Cute place, comfortable bed, convenient location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Viola Pearl Haus. We were in town for four nights and looked forward to returning to the comfortable bed each night! The kitchen was very handy to have. Great property! It's just north of Fredericksburg- very convenient. In a neighborhood, but very peaceful and quiet.

A quaint private getaway!

Exceptional private getaway spot! Everything was as advertised. The muggy afternoon did bring us a few flies outside, but morning coffee was enjoyed out there without issue.highly recommend staying here if you want a cozy quiet spot.

It was good but found a needle on carpet

Stay was good. But I found a needle on carpet. Luckily we did not step on it. I have taken a picture of it but can not attach here.

This VRBO was a lovely, comfortable, and clean garage conversion tucked in a quite neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the Fredericksburg area. We enjoyed the Pacific War Museum, shopping, German food, and riding bikes at the LBJ ranch. A leasurely drive through the Willow Creek Loop revealed the treasured wildflowers. Given more time a day or two could be dedicated to the area wineries, distilleries, and breweries. We settled for one tasting room on the main street. Enjoy!

Cute and quite

This house was perfect even though it is in a backyard of the main house, you don't feel like it with your own private front yard. Inside was cozy and cute with what a couple would need.

Comfortable Stay

What a cute place! Well stocked, cozy and comfortable. Due to a sudden cold front we didnt get to enjoy the outside seating area, but the place was great.

Girl's weekend

This was a perfect cottage for my SIL and me to stay for our girl's weekend in Fredericksburg. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to everything in town.

Disappointed and mislead

The pictures are not a true representation of this property. The door into the property felt flimsy and not safe. Updates are needed including the bathroom, the furniture, and most especially the bed. I did not end up staying.

Cottage was clean. Front door light didn't work, very dark coming back from dinner. Overall cottage was too dark inside. Not enough windows. Vine is ver overgrown over gate coming into yard, it has rained and we got all wet from the vine.

Hidden Gem Minutes From Downtown

I was so happy to find a place to stay for one night for the Hill Country Film Festival. Most places were requiring a two night stay and this gave me the one night option. I went to Fredericksburg to see a hometown friend's movie. Talking to the property management was easy. They even answered the phone on Saturday when I got lost. Clean, convenient & Cute. Only wish they had a guest book for me to write about my stay and read others comments!
