Denna stuga är en del av det ursprungliga Adobe Apartments-komplexet som ligger i staden Scottsdale Historic Register. Detta är en av 6 byggnader på fastigheten gjord av adobe lera tegelstenar 11 tum tjocka. Denna stuga är en ett sovrum, ett badrum fristående enhet och ligger på baksidan av "U" form av byggnaden och vetter mot innergården, pergola, 1st Avenue och Indian School Road.
Denna stuga ligger mitt i Gamla stan Scottsdale Art District och ligger bara 7 kvarter från Fashion Square och The Waterfront District. Bara ett halvt kvarter mot Main Street och torsdagskvällen Art Walk. Ett kvarter till Västra museet och den fria stadsdrivna vagnsbussen. Scottsdale Center for Preforming Arts ligger 6 kvarter bort. Denna stuga har en enda parkeringsplats, men en bil är inte nödvändig för att njuta av destinationerna i Gamla stan allt inom gångavstånd. Lätt att komma till stugan med en buss från Sky Harbor Airport cirka 10 mil bort

Stugan har totalrenoverats och är fullt möblerad. Uppvärmning och luftkonditionering, sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Vardags- / matplats med 46 ”platt-TV och Wi-Fi-anslutning och Netflix. Tvåbäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och gott om förvaring. Fullt utrustat kök, inklusive kylskåp, diskmaskin, platta spis / ugn i glas, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna, brödrost, köksredskap, disk, koppar, glas, bestick och bestick. Denna stuga är helt utan barriär (inga steg, eller något att gå över, allt är på en nivå) inklusive badrummet som har en duschkabin och stapling tvättmaskin / torktumlare med strykjärn och strykbräda och hårtork.

Denna stuga delar en vacker utsikt över mittgårdens ökenlandskapsträdgård och pergola med de 3 kommersiella hyresgästerna på premisset.

En idealisk dag skulle börja med att gå tvärs över gatan till frukost eller brunch på Arcadia Farm eller Panera Bread eller Starbucks, sedan promenera ner Main Street för att beundra mängden gallerier inklusive västerländska konstnärer, fina smycken, målning och skulpturer. Till lunch äger den berömda thailändska restaurangen Malee's On Main, Grimaldy's Pizzeria eller Frank och Lupe mexikansk restaurang och andra matställen precis runt hörnet.

Wonderful

Wonderful stay, cottage is everything listed and more. Close to activities and restaurants. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. The hostess is amazing, so sweet…just loved her.

Perfect Cottage

Cozy Cottage, Centrally Located, With Lovely Gardens

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It is very centrally located with lot's of shopping and restaurants a few steps away. The cottage has everything you need, is very quiet and secure. The outside space is wonderful for visiting and eating.

Excellent cottage away from home!

Staying at the cottage was a fabulous experience. It is well equipped; beds very comfortable, excellent linens, all the home spotlessly kept. Location is perfect for both Old Town and Shops off 5th Ave walkability. Jimmy and his wife are hosts that set the perfect standard!

Exactly what we were hoping for!

The location is excellent! The cottage is located close to everything yet it is an oasis of quiet and privacy. It is probably the cleanest and most fully setup rental I have every stayed in; it has everything you could possibly need while you are staying there.

Convenient location. Private and secure.

This was a perfect place to stay. The cottage has everything you need for a short or extended stay.. Great location. Convenient to everything. My daughter and I stayed 5 nights and Jimmie was a perfect host. This place has character with a wonderful courtyard and is very secure. The private parking space was an added bonus. Hotels just cannot compare to the cottage.

Delightful cottage

This rental exceeded all expectations. The cottage was immaculate, had everything one could need, and was very comfortable. The patio in the courtyard was gorgeous, and the location was perfect for walking around old town Scottsdale. The host was available for questions, and parking was right outside the cottage. Our stay was delightful.

Great location and very comfortable living space

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is very accommodating and made our stay special. We were right downtown Scottsdale and felt very safe. The ability to walk to everything in Scottsdale was fun. The living space was very clean and had all of the necessities and more. Upon arrival we enjoyed some fresh fruit left as a welcome by the owner. All in all a great trip.

Our favorite winter vacation stay

We spend a couple of weeks every winter in Scottsdale to get warm, play golf, and enjoy the arts district. We found Jimmy and Adobecottage a couple of years ago and love the place. I can't say too much: quiet, his very pleasant garden to spend sunny afternoons for reading, visits with Jimmy, and more. We will likely return for many years to come.

Perfect

Location is perfect. You can leave the car and walk all over. The cottage is completely outfitted with many amenities you won’t get in a hotel. We reserved in June to be sure we would have it in February. If you want to stay in Scottsdale, this is the place to stay.

Wonderful cottage in an awesome location!

The location is amazing, close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. The host Jimmy is a really nice man; it was a pleasure to meet him and have an occasional chat with, and he was very helpful in recommending some restaurants. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor gardens are spectacular. The only thing that kept this from a 5 star for me was the slight lack of comfortable seating outside in the garden. Some cushions or something for the benches would help.

This little place was paradise

I can't say enough about Jimi's place. Location was perfect. Right in Old Town. Quiet, peaceful, clean and had everything we needed. We were there during a very busy weekend (St. Patrick's Day weekend) so parking was tough but we had a private parking spot. Great recommendation from Jimi for breakfast (Arcadia Farms) right down the street. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Damian Leal

A little jewel

If you enjoy staying in the middle of everything in Scottsdale, this is the place for you. Everything is walkable and just enjoying the weather in the garden like setting of this cottage is fantastic. Jimmy the host is the extra plus, with his attention to detail he has added everything that you may possibly need to make your visit enjoyable. A true gentleman.......

Home away from home

This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. We travel quite often and this place was the most comfortable and well appointed place we have ever stayed. If you need anything at all, it is somewhere in this place for you to use. We arrived to find a fridge stocked with bottled water, a bowl filled with fresh fruit and a plate full of cookies and treats. We felt comfortable the minute we met Jimmy and even more so once he showed us his beautiful cottage. The location is prime and the cottage was immaculate and perfect for us. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Hosts & Location!

Jimmy, his wife, & his son are wonderful hosts! I was greeted in the cottage with a gift & a bowl of fruit & treats. The cottage was well supplied with the essentials. The location is superb with nearby restaurants, the Museum of the West, & the every Thursday night Artwalks on Main Street.

AZ visit

It was a great place. Kept clean and has all items you may need even a wasyer and dryer. You have your own parking if needed. You don't need a car, can walk to all of old Scottsdale. It is also easily found by Uber. We will stay again. Brent

Perfect location

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at Jimmy's place and were thrilled to have found such a perfect location. It truly is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, galleries, and shops. Scottsdale is oozing with charm and character, and Jimmy's property does as well. And Jimmy so proudly shares all that Scottsdale has to offer and obviously cares so much about both the property and the area. The accommodation was spotless, and every detail had been thought of. We were very comfortable there. My favorite spot was having tea each morning on the patio while the day was still cool. It's a quiet little refuge before stepping out into the world. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience while exploring all the wonderful gems of Scottsdale. You won't be disappointed.

The 6 building are made of Adobe mud 11 inches thick that were build in 1948 . They heat and cool easily. Total restoration on all 6 buildings over the last 22 years and now they are in excellent shape.
