The property was perfectly comfortable for the 5 adults in our group. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do but far enough away from the big busy condos and crowds on the beach. We were welcomed immediately by the beautiful view and 8 dolphins playing in the gulf. Great experience all around.

Check in was easy. Condo is well equipped. Kitchen has Keurig pot and pod unit which we were pleasantly surprised by!! Easy access to pool and beach. There was plenty of room for our family of seven adults and one toddler. Closely located near great local grocery/liqour store with great gift shop/The Carousel. And we loved the nearby Thomas Donut shop. Internet was easily accessible and a nice feature. Pleasantly decorated with a large deck and beautiful views!! Great sunsets.

This property was fantastic! Very spacious, very clean, and had everything that you could possibly ever need for a comfortable, relaxing stay at the beach. You walk out the back door and you are on the beach. You walk out the front door and there is the pool. Life couldn't get any better. The mattress was very comfortable! This is the first time that I have EVER been to the beach and actually got a good night's rest! The air conditioned was so cold. It felt great! My husband and I loved it here and will definitely be back!!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in unit 4. It was so close to the beach that the kids could walk back and forth on their own. The view was amazing. The owner was great about communicating everything. She always answered right back. Everybody said they would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot, steps to beach and pool!

We loved our stay here..property was just as described. The home was clean and well maintained, and we spent tons of time out on the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. Having the beach and pool just steps away was beyond convenient...no packing up the car and dragging a ton of stuff to the beach, and since it’s a private beach, we didn’t have to deal with the crowds! Also just a short drive to Pier Park and other PCB fun spots. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again in the near future!

Best vacation spot ever

This property boasts the beach as its back yard. The deck is very roomy with plenty of furniture to relax and take in the view. The home is well maintained and brightly decorated; well furnished and supplied. The owner’s communication was always clear and informative. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful View right on the Beach

Such a delightful condo right on the beach! My family appreciated the deck so much, loved the bar chairs for looking at the ocean for coffee in the morning and the conversation area to relax in during the evening, It was perfect . Awesome place to stay!

We will definitely be going back! We took my parents (who are in their mid 60s and 70s) on vacation with us. This was the perfect place for them. Just a few steps to the beach, we didn’t have to worry about waiting for an elevator, we didn’t have to fight for a spot on the beach and it was so relaxing. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Thanks Carol, we will be back!

Spring Break w/ the kids.

We loved the condo and it's location. We were worried that we would be caught up in spring break parties and the like. But the location here was perfect. The beach was peaceful and never overcrowded. This was spring break with our granddaughters and our son. We enjoyed going out on a boat dolphin watching and swimming with the dolphins. The condo was very clean we enjoyed our entire stay.

Family Vacation

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed in this rental with my parents and his mother. It was perfectly laid out with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! We loved how stocked the home was with everything you’d need for your stay. I appreciated having cleaning materials available, as well as laundry. The condo was very clean and just as described. It’s located away from the hustle. Sometimes you felt like you had the beach to yourself. Carol had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas- it was great to not have to pack those things with us. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!! Thanks for sharing your home with my family!

Breath taking views

When you step inside Bonita Beach #4 you instantly feel like your in a beach cottage. The Gulf is visible from wall to wall windows/sliding door that leads to an equally expensive deck, where your only steps to the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast. Everything you need and more is right there in the rental. From the kitchen to the laundry, it’s well equipped. Pier park, with tons of shopping , restaurants., and fishing pier. It’s perfection!

We will be back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach! The townhome was not the newest we have ever stayed in but it was CLEAN (super important to us as we have two 2 year olds and a 4 year old all over the floors and everywhere). The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and it was organized. The owner was great to work with. We ended up having an issue with the air the first night. I messaged the owner and she got it handled immediately. It’s a close walk to the beach and a nice pool. We plan on coming back next year!

Best of all worlds along the Panhandle!! Book this one!

If you're on the fence about this one, go ahead and book it; you won't be disappointed. The ocean is literally steps from your back porch with no hills to climb. Perfectly positioned at the far (quiet) West end of PCB, you're minutes from the Pier park action yet steps from sleepy little Laguna Beach and the world famous Thomas Donuts/Ice cream (and all its breakfast/lunch glory)! The condo is very comfortable & has everything you will need, including 3 bathrooms & extremely comfortable mattresses on all 4 beds. The pool is adequate but I held-back 1 star as there are no pool-side tables or umbrellas one might expect from a 5-star stay. But if you're seeking a stunning view (from your porch) of the Crystal clear emerald & blue waters against sugary white sands, this is your place!! Absolutely perfect location to everything. The beach was not crowded . House was clean. This is our second year to stay here and we will be back.

This is my dream home....right on the beach. Take 5 steps down from the covered deck and put your toes in the sand, Take 10 steps out the front door and be enjoying a gorgeous pool. Quiet west end of PCB; no high rises just million dollar plus home surround Bonita Beach Condos (only 20 units)! Out of the 20 units, most are 2nd homes and non-rentals. Uncrowded beach....many times you and maybe 10 other people enjoy this gorgeous stretch of sugar white sand. Just west of BBC is a 2 mile stretch of uninhabited beach....no houses. No parking garage; park at the front door; no steps and you can even roll your suitcase p to the door via a wooded ramp and walk way. No stairs in the condo....all one level!
