem was with the neighborhood. I’m not sure if people are upset that the house is used as a rental but our minivan was keyed across the entire passenger side and we have no footage of who did it so we are now left with the bill to get it fixed. We will not be back for this reason.

Dancers stay in Vegas

We were very busy performing all three days and we could make big breakfasts at the house and have comfortable sleeping at night. We had lots of laughs at your very comfy home.

Great home base

If you are here to explore the food of spring mountain this is a great place. Quick drive over to the strip or Fremont street. Some of the beds were pretty stiff and the rooms don’t have ceiling fans. Good for the price.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for what we needed, and the neighborhood felt safe. It was close enough to the "Las Vegas Strip", but away from the chaos. Thanks for letting us use your house!

Nice Stay

Check-in was easy, house was very clean, area was nice. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of space. We had 4 adults staying here and it was a nice place to hang out between our activities. It was very convenient to the strip, Red Rock canyon and everywhere that we went during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

Off the beaten path

Very clean inside. The King bed was comfortable. We found a great breakfast place a block away. Griddle cakes is a must if you stay here.

Exactly as advertised. The house was clean and about a 10 minute drive from the strip. A great stay for a group of friends.

Nice place to stay

It is about 15 to 20 minutes to the strip and freemont street. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was good. Would recommend.

Las Vegas Stay

This property was clean and well equipped. We had some very minor issues during our stay but Cayden had them resolved almost immediately. He is very responsive. Quiet location with easy 5 minute access to the strip. Nothing fancy but certainly comfortable with a very relaxing covered patio in back. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
