Enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach. David was very quick to respond to any questions. Condo was larger than we expected. Could not beat the views from balcony and living area. Unfortunately, we evacuated 2 days early due to Hurricane Isaias. Hope to rent again next June!

Minor issues were corrected within one day. Bonita Beach is convenient to Thomas's donuts and the beach itself was seaweed-free until check out day. This is the 4th or 5th time we have used Bonita Beach for our stay and Mr. Dee's has been exemplary as our host each time.

Glad you all were able to stay at the beach for Fall Break. The location is ideal as it's in a low density residential area of the beach and convenient to all PCB and 30A has to offer. Thanks for renting. Hope to see you all again.

We love staying at Bonita Beach. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. David is easy to communicate with. The unit has everything you need to cook and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Nothing else will beat the view and proximity to the beach. This area is a low population area so this side of the beach was never crowded. My kids loved having quick access to the beach and the pool. I also loved the floors. When you are beachfront, it is inevitable to bring sand into the condo. The floors made it easy to clean the sand and not feel sandy in the evening. Thank you David and we will definitely be staying at BB in the future.

We LOVE the porches in this unit! It is so nice to be so close. We saw many dolphins. The unit was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked…it was a great trip!

Clean and just steps from the beach.

Quieter part of the beach but within driving and walking distance to all of the hot spots in PCB. Super easy check in with a key code. Comfy beds, hot water, nice washer and dryer and all of the basic supplies to get you started on your vacation.

Everything was great. We only had one small issue, but David was on it and toll care of it. Will stay again next year.

Amazing Views and Not too Busy

We had a great time and will be back! Views were amazing and beach was so easy to access! The beach was not near as crowded as what we are use to so that was a big plus! Wish the parking was better, you can only have 2 cars and hope you get a guest spot for the 2nd one. Other than that we loved it!

We enjoyed the townhouse. Everything was clean and worked as expected. Only wish there were taller chairs on the balcony to see over the rail.

Beautiful views of the ocean from this property. Property is just like the pictures. David was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any inquiry. We loved being right on the beach!

Wonderful place

What can we not say? This is out favorite area in PCB, condo is great and Mr Dees is very easy to work with. Great and fast communication! Dont want to give too good a review as it'll book up before we get back next time!

Checked in at 4. had not been cleaned beds unmade and slept in. Tooth paste in sinks. spent 4 hours first night doing units laundry and cleaning. Gross

Best ocean view ever!

We loved the location and the view. Fantastic beach access. If you are a beach lover, and want to enjoy the ocean whether you are actually on the beach in the sand, on your back patio deck or inside your condo looking out the window, you will love this place. Parking is convenient and it’s located on the less crowded west end of the beach. The owner was great in getting the air conditioner repaired quickly when it malfunctioned. The decor and furnishings could use an update/refresh, and that’s the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. If that’s done, this condo will deserve even more than 5 Stars.

Beautiful location, would return, hopeful for upgrades

This location was absolutely beautiful. Same gorgeous sands and waters as the folks less than a mile down the road in the middle of the chaos that is Panama City Beach, without any of the noisy close neighbors. We were able to rent beach chairs as well, and walk straight out to our own little spot. Didn't even need the wagon we brought to haul beach things around. Communications with the owner beforehand were always timely and all questions were answered, so we felt well-prepared. Our issues were mainly cosmetic or in relation to OLD furniture/appliances, but it would not prevent us from staying again, even if nothing changed. Don't tell anyone about this place so we can be sure it's available for us again in the future!

This is the best spot to stay! Priced so well to be steps to the beach. Though same say it is dated, it has everything you need and you cannot beat the location. It was perfect for two families with small children to share. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware, pans, etc. A funny perk, the washer and dryer are Speed Queens! The only thing I would say could be different is having taller chairs on the deck so shorter people can see over the railing. One suggestion would be labeling the light switches, there are a lot for the kitchen/living area. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

nice place to stay with the family

We have stayed here numerous times and really enjoy the area in which the unit is located. The unit could use a little updating, but for us that is not a big deal. Parking has greatly improved with more spaces for guest. The pool is nice and clean. David is an excellent host.
