Denna 750 SF-lägenhet har 1 sovrum med king size-säng med Serta iComfort-skummadrass och premiumsängkläder, stor klädkammare, fullt badrum med badkar / dusch och helt nya skåp och granitbänkar. Det stora stora vardagsrummet är fullt möblerat med en utdragbar bäddsoffa med en skummadrass. Det helt nya köket är komplett med alla nya anpassade skåp, avancerade bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat, inklusive köksredskap, ett kryddstativ och små apparater som en mixer, crock pot och mixer för att nämna några. De obefläckade markerna har en enorm resort-liknande pool och spa samt ett litet träningsrum. Det finns en säkerhetsvakt på tjänst som går på marken varje kväll för din säkerhet.

Excellent Getaway!

Clean, quiet and cozy, this property is exactly as described! In recent years I’ve been more and more disappointed with the quality of vacation rentals and I can say this one was the first that hasn't let me down!

Spring training getaway

Great Location!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to be able to explore Scottsdale both on foot and by car. We appreciated the desk and table space that allowed us both to work comfortably. Jennifer was very responsive when I called with questions.

Great place, lots within walking distance

The host was very responsive and kind. The condo was exactly as described, well stocked with all essentials, quiet and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Overall we very much enjoyed out stay. Thank you!

The Perfect Spot

This property stood out because it provided special touches such as snacks, small appliances, spices, etc. It was so well decorated that it could have been the model unit! The surrounding area had access to highways, conveniences, and Old Town Scottsdale yet it was remarkably quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Complete, clean, great location!

The host is extremely responsive and made our first VRBO experience stress free. This luxury condo contained everything we needed and is in an excellent location.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo because the location is close to everything. The pool and spa were closed due to the gas line for the heating of the pool and spa had to be replaced. We were not told this until 9:00pm the night before we arrived though it had been in the process for awhile. That was disappointing. The area is quiet, the bed is comfortable and the space is adequate.

Perfect getaway

From out of town to a staycation, this place was perfect! Ideal location close to anything you want to do, from night life to daytrip adventures. The home feels just that, homey. Everything you need is on hand and the host was available immediately for the few questions I had. The grounds, with pool, gym, and a laundry room feet away, were clean and enjoyable. You will love your stay here.

Excellent stay!

This condo was perfect in every way: location, size, very clean, well stocked - we honestly wanted for nothing (other than to add a couple extra days to our vacation lol). The host was super responsive to a couple of questions we had and her listing of the property was spot-on. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in a great location. There are several very good restaurants within a short walking distance, a Starbucks and a good grocery store directly across the street, and easy access to main roads. It is located on a busy road, but it is surprisingly quiet even when sitting on the balcony. The neighborhood is also very quiet and we always felt safe when walking. The kitchen seemed to have a good selection of items to cook with, although we didn't cook. Only used the coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Both were very clean. One thing I think that should be mentioned on the VRBO posting is that the unit is located one level up from the ground and that there is no elevator. Fortunately my husband, who is in his upper 70's, was able to carry our luggage up the 8 stairs. This isn't an issue for many people, but it's something I or others could not do. I think it's a good thing to know upfront when making the reservation. Jennifer is a very responsive and friendly host. She is easy to communicate with. There were a few minor items that need repair and or attention. I am sure she will take care of them as she seems like a person who would. She even stopped over one evening to take a look at one situation.

Spring Break in Old Town

Our stay was very nice. The property was clean and in an awesome location. The reserved parking spot is very close to the condo which was a great thing. There was so much to do within walking distance! We will definitely stay again.

Nice apartment in busy commercial area

Nicely redecorated apartment with good amenities. In neighborhood of offices, apartments, strip malls but also within a short drive to nice restaurants and shopping. Well furnished kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet.

Exactly as depicted

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing, and the location was perfect for our plans. Jennifer was very attentive, checking with us after arrival to be sure everything was going well, and was timely in response to a question. The condo complex was quiet. We appreciated that the grocery was just across the street, along with several very good restaurants, and there was good proximity to old town.

Fantastic Location, Clean Place

We had an outstanding stay and would definitely stay here again. Check in directions were easy to follow, location is fantastic, the condo was spotless, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Parking was convenient, too!

Perfect place for us

Very nice condo within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Host has a great list of restaurant recommendations and they were all fantastic. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath. Pool area really is like a resort. Host communicated well and made it a place we would return to on our next visit.
